Visited this trending resort because of popularity? So this will be my review.

Here you go!

• Not crowded
• Clean man made beach water
• Spacious and Clean Room
• Easy access to their ameneties

But my expectation is different from what we experience.

Swimming Pool: 3️⃣⭐️
First you need to register near the lap pool area before you can swim, they will give a wrist band proof that you can access to their swimming pool areas. Fyi, Locker was provided so you can leave your belongings. I think better to swim in the morning around 7am since pool is operationg 7am-12noon, then 2pm until 7pm. I observe lap and man made beach pool are not crowded on that time. But if you’re planning to swim late in the morning around 8:30-12:00pm. (Goodluck! ) Pool is too crowded already.

During our stay, i also observe that their man made pool became a hangout and picture taking area only. This is too crowded also.

Room: 2️⃣⭐️
We stayed at Santorini tower. All i can say is i’m very disspointed to the room we gave to us. From their comfort room, kitchen, bed, up to thae balcony of the unit. Comfort room, i expected having their own hot and cold shower. I’m the type person that not usually taking a bath using cold water. No light under shower areas. Sliding door have a moss, thingking that the caretaker of the unit did’nt see. Or maybe what we called “Bara barang pag linis”. Kitchen? Refrigerator and cooking materials was provided in the unit. But my only problem in the kitchen is the odor. Luckily, there’s a sliding door in between the sleeping area and the kitchen.

It’s a typical staycation experience. Nothing so special during our stay.

Oh! Here’s one of the tips.
Supermarket and SM Mall is just 5-10mins walk only.

Though it is located in the busy part of the city, getting there was easy using the location application "Waze". We have pre-booked our 2 nights stay at the hotel via online. Getting passed the gate was a bit long due to not so proper system check or experience by the guards.
Reaching our hotel room at the ground floor, we were amazed how nice the room was, it was clean and properly accommodated with just our needs like, kitchen stuff, toiletries and some welcome drinks.
The downside was, we experienced a very loud neighbors having a party till midnight. Also the food was okay just to satisfy our palate. The Paris Beach Club have shut down the lights around 7 pm although the Spa/Massage was still operational that night. Lacks salon place, and from what I observed they need to have a medical assistance 24 hours in case of emergency. Non smoking areas with signage are not strictly implemented on bars specially in the evening..

Room Tip: Our room at the ground floor have a great view, but can be a bit noisy.

Don't expect much as this is not the place for those real vacation.. its just accessible within NCR as u wont spend half of ur vacay time traveling to and fro. The pool mgt is so poor starting from d long line of visitors as they only assign 1 counter girl even on that crowded weekend.. also the pool is poorly maintained.. it's kinda dirty.. redeeming point is a nice balcony view...

This is imaginably the WORST place to have a family staycation. I don't understand why several people populate it still.

BACKGROUNDER: This place not a resort but a set of condominiums that has a nice pool and layout. Owners of the units rent it to poor unsuspecting families who want to have a great time around the city and make them experience HELL.

We are a group of 4 families, each consisting of around 4-6 people, we stayed in Santorini Tower room 1815 for around 7k a night (WTH). Not really sure about what others booked. So advertisements say you have access to this beach pool. wave pool and that there's even a gym and a spa for additional payments but what you get is just that with a whole mess of uncoordinated staff and poorly-managed crowds.

So let me get started on the venue:
1. We had a rather expensive room that was visually pleasing but quite dusty (my allergies went over-the-board) and one of their airconditioning units was broken. Despite coordinating with the owner to get it fixed, we were confronted with the blatant fact that it coulnd't be fixed SO DUH, please give us some of our money back. It had a functional stove, non-working plugs and a nice bathroom and bed. Not bad but Bad for 7k. (Maghotel nalang kayo!)

2. Santorini (much like the other bldgs) had a small waiting area with VERY STRICT guards. It's okay to be strict but they're just crazy-strict. It has 3 small elevators that can barely fit 6 people, without any functional air-cooling methods. So its like you're going up hell in the eat with 6-8 other people who have sweati-ly waited for their unit owners to come and coordinate with them once they've arrived. Each building only has one trolley for your things so please don't carry too much or don't even go to begin with.

3. Highlighting on their "strictness" The place is filled with policies of do's and dont's that treat visitors not as guests but as unruly scum. Each unit has a strict occupancy agreement (maximum number of people per unit). If you wanna visit your relatives at another building you'd have to surrender your visitor's pass to their guards and visit for a maximum of 1 hour to prevent overcrowding, plus you can't be noisy (which is completely understandable for an AIRBNB type of living space but probably not since it's kinda Sofitel priced.)

for the following sections, please be advised that it will be written in so much distaste.

4. the POOLs are both CRAP. (they open only from 8-12 and 2 to 7) but you have line up for about 1-1.5 hours to get a pool pass ( that's seriously not explained in their booking processes) only to find yourself in a dirty cesspool. In addition, there is only 1 way to go to the pool and that's around the whole complex of towers without any signages on where to go and a lot of places you can't pass or even go to since its for "unit owners" only. Its like a long long line for Disneyland for one attraction.
The 2 pools are as follows:
One is a wannabe wavepool that has 1 10 minute wave cycle every 2 hours. The water is as murky as used bathwater and its seriously warm (like warm tea warm). The seat area is so populated that you can't even find a good place.
The next pool is the kiddie beach pool with a tiny slide and a lifeguard that honks his whistle q 5 minutes for the unruly kids. Its warm as well (guess why) and has dirty sand. water is murky.
In addition, to go from one pool to another, there is only one accessible pathway meaning you'd have to walk all the way around to go to it from the wave pool.
This was the worst.
You go around in circles to find where the entrance is, you're blocked certain pathways because of the prohibited areas, you finally arrive to the pool only to drown in the swarm of people, you dip in warm dirty over-populated pool, and get tired of going around more circles coz there's only one way for everything.

5. Oh yeah, you can't go back to your unit in swimming clothes because they'll fine you. Its totally understandable but if you went to the pool without bringing your clothes for changing, then you just caught yourself in a trap.

I would have wanted to phrase my opinions more articulately but this is just the worst place ever. Such a shame for Paris Hilton to put her name on such a thing, but yet again, maybe it's meant there for a reason.

Me and My Family Check in in this residence to relax , but it turns out we are like a prisoners. Yes it was a good ambiance in the picture and so so in reality. too much rules and too crowded. I'm not gonna recommend this for a vacation place. And all the staff are unprofessional.
