We had the platter for two which has a variety of their freshly baked breads, selection of cold meats, olive oil, balsamic reduction, tapenade, and the most delicious tomato and olive oil type dip.

To top this, they have the best coffee - served in these cute wooden cups - to really make your meal very special.

Remember, it gets quite busy, and tables can be scarce and tightly packed, but worth it!

This place is down an alley or you'll need to walk through the artshop, which itsself is very interesting. Don't miss it as it's worth a visit , the bread is very rustic and tastes amazing. Try the billtong, cheese or jamon ham with freshly baked bread which arrives on a wooden board. You can watch the bread being made in the bakery & also see all the locals coming in for their "daily bread". This is obviously a great meeting place & when I was there we were lucky to find a table , a sure sign of it being a good place. You can order pizza or a light lunch or cakes as well. they sell pickles & jams and other things as well as bread. We had sour dough & it went well with the cheese & ham and white wine.

After touring the town for a few hours, we decided to put a little something in our stomachs before heading out to do some wine tasting. Had seen some great reviews on Tripadvisor so we headed to this wonderful little bakery as it started raining outside. It was the perfect place to stay out of the rain for a couple of hours while trying out their wonderful fresh baked breads, pastries, coffees and an absolute must for chocoholics the hot chocolate.

% of us shared the bread platter for 2 and couldn't finish all the bread meat, cheese and sides that come with it. The hot chocolate is not to be missed. Stop in and try the wonderful breads and pastries, you won't be sorry.

Wow, what a great place! Be entertained by the bakers baking bread in one section of the bakery in full view of customers and indulge in the amazing fruits of their labour. Do try the totally delicious bread sticks with olive or chocolate and the best french toast you will find anywhere. And I loved the cups in the wooden saucers.

In this place you feel that every minute is well spent weather you spend it with a cup of coffee and a newspaper now and than looking in to the bakery or if you are having a real meal with friends. Its arty and special to the core of it. A good sign is that an oaktree has not been cut down but let growing in the middle of place. Live and let live!
