We stayed 6 nights at the hotel while having a golf vacation. Really nice and helpful staff. Good food. Large Room with a sea view. Beautiful and well kept golf course nearby with efficient shuttle between hotel and golfcourse. Would definetely come back. But probably not during summer, where i would imagine the buffetrestaurant is extremely noisy. Only complaint is that only one other restaurant would be open every night besides the buffetrestaurant, so not much to choose from.
Be prepared that there are no nearby attractions. Belek itself is not interesting. I would avoid going info the town next time, and just stay at the hotel and enjoy relaxing there!

I have been a few times to Cornelia and always enjoyed it, but the last time was five years ago. My current holiday is about to come to an end and it sadly hasn´t been to the standard of previous trips.

In 5 Star all inclusive resorts the expectation is to get great service. Sadly on this trip it wasn´t the case. The staff seem bored and not interested. Often I had to go looking for someone to get served in public areas. Things that were ordered were forgotten and twice I didn´t get a full meal as an item was forgotten and when I reminded them it was past the service time.

I prefer eating a la carte instead of from a buffet. The hotel advertises that it has these restaurants but for a third of my stay they were not open.

When I complained about issues I must say that staff seemed concerned and wanted to do things to put them right. I speak English and German fluently and most of the guests come these countries. Sadly it proved difficult to be understood in both languages.

The hotel may be great in high season but sadly isn´t as good as it was in the past. My next visit will be the Maxx Royal or Regnum. They are both a little more expensive but from what I have heard, it is well worth it.

One half of the hotel was being refurbished and this was loud from 8am until 7pm each day. I wish it had been advertised in advance. It also detracted from the stay.

Room tip: High up and sea view are the best.

We would like to do some explanations regarding your comments to you and all TripAdvisor readers.

First of all, we would like to inform you that your comments about staffs behaving were shared with the responsible department and General Manager.

Regarding your comments about A'la Carte Restaurants, there is informarion at our official web site and also travel agencies we are working with inform our guests that 3 A'la Carte Restaurants (Sapore, Forest Pub and Tai Pen) are at the service of our guests all year long, while the rest A'la Carte Restaurants are open in summer season. In winter season concider low demand for A'la Carte Restaurants sometimes some of them can not be open due to lack of visitors. Regarding your canceled Forest Pub reservation, complimentary dinner from Forest Pub menu and wine were sent to your room, and you've shared your satisfaction due to our favor.
You've shared your dissatisfaction with your travel agency, your comments were forwarded to the Guest Relations, and after you had a conversation with Guest Relations and our Management. We would like to kindly remind that regarding your comments and dissatisfaction all necessary gestures were made.

Regarding comment about refurbished, we as 12 months long open Resort occasionally have to do some rennovation at our hotel, also travel agencies we are working with own this information as well so that's why it's normal that there is some noises during the day but never in the evening hours.

Anyway we would be delighted to accommodate you again in the future, maybe you can think about visiting our Resorts in the higher seasons.

3 generations of us went on holiday so various ages and entertainment was good for all of us.
The all inclusive was great as it covered such a huge range of food and drink.
The beach was lovely as was the pool.
The town of Belek wasn’t far away and the local bus stopped outside the hotel.
Rooms were lovely and offered a great view no matter what side of the hotel

Spent a week here with a ladies golfing group. It was very quiet so we had plenty of attentive staff. The buffet restaurant food was very good and The Forest a last carte restaurant where we ate on two evenings (€10 supplement) was excellent. Beautiful golf courses which we had almost to ourselves. Indoor swimming pool is lovely. However the hotel was very warm and we had to sleep with our patio door open as the air conditioning was not working. Many of the public areas also seemed rather dark. That said, we had a great time.

This all inclusive holiday was the best one I have ever been on so far. It was 4 years ago but still remember it. The hotel is beautiful, amazing facilities, fabulous shows every night excellent food,lots of choice of food from all over the world. lots cooked individually for you. Entertainment staff second to none, always lots to do. Lovely relaxing bars. Never sat with an empty glass, as someone came and filled it/asked what you wanted to drink. One show on one night was audience participation for Ms Cornelia Diamond, and I actually got chosen to participate and actually to my embarassment won and it wasnt an insipid cocktail I could have got free it was a bottle of real champagne and a spa treatment, rooms fanatastic amazing bathroms. Couldnt fault it. great beach! There was not much outside the hotel though. Highly recommend it. Although I ticked we were ther 2017 it was actually2014 but drop down box would go back that far. I am looking forward to going again one of these days.
