Amazing hotel, amazingly friendly staff everywhere throughout the Hotel. Rooms are lovely and very clean. Kids club (entertainment) is very well run indeed with very friendly staff. My children were very fond of kati and Kaan, they both were very accommodating towards both my children.
Tatiana in guest relations was always happy to help, I found her to be very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.
In all the restaurants the staff couldn't do enough for you,
to sum it all up we will be booking to return next year.

This hotel is 5star. Our room was very good cut out all noise when the balcony doors were closed very clean and lots of premium lotions and potions, even a throw away razor and shaving foam. Everywhere throughout the resort it is spotless they are cleaning constantly and the toilets by the beach and pool restaurant are continually monitored. Buffet food in the main restaurant is of a high quality both in taste and presentation with of lots of cooking stations cooking a large variety of food. The al a carte restaurants are of a high standard both in the food, presentation and staff, nothing was too much trouble, the only blip with the al a carte is that you have to dial from your room to a designated automated booking line. Certain restaurants get booked up really quickly, so advice here is to keep redialling from about 6.50 pm then when the lines open you can choose from the list provided. The best two were Tai Pen Chinese style and the French one called Bubble but this has to be booked at guest relations not. Y phone. One restaurant closes for one day each week and guest relations can advise you on that. The pool area is vast if you are a family then there is so much to entertain the children. We are a mature couple and there is a pool area just for adults which is much quieter. Also there is a pier which is wonderful there is a drinks refreshment bar non alcoholic there and access to the sea is via pool type ladder to the sea, it is also very quiet there. The beach is good to with lots of loungers as many towels as you want and beach boys to carry your loungers to the edge of the sea if you wish. This hotel is next to an all inclusive hotel for younger people and there is quite a lot of partying during the day, not every day but when they have a beach party the noise is deafining, all you can hear above the dj'svoice is a bass thump. I am sure that whenever you travel to an all inc. you get lots of families, at this time of the year it was mainly pre schoolers with hundreds of pushchairs, and there were some under 10's Europe doesn't have the same school policy as the uk obviously. That aside the staff are amazing they try and please you with a smile. We booked through Thomas Cook on a First Choice holiday instead of booking the holiday ourselves as we usually do, we had booked a private transfer which was not there, we were told that check out is at 12 noon, fine. It our flight was not til 1am and that a courtesy room would be provided , not the case if there is one available then you can have it for a couple of hours to shower and change bit your luggage sits in reception. We complained to the rep who was not able to do anything, said it would have been chargeable from uk. We said we were not told that. Anyway the hotel stepped up and let us stay in the room til 6pm free of charge, they would normally charge an extra 250 euros. There is a Saturday market in belek usual market stuff lots of copy handbag shops and amazing leather shops, ned to haggle, shops open in the evening. At entrance to hotel there is a tractor pulling trailer which takes you into belek on the half hour for 2lira pp. hope this helps

Room Tip: We stayed in room 5665 on 6th floor overlooking the pool and sea good room bit of walk to elevator t...

Hotel was as advertised and could not fault it on that. However they were not very accommodating
for our group of 16 golfers. We struggled to find a suitable seating area without moving chairs/sofa, which was against the hotels rules. Trying to book an À la carte restaurant was near impossible for our group. Was advised to report to guest relations each day at 1600hrs to book for next night, however due to golfing each day at this time, this was impossible. Next advised to call at 1900hrs but from two rooms as max from each room was 10!!!. Until you went on the booking system you did not know what was available and impossible to co-ordinate between two rooms when we were spread out over various floors. Complained to guest relations however were they were not interested in helping. Looks like we will be returning to the Voyage next year, far more accommodating

Room Tip: Don't book for large group

Just came back from 7 nights at this hotel. Having arrived overnight we got checked in and reception asked if we wanted champagne or food in our room. Having got into our room, it was very impressive. The room was massive, the bed was the size of two double beds, and in terms of toiletries it had everything you needed, including, shaving blade and foam, bath salts etc.

The pools were very impressive , and there was plenty of sun beds, and this was first time I could get to the beach and get a sun bed without the need to rush out and put a towel down to reserve it.

Drinks were impressive, with brands like Jack Daniels and Absolute available on tap. And the food we even more impressive, although there is a 10 euro charge per head per visit, but with T-Bone steaks on offer it was well worth it.

The service was faultless, every time my drink was nearing the end a waiter will come over and ask if I wanted another.

Room Tip: Standard double for a couple is more then you need, as this room is very spacious

We have just returned from a week at the Cornelia Diamond resort in Antalya. I travelled with my wife and 2 kids (10 yrs and 3 yrs). We stayed on an all inclusive basis.

Hotel:

The hotel is modern and spacious. The entrance lobby area is large and impressive although lacking in warmth and atmosphere. The hotel is immaculately clean throughout with lovely outside garden areas, pools and beach.

Rooms:
The rooms are large, modern and clean. We had two inter-connecting ground floor rooms. The rooms each had their own balconies with direct access to their own swimming pool.

Facilities and Entertainment:
There is loads to do in the hotel - numerous swimming pools, restaurants, bars, water slides, an 18 hole golf course and even a bowling alley. You will never be bored (even if it rains!). For little kids (under 5) there is a kids club complete with bumper cars, mini-water slides and a railway train. For older kids there are organised activities throughout the day including daily football matches, table tennis tournaments, archery etc. On the beach, there are a host of water sports available to choose from including parasailing, jet skis and water skiing. You have to pay for these.

There is a show every evening in the Amphitheatre. These typically included some sort of acrobatic performance and ranged in standard - some were excellent, others wouldn't have made it through to the first stage of Britain's Got Talent. There was a live pianist in the main bar and a band in the outside bar most nights. For those capable of staying up post 11.30pm there was also a night club.

Food:
The main restaurant is a large buffet located on the 4th floor of the hotel. This is where breakfast and dinner in the evening are served. The decor of muted greens and reds and the dark lighting make this area slightly depressing. By the third or fourth day you will be sick of the sight of it. The waiter service is slow and on average you have to repeat your drinks order at least three times before it arrives. This can become quite frustrating! On the plus side, the food is very good with a vast selection. Even the fussiest of eaters will find something they like. You won't go hungry.

The lunchtime poolside restaurant is excellent. There is a large buffet as well as the option to order a la carte. The food is superb, and again, there is no shortage of choice. In case you are feeling peckish, afternoon tea is served daily.

The hotel also has six or seven restaurants that you can eat at as part of the all inclusive option (You just pay 10 Euros per adult service charge). You can choose from Asian, Mexican, French, Turkish, Italian or Seafood restaurants. The restaurants are fairly hard to get into. You can only book the day in advance using an automated telephone booking service that is open between 7pm-8.30pm. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come first serve basis. We managed to get into the restaurants four out of the seven nights we were there (after by passing the telephone system and sweet talking the concierge). All the restaurants we ate at were extremely good with exceptional levels of service. The best was probably the Italian, although all were good.

All soft and alcoholic drinks are included as part of the all inclusive package. Enjoy!

Location:
The beauty of the resort is really the fact that you don't need to leave it. It is about 25 mins from the airport so easy to get to. Belek town is a 15 minute walk or 5 euros in a cab. This is well worth a visit. If you are interested in acquiring replica watches, bags and leather goods then you will love this place. Just bring plenty of cash and be prepared to barter

Summary:
A great resort, immaculately presented with excellent food and loads to do for all the family. I would recommend this to anyone with a young family looking for a relaxing break in the sun

Room Tip: We stayed in rooms 5022/5023 - Inter-connecting rooms on ground floor. South facing. Swim-up room...
