I am stunned by the other reviewers' comments. I have been purchasing many precious items at Nana's shop, always paying in cash (because I know she does not take credit card) and always taking the art with me, since I do not want to give her the extra burden of shipping it. I know she has been through a lot of personal trauma, from losing most of her close relatives in a single car crash in Germany, her husband died in the same year, and so did her best friend, the conductor of a Youth Symphony, from cancer. She also had to change shop, and move out of her home in the same year. I prefer supporting her when I buy art, since I know she supports Fair Trade, and will look out for artists in remote areas, who often do not get much attention from tourists. I wish the missing parcels could be searched for without besmirching dear Nana's name in this way. This is truly an administrative problem that she could not handle with her resources and poor health. She will always be a jewel in Stellenbosch.
