“very good for a short stay”
Reviewed 5 November 2012

If you are travelling through Las Pinas this hotel is ideal, as there is nothing as good as this in this area.
Yes the hotel is clean but basic and has very limited services on offer. The rooms are clean and what was pleasing all are key card operated which was a big plus. Apart from the large Mall across the street there is nothing much around of note, but if you are travelling through the Eurotel is ideal and is quite cheap and short stay about $50 a night.

I stayed here last week and occupied both the studio room and the standard room. The studio room first, it was clean, but smelt putrid, like cigarettes. It had no window but that wasn't an issue. The standard room also smelt bad but it was more of a mouldy smell, this room had a window, but it didn't open and the view was pretty crap, so really it was pointless and definately not worth the extra money from the studio room. There were renovations in progress on the same floor as the standard room and they start work way to early, before 7am. There was a hammer drill going in the room next to me all morning which was really annoying.

The staff weren't to helpful in explaining things, as I was suppose to have breakfast included with the room but there was no mention of where that takes place and what time etc. There was a safe in the room but same thing, no mention of accessing that. The free wi-fi was good and I had no issue with it.

The location is pretty good as it's close to SM mall but still about a 30min cab ride to the international airport.

I've stayed in much accommodation throughout the philippines and this is definately overpriced for what you get.

Room Tip: If you want cheap take the studio room as I feel it was better value than the standard room.

the short time rate is pretty decent...lot of couples go here for the short time private stuff...ample parking in the back and they'll cover your car upon request...theres always a guard to keep the car safe....dyuring weekends and especially valentines ..expect to wait for an available room...luckily they have the euro bar where you can booze up while waiting for some other couple to visit...lthis hotelis a very well known lover's nook in the muntinlupa , bf homes and las pinas area....rooms are cluster phobic cubes with small televisions with two porn channels...the remotes are sticky ..the ac is hot...sheets are super thin....the have rubber slippers in the rooms.....you can smoke in rooms....the pillows are hard...the sound from the other rooms are always entertaining....I'll never check in a Eurotel with children or my mother.

I frequent this "hotel" because of its close proximity to one of our offices in Muntinlupa and it is cheap. However, what you get is a small room, a small rest room, a small desk, a stiff bed, thin pillows, thin sheets, an old TV, no windows. The food is not good so what I usually do is check-in, go to SM Southmall and eat in a restaurant, then go back to Eurotel to sleep. Sleeping is also quite a challenge because either the airconditioning is loud or you can hear the couple in the next room doing some private stuff. It does have a bar downstairs but there never seems to be any other guests going there (I go to this hotel at least once a month). The only reason why I keep staying here is because og the convenient location.

As I was getting done with my business here, I decided to stay back for a week as my VISA still had a week left to expire. Las Pinas is the only hotel that I could afford here as i need to stay close to the place where my girlfriend lives. I am quite content that i got a hotel that did fit in my budget. and What more to expect for something below $40. So, here's what you get,

- a Studio room, with a great picture of a castle, making you go drooling over Eupore... I sure felt I was in turkey or Macedonia,

- The room finishes as soon as you enter it. If you have got 1 small kid along with you, it's not a good idea to get a studio room.

- The Breakfast spread is okay, and good for two with 2 main courses, tea/coffee, corn flakes, breads and egg on demand. But make sure you have it sharp at 6 AM cos the heater is just a monument..

- Bathroom - Wow.. hygienic, hot water is based on your luck, you may or may not get it.

- Laundry - If you are planning to stay for a week, make sure you have clothes that you may not need to launder as they dont have that service here.

- Food - I happen to order food, and it turned out okay, almost the same price if you get into a mall or any other rest., the food luckily turned out to be edible.

- Other Amenities - WiFi - Works 8 out of 10 times, TV (okay - make sure you block Channel # 107 before your kid starts enjoying it) , Towels & regular toileteries (reminds me of 1990's), 2 pair of Slippers (don't feel like stealin em), Fire alarm system, and nothing else worth sharing.

So, the stuffiness of the hotel has lead to smell that keeps lingering 24/7, so make sure you carry a powerful room freshner along.

I really cannot complain for the price i pay for the hotel. Afterall, beggars cannot be choosers...

Enjoy your stay if you really are on a tight budget and don't plan to stay more than 48 hrs.

Room Tip: Make sure you check the room before you move all your garage inside... Esp. A/c, TV and the socket c...

y wife & I stayed at the Eurotel Hotel Las Pinas on May 5 2012. Our bathroom had no hot water, so when the boy checked it out he told us it was a plumbing issue with this particular room (so no one else bothered to complain??). We were advised to pack up & move to another room but after unpacking once again we noticed that the air conditioning was not cooling at all. Enter the boy once again, & once again advised us to pack up & move to another room. The next room had a broken TV remote, so we had to jump out of bed each time to change a channel or adjust the volume. Sick & tired of moving we reluctantly accepted this inconvenience then decided we needed two extra pillows because the two provided were wafer thin. The same boy arrived with the pillows but demanded that we pay P100 up front to get the pillows!! So, no good will at all for our room hopping? Never again to stay at this hotel!

Room Tip: Check that everything works before unpacking. And there is no complementary water provided.

We needed a place stay near the family residence and the closest was Eurotel Las Pinas, We have been here before many years ago and was very pleased with our stay. Unfortunately time has been an enemy of this hotel, the rooms look rugged, the aircondition loud and the only power point I could find was already being used by the tv (thankfully I bought my own double adaptor). We manage to book a suite on the 6th floor which had a window. I didn't mind the place as it was a stone throw away from SM South Mall. Unfortunately our visit was during Maunday Thursday and Good Friday, hence no shopping done =(
