Despite the proliferation of fast food joints with fried chicken offering, Max chicken is a popular choice even among the younger generation. In keeping with the times, Max has come up with combo meals of chicken and salad/side dishes. These meals are more expensive than those offered by the fast food joints but people don't mind footing the extra cost because of its unique chicken recipe. It is crispy outside but juicy and tender inside. A lot of Filipinos find a strong affinity to Max Restaurant because its long history has afforded practically everyone, fond memories of bonding and togetherness with their loved ones ... be it a family outing, friends' get-together, birthday celebration, graduation, first communion, confirmation, baptismal and even wedding receptions. Max restaurant is already a part of the Filipino tradition. The branches that i often patronize are those in Las Pinas, Roxas Boulevard, Makati and Alabang. All branches are almost always teeming with people eager to be served with the house specialty... Max fried chicken, of course!
