Visited here in July, high season, and spent two weeks in the hotel. At arrival we were kindly asked to sit down at the lobby and have a welcome drink until the receptionist managed our check-in. It was the very first positive impression of ours.

Our room was wide, with a huge balcony facing the water slides and football field. This location is peaceful and calm also at night. Housekeeping was ok, service sometimes was a bit late but always good and they didn't forget about anything (towels change, toilet paper, etc.). Minibar control service was also perfect! Cleanliness is perfect at the whole hotel area.

Meals are quite delicious and we found a huge variety of different local and international dishes. Children's corner is really a 5-star one supplied even with bottled baby meals! My son is very choosy but here he always found meals for himself. A la carte restaurants were also ok.
And hereby, I would like to congratulate the "kitchen team" and the Chefs, who provided a really good and quality job at the highest standards! Tebrikler!:)

We found bars well stocked with high quality international drinks instead of local ones, so no headache anymore.

Yeah, we also met too many Russians there, Russian programs and Russian animators, and their rude and unpolite behaviour was not the best to face with and I am probably not alone with this opinion. If we are in Turkey, let us see local artists, more local music, local culture - dance, etc. which may be even more interesting for the guests than Russian shows.... Although, they are there, everywhere.

First, I was afraid of having a catamaran trip everytime we wanted to visit the sea, but the travel service was quick and very good, we never had to wait for the ship and the way took 7-8 minutes. Coast/beach was very clean, and beds were in good condition and comfortable.

If somebody would like to go out of the hotel, I can recommend Kadriye's market, where we can find everything very cheap, dolmus arrives at the hotel's gate in every 20 minutes.

Generally, the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I only can recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: Rooms shouldn't be facing the pools, as the stage is behind the pools.

Ok, its a big hotel, big pool but thats about it. Housekeeping is very bad. They forget toiletpaper, towels and sheets every day. Restaurant is big, food is an enormous amount but very basic. No variation, long que at the meat station. The worst are the rude and unpolite Russians everywhere. You have to claim your lounge chair at the pool before 7 am because they do that also and You end up without a place. Then the animation, that is done by Russians also! Please, if I want to be surrounded by Russians, be insulted by Russians and be spoken to by the staff in Russian, I will GO to Russia....
If you like a nice and relaxed stay in the sun, go somewhere else...

Went middle of June for 2 weeks, Great hotel, very impressive and has a classy feel, the lobby entrance is very grand and has the wow factor and at night when it is all lit up looks fantastic. there is a lobby bar open 24hours and you can also sit outside there, across from it is the golf lounge where you can sit and have a drink also. The inside of the hotel is fabulous once you get your bearings on how to navigate the "street area" where there is various expensive clothes, fur shops, coffee shop. tea shop. Irish bar .disco, endless places .
We were upgraded to pool/river view room on arrival. We think it was probably one of the best views we have had in all the hotels we had been in Belek was stunning, you could see the Delphin Imperial in Lara beach all lit up from our room over the pine forest at night.

All rooms overlooking the pools and river faced the entertainment areas /stage and the music/ shows which started at 9.30 and went on till 12 every night banging music which was very LOUD! did not bother us, but would if you had children and like it quiet.
I would think the golf view rooms would be more quieter at the front of hotel.
The river is stunning , and sets the whole hotel off very nicely and makes you feel like you could be in Africa looking at this beautiful river all lit up at night.
Pool area is fabulous the biggest pool I have seen .Underneath the Olympic pool there is a part where you can swim against the current, which was a good work out! the Olympic pool looks fantastic and is supposedly for real swimmers, but to sunbath up there it was 10 euro to go on the double sun beds. which was ridiculous has there was no one up there most days just the odd one or two and it had a great view over looking the main pool if you are up there. this would be a great adult only pool! Maybe they will change it.

