In a general view of BOTH clubs, I would say that: BLUE COLLECTION has
a loooot to change to get better!
SO UNFRIENDLY PERSONALS SPECIALLY IN THE BARS; SO BAD FOOD; SO BAD
SERVICE, DIRTY TOILLETS, THE SERVICE MANAGER IN KIRIS(EDIZ) and the ASST. GEN. MANAGER(SERKAN TURGLULAR) SOOO UNFRIENDLY SPECIALLY SERKAN, LOOKS LIKE PISICOPAT....THEY SHOULD SMILEEE A LITTLE PLEASE, how this people can get this positions??!!!! IN GENERAL ENTERTAINMENT: VERY FEW ARE FRIENDLY AND HAS REEEALLY TALENT, THE
REST, LOOKS SO DRY, THE CHOREOGRAPHE OF DANCERS IN THE EVENING SHOWS
LOOKS LIKE MINI CLUB SHOW, NOTHING IMPRESS :-(
Am really, really sorry but Blue Collection never more in my
life....Even will get for free....EVERYDODY SHOULD THINK TWICE...!
I would love to share here also for what I would like to say holidays, but
it was HORRORDAYS IN BELEK:
We have booked by agency here in Belgium to experience the Blue
Collection, onces we always booked for Magic Life Clubs just coz of
our lovely "son" gummy man Andre Flex, that was living in Blue
Collection Belek, and without reasons for us, he was sent to Kiris,
even Andre was expecting us already in Belek.So, we arrived there,
tryed to change our room, from Belek to Kiris, what I guess could be
not a problem coz was same company, but it was....!They was asking us
to pay plus more them 500 Euros even we payed nearly 4.000 euros, I
try to deal with the Guest Sevice Kirstin and she said in the end,
that SHE DONT EVEN CARE IF I WILL WRITE HERE.So, we couldnt pay, and
we decided togheter with the Ent.Manag. David Pohl to change just for
few days Andre to Belek and send some one to Kiris, just to make my
kid and my wife happy....So since that time both of them started to
cry always coz they expected Andre sooo much.David Pohl contacted a
guy called Husseyin Ilhan, the one could let Andre to be change for
few day in Belek, but that Husseyin, was so unfriendly and unhelpful,
that didnt understood the situation of my family, and said NO, to
change for just few days Andre.
So, since that days, I just got troubles....My child and wife always
crying, sad, asking for Andre, they didnt find nothing special in the
In the End of all WE LOST......NO ONE COULD DO NOTHING...we just got 2
times to travel 2 hours to Kiris to meet Andre, and try to be happy
with my family, even we asked to be in his room(what is in a very bad
condition) for 1 night, they was asking plus 50 euro in the beggining,
and coz my wife and kid started to cry in reception, they leted it for
free.So, AT LAST, THANKS for the Guest service in Kiris,club mananger,
and Bulent(Entr.Manang.) and David(Belek).
We can just have good memorys when we were all togheter in Magic Life
Clubs, what was really good services and management, when you compeer
to Blue Collection."
