As Cornelia Hotels Golf Resort & Spa family, we would like to thank you for choosing Cornelia De Luxe Resort for your holiday and sharing your experience with the Tripadvisor readers.
As we always state in our responses, our first aim is to provide quality service and customer satisfaction. Therefore, all positive, negative feedbacks and reviews are very important for us for decisions to improve, develop and renew ourselves.
You informed us that there is no 24-hour open restaurant. None of our information channels such as our webpage, brochures, internet or the agencies provide this informations. Therefore, we provide free room service at our facility from 22:00 at night until 7:00 in the morning. Regarding the taste, as you can see from the previous feedbacks, we have not received any negative comments so far.
Unfortunately there might be slight problems regarding the language but our colleagues at service points that have direct contact with guest have good level of English. However, it should not be forgotten that our colleagues speak other languages as well and there might be slight problems during the conversations. In situations like this, our guests can contact the Guest Relations and/or Front Office staff and receive 24/7 support.
Regarding our a la carte restaurants;
All sources regarding the a la carte restaurants in our facility state that they are subject to extra charge and in accordance with the concept, they are subject to an extra charge of 10 Euros.
We would also like to state that the a la carte restaurants of the other hotels in the region are also subject to charges. The reservation schedule is usually prepared in all facilities to determine the pax numbers and make the necessary changes. You mentioned that there are not many a la carte restaurants but that is not the case. There are 5 a la carte restaurants at Cornelia De Luxe Resort; all with different concepts.
As we are in May and hosting many guests including golfers, families, leisure or business travellers, our guests not to normally prefer the disco at nights. If you wish to stay with us on your next trip, we can advise you to come between June and September when we have more guests aiming to spend their leisure holidays.
