We came upon Nabao on a hot summer's day, when the (few) other restaurants with indoor, air-conditioned seating were full. A French tour group was finishing their lunch, and while we waited the owner found seats for us and brought very much appreciated cold beers. There was a good selection of regional specialties, nicely prepared and served, and a good wine list.
We were seated at the window, overlooking the river and its population of ducks and swans, with the village and the castle of the Knights Templar in the background.
