“2nd time here - fantastic”
Reviewed 11 May 2012

Went to the Paloma again late May 2011 for 10 days and as it was the year before - brilliant. We are a family of 4 with 2 daughters (3 and 6) and we would go back to this place again and again. The food was excellent and very fresh - lots of cooking stations outside the main restaurant and the amazing turkish restaurant which was great for lunch and also a real treat to book in as an a la carte in the evening - definately the best a la carte. This hotel feels like a villiage and we loved spending tea times having coffee and cakes at the zomm bar courtyard.
Anyone thinking of booking this hotel should not hesitate especially if you have young kids - always something for them to do slides / kids club / disco/ playground and little merry go rounds.
One thing I noticed both times coming to this hotel is how clean it is - always staff clearing up in restaurant and toilet areas. Much cleaner than the standards in alot of places in UK!
Staff very helpful and must mention that people do complain about russians been rude etc but far prefer them to the rowdy annoying brits that you find at some holiday resorts. The rooms are very spacious - recommend a superior double - loads of space - small balcony but at a place like this you will never want to sit on your balcony.
It really does have everything for a relaxing holiday / fantastic food and cleanliness.

Room Tip: Try the superior doubles i think room number 1902 - or a room number similar to this are situated in...

This 5 star hotel is just 10-15 min walk from the City Centre of Belek with lots of shops for clothing, shoes and bags. Keep in mind that you always have to deal with the prices. Half till 2/3 the price they ask! A Taxi is just 3 euro and at the entrance of the hotel as well as a bank automat. The hotel has a great spa for free. A nice small shopping and bar street. The Tower gives you a great view over the complex. Food is pleanty, choice could be better! I only thing we missed was that the pear in the sea was not reafy yet, early season! One thing to compain is the hard beds!

Room Tip: For a family with to kids as we where are the Duplex room perfect! 2 Badrooms and 2 toilets!

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your positive feedback. Unfortunately due to the weather condition we couldnt line up the pier before 8 th of May. I hope next time you will catch it.

That could be a flawless holiday unless you had some issues with the bed. We could have changed the matress as an option if you had reported that to our office. You can directly contact with the guest relation office for any requests or solution during your stay.

Thank you for coming and hope to see you back.

It was a lovely hotel for us and our kids. The food was excellent and the entertainment team was super friendly. The reception desk was very helpful when we needed help with a few things. So I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I'll keep this simple. Family of 4 went recently with thomas cook. promised a stress free and relaxed holiday. Ended up with a bomb site of a hotel room, ignorant staff, sheets not changed for the entire week, air conditioning not working, food boring and basic, and the rep useless and uninterested - Janine was her name!

kids and adults alike hated it - in other words it was a week in prison.

how to reach there : I took a bus from Ankara to Belek (8 hours), once in belek city center you can walk 10-20 minutes to reach the resort. all resorts at this area are near each others.

rooms : rooms are very clean, however it was a bit cold at night. the minibar is filled with 5 or 6 different beverages. no wifi in the room but u can access outside the room. anyway u dont need a wifi in room if u are in vacation

food: food is amazingggggggggg, a lot of food, variety and taste throughout the day also beverages

entertianmnt: live music was amaizing and people dancong around. a mini disco for children was also good so was the dance competition for adult

staff very friendly, helpful and smiling all the time

This review is a little late in posting but nonetheless positive. Our family, 2 girls 3&7 went last august for 2weeks and as a result of the fantastic resort and amazing staff we are going back this August. We cannot wait! Upon arrival we found that the room we booked was far too small for us all to stay in so we upgraded to a superior room. This was all sorted out no problem. The rest of our stay was superb. Fantastic choice of food. One of my daughters is the fussiest eater I know and even she managed to find plenty she liked. Cleanliness of the resort was great. Pools were great and I loved that the lifeguards were on the ball. Most of all the people who made it such a wonderful holiday were the animation/ kiddie club staff. Cigdem, Polina, and everyone you were so amazing with our girls (Mia and Lola) they actually cried because they didn't want to come home! They took such good care of our girls which in turn made it one of our most relaxing holidays we've had. We really can't wait to see you all soon.

Room Tip: Book a superior room.

Just spent 2 weeks at this hotel and WAW what a place it was ,our family holiday was fantastic :0). We were in 2 minds about Turkey but after researching and reading this hotel caught my eye and we were not dissappointed with our choice. From the 1st time we pulled up we were so impressed. The resort is just amazin. The room we had a huge ( superior room), staff were more than helpful. Bonus, safe in room free and free mini bar checked and topped up every day. Proper coke, fanta, sprite and diet coke served at the many bars. Also beach towels changed every 3 days free. Food was amazin, so much choice, loved the Zoom bar for cake and coffee, we went every day. Children, aged 2 and 4 years loved the childrens pool and we were able to relax, our 4 year old loved the kids club, the guy that we think was the leader was mad but vey funny. Beach so close. Town of Belek 10 min walk, we were pestered by the shop keepers to buy bags, belts, clothes eveytime we went there little annoying but we leant to ignore. Turkish people very friendly and love children. Would 100 % recommemd the hotel and we would most definatley go back. Our rep Turan was fab and so down to earth ;0). The entertainment team did their best, especially Volcan, childs disco was a huge hit with our children, my little cant stop singing the german songs.......Only advise take plenty of sun cream as in the shops near by for nieva it was 20 euros and pamolive shower gel was 7 euros, very steep!!!!!!! Also everywhere accept euros as well as turkish lera. Cant wait to go back, Turkey was amazing.

Room Tip: Book / Request a Superior room
