“Nice place to stay if you are a group”
Reviewed 7 October 2017 for a stay in October 2017

Very nice and peaceful stay if you are a large group. We were 6 and it was very comfortable. Melanie was proactive in her communication and her agent took good care of us. All necessities were in place. 10minutes drive to Titos lane n Calangute n baga beaches.

I was initially worried about the location as it is a 30 minute walk into calungute and i did not want to be using taxis all the time. But we walked every evening and got a taxi back without any problems that a good tall cold drink with ice couldnt sort out once we were in calungute!
i was very happy with the villa it was clean and had all the modern facilities. It was stocked wth cleaning materials which were very handy, and loads of bed linen and towels. It was very quiet, with no road noise or loud parties, which is just what i want. We also used the shared pool on site which is kept clean daily
Melanie (owner) was a dream to work with, she answered all emails and texts etc immediately and totally put me at ease. I hope we will be visiting for many more years to come
Thanks for everything Melanie, see you next year x

“Comfortable and spacious”

A typical Indian Villa. Nice setting, very spacious, great pool. Could do with decorating externley and Just a little lacking in some of our European amenities. Easely and quickly sorted by the owners.
Good location half hours walk to Baga beach. and 200 to 300 inr in a taxi to Vagator, Anjuna, Calangute etc.
Plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance, again different standards for different prices. 2 or 3 very good ones at reasonable prices. You can still get a very good steak for between £5 and £6. All the restaraunts are multicultural .
The owners are very helpfull and did everything to make our stay enjoyable.
Arpora is a typical small Indian town. plenty of dogs, cows and rubbish.
But don't be put off, give it a try, it has a lot to offer.
