Acacia stay-cation is one of the best I ever had. It truly lives up to its promise of authentic Filipino hospitality. They greet you with a smile and are very accommodating with every request. The concierge service is always available to assist with every whim. The rooms are clean, spacious, and truly make you feel at home. The amenities are superb - was able to check out the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Toured around the gym and it is complete with all the equipment you need.

The food at Acaci is great. I specially love their Paella for the dinner buffet and the healthy muesli for the breakfast buffet. I just hope there are more food selection especially when it comes to seafood options and more ice cream for dessert.

Overall, the experience is like a dream come true. I highly recommend it especially for travelers in the South. :)

Room Tip: Take advantage of their promos Upgrade a Deluxe room to a Junior suite and have a great view for better value of what you pay for

Customer service - 5 star. Good people with heart felt "customer focused service"
Food - Good but not as great as Shangri-la
Facilities and Amenities - Fantastic! I love the interiors. Care is given to every detail of the hotel.

Keep up the good work, and make the Filipino community proud!

Had a nice 3 weeks stay in Alabang , Manila at ACACIA hotel. With clean and good layout interior , the hospitality of every staff is excellent. Warmth care and respect is a core strength of their staffs. With it's facilities , amenities and space , it's a reasonable priced hotel . The warmth smile and humility from the main door to hotel dining places spells hospitality at it's best. Been staying at this hotel for 3x already.

Room Tip: corner rooms gives extra space , rooms in the east side are quieter , Higher rooms gives a better view of the sorrounding area.

Decided to stay at Acacia Hotel because of the rate and the reviews I have read here. Made reservations through phone. It was fast and efficient. She even sent the details of my reservations through email. It was a good start.

Since we are just staying for a night, we brought 2 small bags. We were greeted by the staff as soon as we arrived at the hotel. Nobody from concierge was there to assist us with our bags. It was the doorman who helped us carry the bags from our car to the reception area.

At the reception area, there was only one lady manning the front desk. Since we were the only one checking in, we were entertained immediately. She asked for my ID and then my credit card. While waiting, we were give a small glass of juice that taste like water. We were not able to finish it. She gave us our key and told us about the schedule of breakfast and pointed the restaurant. Very disappointing. She never confirmed if our reservation was correct, she never mentioned about the free wifi and free shuttle service, she never asked if we need anything else and she never asked if we need help with our luggage. I was so disappointed that I even forgot to get her name.

Anyway, we had to ask concierge to help with our bags. Lloyd of concierge was helpful. He was the one who told us about the free wifi and shuttle service. He also mentioned that Acaci Restaurant is located at CS and pool on the 3rd floor.

The room is spacious and clean. It was already cold when we got in because they already placed the spare key in the slot. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is also clean. They have a separate shower and tub. Basic toiletries are complete. They also provide 4 small bottles of complimentary water. The 2 bottles are already inside the ref and the other 2 beside the complimentary tea bags and coffee.

The pool area is quite small. Limited number of chairs. They have a small round pool for the kids, a rectangular pool for the adults and a small round jacuzzi that can accommodate up to 4 adults. There was just one guy manning the pool area. Not enough to look after the guests and provide service at the same time. One guest had to get his own towel because the guy was talking to another guest.

Before going out for dinner, we called in advance to reserve the shuttle service. When we got to the lobby, the same doorman assisted us. We just had to wait for a few minutes for the car service. Shuttle/car service of Acacia is better and more efficient compared to Bellevue and Parque.

We woke up late the following morning and arrived at Acaci restaurant 30 minutes before closing. We were seated immediately but was never asked if we wanted coffee or tea. We had to ask if it was included in the buffet. We asked for coffee and was disappointed it was not hot anymore. The waitress did nit even bother to check if what she was serving was still hot. We did not complain anymore because we had to get food at the buffet since they are about to get ready for lunch. They did not replenish the buffet anymore even though there are still guests arriving later than us.The breakfast buffet cost Php1076net. Not worth the price. Very limited choices and the food does not even taste good. Average. I only liked the fresh apple juice and the beef tapa. The egg was bland and the other juice (mango and watermelon) taste like water.

Check-out was fast. Overall, our stay was okay. The staff are always smiling and greets you when they see you. But customer service does not end there. The staff needs more training.

If you are looking for a place to sleep and rest, Acacia is a good hotel. Just do not expect for a great service and delicious food.
