I was throughly impressed with the wine tasting an the setting was absolutely beautiful. I am a bit of a winery hopper so I know what to look for an what to compare. In the paarl area and among wineries it up there with a must do. Anthony was super informative and being on my own he even offered to take some pics for me. A must do of the heritage heroes tasting. Thumbs up

Was a great experience. We tried the 8 cheese and wine tasting (4 cheeses just not enough) amazing how the wine complements the cheese and vice versa. Also tried the sweet wine tasting which is great for 'beginner'wine drinkers. Great experience!

Visiting the superb Nederburg estate is very worthwhile experience , with its beautiful surroundings and , of course, the outstanding wines to taste and purchase.
To compliment that the “ Red Table Restaurant : set in the historic Manor House and grounds is outstanding !!
The old house is set in lush gardens , ie magnificent lawns and trees and we ate outdoors on a perfect summers day.
The food is more expensive than other restaurants but the location and setting makes up for this , plus , you are enjoying gourmet cooking at its best.
We enjoyed the steak – well cooked and very tasty and tender, and the lamb chops – excellent , topped off with the caramel cheesecake which was devine.
The service was excellent and it was a memorable dining experience at a magnificent wine estate !!

Visiting Nederburg, we started at the Red Table. Service was attentive and impeccable. The wines were amazing and the food even more. I had the steak and my friend had the bobtie, which were both mouthwatering. It was a great start to hopping around the wine region.

The Restaurant is set in a beautiful Garden and a good idea. The service is excellent, wine good but we find the food being to simple and plain for the price tag. The Sirloin steak is not a good piece of meat and also not tasty at all, served with thin fried chips and a very boring salad, at R 115 we felt as being ripped off. The Asian Pork Belly was not bad but served with noodles and a prawn chip, also at of R 130. The starters were good but at R80 for two petite curried potato and spring onion samosas, a real rip-off. This restaurant need to adapt their menu to equal the setting and service that was of a high standard but the food lack sincerely and are equal to any chain restaurant but with severely inflated prices. Will not have dinner there again, many other places with better quality food.
