We went here for lunch. We sat outside and had absolutely amazing views on the fields and the mountains of Franschhoek/Stellenbosch. We took just a salad and it wasn't expensive, surprisingly, and very good. The glass of wine tasted great as well. The waiters were very nice and polite. The winery itself is also worth visiting, the architecture is really nice. Great value for money and a must go if you're in the area.

Not much that can be faulted at this stunning venue. The setting is amazing with the most beautifull views. The service was attentive and very professional from the word go right throughout the afternoon. The lady maning the beautifull crisp clean restrooms a special touch.

The duck starter was very very tasty and beautifuly presented. 3 different mains were all great! Not sure why the negative reviews on the pork belly as I found it to be very tasty more than enough, the egg worked very well with the dish. The beef and lamb neck equally impressive.

Desert ended off a wonderfull afternoon with too much great Sauvignon Blanc from the Estate.

Really a must visit venue when in the area.

What an outstanding lunch we had today. Jaw dropping setting in exquisite gardens and vineyard. Sublime food. Having read some of the Tripadvisor reviews I had high expectations, but I was preparing myself for small portions and high prices.
The portions sizes are not huge, but certainly not small. Prices are high-ish, but absolutely justified, in fact, great value for the superb and innovative dishes. Presentation is exquisite. This ranks as one of my best meals in South Africa.

Cool decor, nice service, food very nice though the menu could use an occasional tweak/renovation. After a few visits I don't know what to eat. Exellent desserts, excellent bread.

We stopped here for lunch while we were driving around the area. We didn't have a reservation but they found us a table on the patio. The setting is sublime, spectacular views of the surrounding farms with mountains a s backdrop. The service was immaculate. An interesting variety of home made breads, and olive oil and infused vinegar.

We weren't very hungry so just ordered main courses, fish and chips and a salad. The portions were perfectly cooked, really big and beautifully presented. Their wine is terrific and we had a perfect lunch in a wonderful setting. Well worth the visit and the ideal place to stop when in the area.