No need to get up early here for sun beds there is an abundance of beds to choose.
the beach is fantastic, and the boat that takes you down run every 5 mins all day lovely to go down there for lunch.
The one thing that lets the Titanic down is the Al a Carte's there is not enough of then , also not enough snack places during the day to eat. and the roller skate girls where were they? I saw about 2 I had to fetch my own drinks, well my other half did ! lol
Met the Manager of the VIP villas Yousef a fantastic guy, and looked after us very well.
The staff were all very professional and the service was very good from every one that served us .Guest relations were excellent as well.
The Buffet restaurant was one of the best I have been !
Wifi excellent everywhere even by pools !
I would recommend this hotel but if you like the different dining experiences like we do then this is not the hotel for you. Can not fault it though in any other area's!
Hope this review helps a little for people who choose this hotel, there is so much to say about this hotel but probably just going over what other people have mentioned in other reviews.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking pool area fabulous but very noisy!

Just arrived back from a 1 week holiday at the Titanic Deluxe. We are a family of 6 consisting of 2 adults and 4 children and were in a family pool suite which was of a good size and very clean, although we had to phone up house keeping every single day as the maid never left enough towels in the room. Check in wasn't the best. Were told to wait in reception so after waiting for 15 minutes I had to go back to them and tell them I was still waiting. We were finally given our keys but no other information what so ever so we were just left to figure out the rest ourselves. The resort is very big and very clean and you cannot fault the number and size of the swimming pools. We always managed to find sun beds as well. The major problem with this hotel is the rudeness from other guests and the communication barrier. Children in the kids pool with the slides never took any notice of the pool rules and never took any notice of the life guard. They were going up the slides when kids were going down, not letting other children (British children) down the slide and on occasions I caught some children at the top spitting on children at the bottom! The number of times my 3 year old got taken under water from kids coming down the slides too quick behind him because they wouldn't wait was ridiculous and not once did they say say sorry, to be honest I don't think they even knew the word. The pool bars are very good but again communication a big problem, they didn't even know what a bottle of still water was or a bottle of beer and also at times they would serve other guests first when we would have been waiting a damn site longer than them. As for the food it was very varied and plentiful and was of good quality but no one knew what the meaning of queuing was. They would all push in front of you and some would even just go straight to the front of the queue. Sometimes we would have to wait a long time for drinks at the table and you could tell they weren't listening to you when you ordered your drinks as the number of times we got a load of drinks delivered to our table that we didn't even order and when you told them they would get the hump with you. To me that is not customer service of a 5 star hotel. The a la cart restaurants are very good but there are only a few to choose from and having to pay for wine at theses restaurants I think is wrong. When you book up all inclusive you expect all inclusive and the wine is not cheap. We stayed at the Voyage Belek in April and in my opinion it is a much better hotel. The customer service is second to none and there was no communication problems at all. Overall we did enjoy our holiday but I don't think we would choose this hotel over the voyage again. Just be prepared that if you stay there you won't be getting 5 star treatment and certainly won't be treated as priority over other quest.

It was a fantastic week at titanic delux, a big and clear room with a big balcony and very good beds, tasty numerous foods and dessert. My dauthers (6&8 years old) missed hotel and priodically ask me "when we go to titanic hotel again?" Programs for kids with kind baby siteres and kids show, kids pools and kids resturant was realy good.

Animation program was amasing ,waterpolo, kango jumping, football was excelent but beach valleyball was the best, spicially animation staff Mayti and Diana, I had happy times with them in the beach valleyball.

Romantic playing violin and flut in the bar streetes, night showes, ice bar, river and beach resturantes, aquapark, pools, suna, hammam, foot massage, ice roomes, and natural juice was really good.

The nonstop boat between hotel and beach and beatiful location of river in this way is very nice.

Staff were polite and treat like our family.

Congeratulate to the managers for all. For beautiful architectury, tasty foods, good animations and programs, nice staff and ...

I recommend this hotel and I will come back to titanic next year
