had an absolute delight of staying at coco goa for the new years. a brilliant looking place, absolutely worth its price. brilliant looking rooms...very true to its pictures. extremely friendly staff. very well loacted, prefect for a peaceful and a restful holiday. must visit here. kudos to team coco goa

Lets forget the fact that the managers have some sort of a bloated ego. Lets even forget that they don't realize how to conduct themselves professionally. But you really can't forgive the fact that in the middle of the night (when you are just starting to enjoy your friendly Mafia games) you are forced to go out in search of an alternate room and on top of that you are labeled as Cheats!

Seriously, blaming your customers for your own incompetence, the worst ever possible customer service and a disgustingly rude Manager. I'm surprised Coco Goa manages to get any business at all. But then everyone learns from their mistakes. I'd suggest you learn from ours.

I would be lying if I said the rooms were bad. The only good thing about the place. HOWEVER - The AC and one geyser did not work for the day we were there and neither was it fixed. So much for service.

I'd recommend people to come to this place only if you are doing an experiment in market research on the bottom pentile of customer service or a psychology experiment in "how to behave as rude as possible with your customers".
