“Fantastic Holiday”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 July 2013

My daughter and I have been to this hotel many times, and have always had a fantastic time. This time we stayed in the Golf and as usual had a great time. The room was lovely, I had a very large bed and my daughter a smaller but more than adequate one. The room was large with a lovely walk in shower. The mini bar was replenished daily to bursting point (never short of a drink). The numerous restaurants all had a very good choice of food, no excuse for anybody to be hungry. The snack bars were also good and we spend our lunch times in the resort pool area and had many a snack from the bar there. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally helpful, nothing was too much effort for them. We were treated like royalty. If you wanted to join in activities there was always plenty going on. We visited the Chinese a-la-carte and I would recommend this to anyone the food was delicious. The Italian was also very nice. We have stayed at our hotels in Turkey and other countries, but we keep returning here as to be honest we can't find anything better. We are lucky enough to be returning again very soon with my husband and son and can't wait. There is everything you could want from a holiday here and plenty to do and see if you wish to venture outside the hotel. Gala night was once again wonderful, so much hard work is put in to make the guests enjoy the evening. Thank you Zeynep for a wonderful holiday.

We stayed here 15th - 26th july, 4 adults & 2 teenage boys and we also met up with 2 friends who arrived the day before. Not sure where to put this review because we booked the resort hotel but on arrival both families were given free upgrades to the golf & spa hotel, the reason given was that the rooms would give us more space as we had 3 in each room. The golf hotel is new and the rooms are very spacious with a great bathroom including a huge walk in shower. Our other friends had rooms in the resort hotel and had no complaints.
Guests are welcome to use facilities of both hotels and a buggy regularly runs between the two or you can walk which only takes about 5mins. We used the resort pool mostly, more going on for the teenagers, we did use the golf pool it was much quieter and would suit some better both had similar lunch time snacks.
We preferred the restaurant in the golf side, less canteeny. Book the a la carte restaurants as soon as you get there as they fill up fast. We tried the mexican, mediterranean, italian and chinese and found them all very good, it's nice to be waited on. We also found that the main restaurants didn't have as much choice as other hotels we have stayed in but we could always find something and the turkish night was good as was the gala night around the pool which was brilliant and a lot of work went into putting that on.
The entertainment team were lovely and didn't bother you if you didn't want to join in. Hello to Alex & Pepe from Dennis.
All the staff we came across were friendly and worked hard, Fathie and the rest of the boys in the resort snack bar were great.
One of our party had an allergic reaction to mosquito bites and the guest relations girl rang the pharmacy in the next town and within 20 mins a tube of cream was delivered to reception for approx £5, brilliant service and it cleared them up.
All in all a fantastic holiday, spacious, friendly, good to be able to use both hotels and we will return! and always plenty of sunbeds when we were there so no getting up at silly times!!

My mother and I travelled out on the 16th July to the Sentido Zeynep Resort hotel. Having sent an email explaining that we would very much like a quieter room, and if possible to have a twin room rather than a double bed as it would be more suitable giving that I am 23 staying with my mother. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were quickly welcomed by the bellboys and reception staff, and having arrived at the resort hotel, we were summoned onto a hotel golf buggy which transferred us 200m away to the golf and spa resort - the email had worked! Our room was on the 1st floor of the golf and spa (golfers lounge) and the room was more than spacious! Safety deposit box (free of charge), double illuminated wardrobe and loads of shelves, cupboards and shelves. The bathroom was huge, with hair dryer, bath and 3 showers! 1 'waterfall' type shower, 1 upright and 1 over the bath! Needless to say, we were very impressed with our room!

The food at both the resort and golf and spa features standard 'hotel food' - e.g. soups, salads, Turkish meats and of course chips. We couldn't book into the free a la carte restaurants as they were fully booked until the 28th July and we were returning on the 24th. The a la cartes included Chinese, Italian, French, Mediterranean and Mexican. However, we weren't too disappointed as the food in the restaurants was absolutely delicious with different menus every day. Lunch times offered food from the beach bar (burgers, hotdogs, chips, salads), pool bar (Turkish pizzas, chips, meats, salads, pizzas and pastas) or the main restaurants offering a wide variety of food.

Entertainment was very good throughout the day, offering activities and games for all ages, from miniclub, teenage club to adults. The animation team were very good and spoke very good Russian and English (this hotel was predominately Russian with VERY large groups of English!). We were not hassled on the beach to join in the activities compared to other hotels from previous years, which was a delight. Evening entertainment was good - professional African acrobats, Gala night, Turkish night, Chinese acrobats and comedy shows. Most of the shows were performed by professionals which, I have to say, was a blessing!

We went to Kadriye for one of the nights for some shopping - perfect if you're after t-shirts, sovenirs, handbags or shoes! Not much else here but it is only a small town. We caught a dolmus (local bus) which picked us up and dropped us off in our hotel and cost only 3Euro each for a return. They come and go every 20minutes, so you can wait, if not there are taxis outside the hotel but don't feel rude by saying "NO!" quite a few times, as some try to charge 8Euro one way each! But whichever you choose, Kadriye is a pretty little town only 20mins from the hotel and is nice to delve into a bit of Turkish culture - walking down cobbled streets, seeing mosques, beautiful gardens and just experiencing the locals!

