We started outside, ordered drinks and food, service was prompt and responsive but as soon as the food came the flies joined in - so bad we could not eat. Picked up everything - server was gracious about it and moved inside to the bar area - a rather small space with live music - so loud we couldn't talk. So we finished our food and moved back outside where the flies were somewhat less annoying this time - maybe they don't like alcohol.. Place was packed and a large birthday group took over the misting table area adjacent to us - noise this time became as annoying as the flies so we left. Burgers and appetizers were great - no complaints about food or service just flies and noise. This was a saturday night and lots of private events going on in the private dining rooms so maybe another try during the week. But the flies don't know what the day is - do they?

We have had such great service and food here that we have made this a regular stop. Prices reasonable, atmosphere great, and great people. Love.

This is the most beautiful resort bar on the West side of Phoenix. The Wigwam, owned by Jerry Colangelo, was newly redecorated several years go and the decor is drop dead gorgeous. The Southwest coziness is seen throughout and the bar has great specials, wonderful indoor and outdoor seating, it is a great place to go to feel like you are on a vacation...for those coming for a vacation...I bet they live it!

Went on a Thursday night which didn't have too much of a crowd. Waited inside to be served and thought we were sitting at a wrong table since no one came to take our drink order. As soon as someone did, she got it wrong and didn't even try to correct it. 6 in our party and our food came out in pairs, 15 mins apart. She never even checked on us to see if our food was out or ok. Waited again to get more drinks, and then waited to get our check. Tried again on a Saturday night to watch the hockey game, got the same server. I had to get up to get dishes, I had to get up to get my own silverware, then I had to get up to get my water. I'm pretty patient, especially since a wedding party was in for happy hour, but when we finally got food, it was cold. I had to refill our tables water, and go to the bar for more drinks. When we were ready to leave we asked her to just split the bill in 3s and she couldn't even get that right. Was not a good experience for the amount we paid. DRINKS ARE NOT GOOD.

No dislikes at this bar. Service, food and drinks are the best. Ambiance inside is authentic looking and the courtyard patio where the music is playing is intimate after dark.
