We stayed at Aterra for two nights in August and were duly impressed by not only the accommodation, but the surroundings (including a private freshwater lake) and brekkie were splendid as well. Francisco and Claudia are extremely accommodating, helpful and patient; always a plus when you are on vacation. The tipis and tents (we stayed one night in each) are immaculate, spacious and very clean. You take a peaceful shower outside whilst looking at the burros, horses and some rather irritable ducks. Overall, we'll stay again given the opportunity as you are close to the beaches of Odeceixe and Arrifana.
