Hi just back from this hotel and my personal opinions are it is a very clean not the biggest hotel I have been in but ideal for a guests that like the smaller type hotel. It has wheelchair access throughout as far as I could tell. The staff all seemed very nice from the reception to guest services to the bar staff.
The rooms where clean tidy and well furnished and the air conditioning was fine not the coldest but fine for this time of the year.
We only ate in the buffet restaurant once on the Sunday evening and I wasn't very impressed to be honest they didn't have all the food trays labelled and on that evening I took fish in a batter which i thought was chicken it was full of bones maybe my fault right enough and some sort of chicken that was flattened no meat just skin and bones but as I said it was only 1 night we ate in there, I did have breakfast twice which was descent enough although I did hear from another guest if you wanted bacon you had to ask for it but I cannot confirm that and I didn't see the omelette station the first time but noticed it the second time and the juice and tea and coffee was offered by the staff as soon as you sat down. We did try room service a couple of times which was very good and very quick service which was nice. Lunch we ate everyday at Daphne's which was very good which you order and it is very well presented and tasty so thats was fine. There was a different part to eat across the pool at the water slides which had baked potatoes although strange they didnt serve these until 3pm dont know why. you also got pide and some sort of chicken as well as ice cream. We ate in 3 of the A la cartes, 1 x French, 2 x Chinese and 1 x Italian which was 10 Euros per person per A la carte worth it.
They had a few bars which the service was very quick and they seemed to have a good selection of bottled spirit drinks although I was disappointed that no bottled beer was served at the bars apart from Effes from Celestine bar which opened at 6pm but nobody told us this at all, I also went to the guest relations regarding this and they did try and fix this for me by allowing me to get bottles of Effes Pilsner at Daphne's and the Olea but usually getting told NO bottled beer until I said yes your F & B manager has said that it is fine so they did serve me. Overall the hotel is very good and I am sure if your going you will have a great time, I hope this helps if you need any questions answered don't hesitate to drop me a line.

A lovely hotel with good facilities. It’s staff are the greatest asset being very friendly and customer orientated. The food generally was very good, the exceptions were the
Chinese a la Carte which we left prematurely and the pool snack bar. In fact the Chinese night in the main dining room was far superior in terms of the quality of food. Can also recommend the Mexican evening.

We came here last year as a duo of couples for a weeks holiday. The hotel is very clean and well maintained as were the rooms, of which were cleaned every day with towels and sheets changed daily.
The food was very good however the main buffet restaurant was very hectic, service slow for drinks and not very relaxing, scenic or romantic as you would expect for a 5 star hotel in turkey. In fact I would go as far as saying the buffet restaurant lets the hotel down considerably. Meal times were not an enjoyable experience unless you paid extra for the al a carte restaurants. This being said the al a carte restaurants were worth the additional charges especially the Chinese and Turkish restaurants.

Of the evenings the drinks were of a good 4 star standard, international drinks limited compared to other restaurants we have stayed at and the service quite slow. If you can speak Turkish then this is definitely a benefit as this will see you get served faster and more regularly at the table you are sat at. The entertainment was good and the beach parties and pier party were very good. However after 11pm the hotel seemed to go to sleep so if your looking to carry on drinking into the night then this hotel isn't for you.

We booked a taxi to go into Belek, we as a group were quite disappointed, if your not there to Golf or buy poor quality fake goods then Belek will let you down. Its completely a new manufactured town, imagine a Turkish version of a shopping village, created for visiting tourists.

In summary, its a good 4 star standard hotel, food is good especially at lunch time at the pool bar and snack station located by the water slides. However if your willing to spend a little extra on your holiday I would look at other 5 star options as you will get a lot better standard of hotel for not a great deal more cost.

Just got back from a weeks stay with my husband (golfer). The hotel is beautiful and clean. Everywhere spotlessly clean and constantly being attended to. Lots going on throughout the day with activities and a big shout out to Sacha and the team who were fantastic. Sacha is a credit to your hotel so please pass on our regards. The food is amazing so much that both of us has gained some weight! We paid for the Italian and Chinese a la carte and both were worth the 10 euros. Lunch time at outside eatery was fantastic with a good choice. The staff were all so friendly and attentive at all times and drinks constantly refilled without the need to chase a waiter. The hotel room was clean and modern but the view unfortunately let it down a little but we were never in so not a problem. The pool area is again spotless and huge but was still pretty cold to swim in. All in all a great weeks break with the food and entertainment certainly making it for us. Husband would say the Golf also - Nick Faldo course was good, with good hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back.

Feel this hotel is trying desperately to have the 5 star appeal but in my opinion fails miserably. Most of the male staff stand around doing nothing and are either rude/arrogant or totally disinterested.

The main buffet food was poor........same things recycled time and time again. Dining room staff looked bored and actually pay little attention to what is going on. Tried the a la carte once The Florian, food was ghastly.....I had mushroom risotto as a starter ...which consisted of tasteless sticky rice with shavings of mushrooms stuck on the top.

On a positive note the customer relations staff were very helpful (all females) the pool area was lovely and the hotel was very clean. Oh yes and the golf was superb.