Once again the weather was brilliant, and even hit 52 degrees C on one day! There are plenty of pools and a waterpark to cool down in, baby pools and quieter pools in the golf and spa hotel. The Olympic pool was perfect if you wanted some exercise as this pool was for over 14's and was strictly lane swimming! There were lifeguards at each of the pools and on the beach.

All in all, this was a brilliant 1 week holiday - and we both agreed 1 week was not enough, go for 12 nights to get the best out of the Sentido Zeynep Resort and Golf & Spa hotel :) Hope to return in the near future!

Room Tip: The Golf and Spa hotel is without a doubt quieter, but if you prefer to be in with the hustle and bu...

We visited with friends for the first time as a family of 3, our friends were visiting for the 9th time. Our friends, who were travelling with our 15 year old son were in the bungalows on resort side, and were again pleased with their accommodation. On arrival, my wife and I, and our 7 year old were allocated room 5165 which reception told us was on Golf side, Josuf on reception also said there was a surprise waiting for us....my goodness what a surprise, we had a room on the first floor with the river pool right outside out patio doors, one of only 16 rooms with this....truly awesome, the room was faultless, large, comfortable and modern. Food was good on the whole, the stair ants in the golf side were less busy and thus felt more like a restaurant than a canteen, as in report side. All pools were fab, kids enjoyed the water slides, tennis courts on golf side we excellent, and drinks as you would expect we're fe flowing. We found all staff very helpful, and agin the 24 hr brain the gold side was a much nicer area to while away the hours. The entertainment looked ok, we didn't partake other than watching the nightly animation show. Beach was pleasant, a bit shingles on entry. We used the free pedalo and also paid 10 euro for a banana type ride behind the motor boat. Plenty of sun beds available and if you can't find any, then the pool attendants will source for you. We would highly recommend this hotel.....very large, which can lose the personal touch, but a super holiday had y all. We as visited kadirye the local town, nice enough with lots of fake goods which you can barter down to low low prices......enjoy if you go, you won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: 5165 on the golf side...truly awesome room

We stayed here early June 2013 - we are return guests and we were not disappointed. Lovely hotel and really helpful staff! Our room was lovely and kept sparkling by our Maid, Ayse. Our daughter aged 6 got her own proper bed not just a put up so she was really comfy like us.
Shower is huge and really powerful so definitely did not miss not having a bath.
The restaurant was very good every night and we sat outside where it is really spacious. We didn't feel the need to go to any a la carte restaurants as we enjoyed it so much. It was pleasant having a drink in the lobby area but it was no problem going over to the other hotel either my daughter loved the golf buggy ride. Walking took only couple of mins. Swimming pools were quiet and relaxing And great to retreat to after a few water slides at the other part of the complex. Definitely plan to go back next year and would certainly recommend!

Arrived here on 6th July for two weeks of sun and luxury and have probably found it. The plus's are;
• great food and drink choice for all inclusive
• superb resort and gardens within minutes of the beach via main sister hotel
• service generally good but either language or cultural barrier gets you mixed service levels
• spa area superb, free but treatments such as massage not cheap (39euros) for full body
• towels free with a plastic card issued on arrival
• great food choice to suit all tastes available all day so you won't get hungry
• golf buggies shuttle you between the two hotels if you don't want to take that 5 min stroll through the lovely gardens.
• sea is amazingly warm and beach sandy (direct access from hotel)
• rooms superb with air conditioning and free mini bar
• free wifi
The negatives so far:
• themed restaurant (Mexican) was spoilt by the service and lack of attention, okay only costs 5 euros per person but I expected more if I'm paying extra!
• whilst your resort is lovely there are no local bars etc within walking distance so its cram yourself on a bus or take a taxi which are dear
• hotel shop charges silly money for sun lotion, take plenty if your case allows as you use loads in this heat.
Other than that I would probably return but this is only day 3, having a great time but this is what I've experienced so far.

Myself, my husband and our two children aged 4 years and 18 months visited the hotel on the 8th June for 2 weeks. We stayed on the Golf and Spa side and thought it was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and well furnished with a walk in double shower. There was a mini bar with water, soft drinks and fizzy drinks which was replenished each day.
We were staying AL and could not fault the food there was a wide range of choice for every meal and if you could not find something to eat with selections given i can only assume you would be a very very fussy eater!. Food was served all day as when the restaurants were closed the snack bars were open.
We found the staff to be very helpful and they made such a fuss of the children. Every where was clean and tidy and the pool water was checked daily by the technicians. The only fault i could find was that there was not a lot for my older daughter to do the kids club was good but most days she would be the only English speaking child there so she found it hard to make friends. In the evening other than a 30 minute disco there was very little for that age group to do. For this reason and this reason alone we would choose to go somewhere else next year however i would without doubt recommend the resort for couples or families with older children or babies we probably would go back when the girls are older and not so bothered abut wanting to go to the Kids club.

Room Tip: Stay on the Golf side if the opportunity arises
