I would have liked to give Cornelia 4 1/2 stars, due to some minor issues my wife and I experienced on our 2 week stay here. However, there were many plus points, which many reviewers mention;-
* Free room service between 10.00 p.m. and 7.00 a.m. - although we didn't use it, how many hotels can match that!
* Excellent, professional entertainment shows on a night - one at the amphitheatre, then usually a band at the Daphne bar
* Almost without exception, the hotel staff were excellent, with friendly and efficient attitudes
* Engaging, amusing animation team - always ready to speak, but never pushy or too much in your face to participate; organised great pier and beach parties to make a change from the after-show bands
* 2 pool towels per person - although one day the service couldn't keep up and we had to wait over 2 hours to get fresh towels
* rooms - massive double bed; large flat screen TV; supplied toiletries (Dove body/hand/shampoo/conditioner - no need to bring your own!!), public areas, toilets and pools all of a high standard and kept very clean
* good drinks at the bars, with options to have branded spirits at many, although for a G&T, the local Mirage gin was fine. The wines in the restaurant and bars was also fine and very drinkable, not like some we've experienced in other AI hotels.
The minor points - and I stress they were minor in the overall context of our experience - were;-
* although outside of the Cornelia's responsibility, on 2 nights the outdoor disco noise from the next door Papillon hotel went on to 2.00 a.m. and 2.40 a.m.. We know of another couple who complained about this and were moved, although we decided to stay put, but the attitude of the guest relations staff was somewhat dismissive - see their response to the review entitled "Noise".
* the aforementioned issue of no clean pool towels for over 2 hours
* food in the main restaurant was a bit hit-and-miss, with some nights there being an excellent choice, but some nights a struggle to find even one suitable mix of food - I know this is subjective issue - and, on a couple of occasions, some main courses running out and not replenished, e.g. at 8.40 p.m. (restaurant closes at 9.30 p.m.) there was no leg of lamb left at the carving station and on Turkish night the kebab meat was unavailable after 8.30 p.m.
* the hotel is a bit isolated, with nothing close by outside the gate (in many Turkish hotels we've stayed at there's usually some shops etc. an easy walk away). Belek centre is not too far away and transport wise there are 3 alternatives;- taxi (5 euro); dolmus (1 euro or 1 dollar, depending on what the driver asks for!!), and a trailer pulled by tractor (3 euros per person - it's an experience to use this, but obviously the most expensive option).
However, overall these were relatively minor issues and we still had an enjoyable and entertaining fortnight.

Cannot find anything but great things to say of this hotel and its staff. We had a twin up room which are located separate to the main hotel, in a crescent around a smaller swimming pool. Also the Hedera Restaurant is located here, with excellent breakfasts, lunches and when open for dinner, it was fantastic. The spa is great, as is the on site barber, Mehmet. There are 5 a la carte restaurants and for 10 euros pp you can choose to eat there rather than the main restaurant. This is so worth it, the food is superb, we did not have a poor meal all week. The Chinese is amazing, the chateaubriand in the Sofa restaurant is out of this world, the Turkish rester any left us fit to burst. Try them all. nothing is too much trouble for the staff, and the place is immaculate. The only thing that spoiled this hotel was the number of rude and ignorant Russian guests who treat fellow guests and staff appallingly. But aside from this - simply brilliant hotel. We will return.

Room Tip: Upgrade to a swim up, these are in a quieter part of the hotel away from the kids club and pool.

We chose this resort because of excellent reviews on Trip advisor and we were very impressed with everything we experienced. All the staff are happy and polite and work very hard to please. Nothing too much trouble. The swim up room and associated facilities is top notch and a loverly area of the resort to relax.
The spa is very good with excellent staff and I had a massage and Turkish bath on day 1 to get in the holiday mood. Excellent.
The fitness centre was the best I've used in a resort with quality equipment and immaculate gym area with plenty of towels and cold water.
The food and drinks couldn't be faulted and buffet restaurant had good choice. We only stayed for 1 week and visited the Chinese restaurant twice as it was superb.
The overall cleanliness is excellent and toilets kept immaculately clean.
The swimming pools and beach again spotless and well kept.
Never had any problem getting a sun lounger anywhere we went for a sun bathe.
The gardens are also immaculately kept and well thought out.
We wish we had stayed another week and will return.
Very satisfied couple.

Booked a swim-up junior suite super last minute and was blown away by the standard of this hotel! Champagne on arrival, super king size bed, jacuzzi bath, fruit basket and sweet platter in room.

Advised to order room service as we arrived after 11pm and between 10pm-7am room service is free of charge. Fully stocked mini fridge plus excellent selection of spirits. Swim-up room cannot be faulted at all and is definitely worth the extra money. It is a really peaceful area of the hotel with its own restaurant, bar and quiet pools. We never struggled for a sun lounger either!

All the staff work so extremely hard and are all so happy to help, nothing is too much for any of them.

The private beach area is beautifully presented with bar and private jetti where you can choose a sun lounger or giant bean bag to relax.

Cleanliness of the hotel is amazing. So many bars and restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend the A La Carte Thai restaurant for €10 per person. The food was incredible, the staff were so attentive and the view was amazing.

This hotel was absolutely everything we wanted and so much more from a relaxing few days in the sunshine. I only wish that we stayed a few more days!
