Description: Wonderful beach front restaurant on the terrace of a lovely hotel. Overlooks pool and ocean. Had one of the best tofu main courses I had in all of Bali, also delicious appetizers of grilled fish.

“Lunch delight”

Lunch at this place was divine. Undercover by the pool looking out to the blue sea and like all our experiences in Candi Dasa the staff are so polite and helpful.

“Best eating experience - tasty, safe and catering to special diets”
Reviewed 15 August 2014

We ate at Vincents, Warung Boni, Le Zat, La Rouge and here, and had to go back here again as it out-classed the others with it's fresh and innovative fusion organic salads (washed in filtered water) and juices. We appreciated the complimentary drinking water and daily changing menu.Great ambience looking over pool to ocean. Tasty and healthy (not relying on cream and cheese to make it tasty as some of the other restaurants did with their western dishes). Range of menus for special diets e.g. vegan and vegetarian. Check out the boutique accommodation and spa too while you are there - very well presented. Only downfall was limited drinks list, no cocktails without arak as intention of owner was to be organic. Only beer was bintang. But great fresh juices and sorbets. Free pick up in Candi Dasa area also appreciated.

“Fresh healthy organic food, great prices and idyllic setting”
Reviewed 1 August 2014

Carefully thought out menu, and all the dishes I tried were delicious. Ikan pepes especially good. It's worth asking if they've a Balinese option additional to what appears on the menu and if you want it spicy make sure you say so as they are careful not to blow their guests heads off unless they ask for it! Lots of fresh fish and veggies, and mix of European and Asians inspirations. Big plus too is the filtered water (they have a serious water treatment plant) so you can avoid plastic bottles. The staff are all locals and they take on lots of local youngsters as trainees which is great to see. They get pretty good training too, judging by the service quality which is excellent.

“Excellent food”
Reviewed 6 July 2014

We ate here last night and it was fabulous. Mahi mani was divine and the vegetarian menu better than most melbourne restaurants. Setting romantic, service spot on and a lovely owner overseeing everything. What more can one ask for. Oh yes, prices excellent too

“Great Organic Food”
Reviewed 28 June 2014 via mobile

While in Candidasa we stayed at Aquaria. On three occasions we ate dinner at the restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. They have a double filtration system for their water so no nasties from washing the food in it. The menu is not large, but they change it everyday. It was so nice to get away from the hustle and bustle out on the street and just enjoy a quiet meal in very peaceful surroundings. The staff are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. If staying or coming to Candidasa definitely try the restaurant at Aquaria.
