My husband and I have just returned from 2 weeks at the Santido in Belek, We paid extra for the bungalows and were disappointed the room was lovely---But the view from the balcony was a brick wall !!! We had a word with reception (Nicely ) and were told "dont worry we want you to have a nice holiday " and were upgraded that day to the sister hotel Sendito Golf. Both hotels are great and we spent time in both of them .Food you could not fault there are a great variety of dishes to choose from . For folks who have a sweet tooth the Turks are second to non ..and ice cream and strawberries every day was MY idea of heaven !! The staff are so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Animation team very friendly and would always stop for a chat !if you are staying at the resort hotel do take the time to go to the front door of the hotel and either walk across to the "Golf" for a look or jump on the tuk-tuk ..at the pool snack bar you can actually pick your lunch time snack off an extensive menu,ie pizzas ,cheese burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches ,fish, chips etc. we met lots of lovely new friends most of them English and a few Germans dont know what all the fuss is about ie too many Germans.... we all breath the same air try harder folks and live and love life Thank you Sentido Zeynep Golf and Resort for a wonderful Holiday xx

Room Tip: we had room 5117 at Golf nice balcony ,its on the 1st floor, nice and quiet at night.

Staff good, found no one unhelpful, rooms was small, but was not happy as it was only this morning we got back and stopped for 11 nights and it was in mid 20s, and the rooms was boiling as the air con was switched off in all rooms, which is really annoying as hard to sleep in such a hot room, the cleaning in the room was awful, room was hoovered and bedding was changed twice in 11 days but they did make the bed most days, but i would of expected more bedding changes, but the sides was always very dirty :( hotel grounds was nice and clean though,

food was always available 24 / 7, was disapointed as my 3 year old started being sick at hotel and was obviously off food and would then only eat bananas, and out of the lunch time we asked can we get some bananas off them and was told no, which i didnt expect, but aside from that i think the food is good, but my son did eat chicken the night before he was ill, and it was pink, so didnt get him to stop eating it quick enough, but he ate some of it :( i got diahorrea there twice and have been in hospital today to be checked out due to being ill again, i cant say whether it was the food, or whether i maybe caught something from someone there who maybe picked up something before me that they may of been ill and passed it onto me, but i havent been ill like this, so i am wondering if it was food, or food washed in their water. i am also 5 months pregnant, so whether that would make me get ill easier i dont know?

we did enjoy the holiday but its very remote so nothing to walk too so does get a bit boring, but that isnt the hotels fault, just the way it is, the beach was very clean and lovely, the grounds are good, the baby pool at the moment is very dangerous and many people fell over due to it, think they doing some repairs, but not finishing them and covering it with slab sort of things which people trip up, but i am sure that will be sorted soon though,

Kids clubs was ok,but you dont sign your kids in or out, and you can wander in and take your child without anyone evening coming up to you, so possibly a safety risk

entertainment was not good, odd great night but others was really bad, but we got the holiday at a good price so i am ok with everything apart from the illness but i wouldnt pay more and i wouldnt return.

drinks in the mini bar was included which i did think was good and it was re filled every day,

not many english there but it didnt bother me in the slightest :)

I stayed at this hotel last week (12th to 19th April 2014). I travelled with my 8 year old daughter. My first bad experience was at check in where I met a very charming man named Zaher - I'm kidding. He was one of the rudest men I have met. He checked a group of 3 families in, none of us were given any information about the hotel. You had to find your way around. There was very little communication.

The rooms are basic and do the job but the quality of the hotel is lacking everywhere. The buffet restaurant is like a works canteen with a very repetitive menu at all 3 meal times.

The snack bar by the pool was an ok alternative.

The kids club has no security and the only access in and out is through a swinging gate that doesn't even have a lock on. The staff are very nice in here and have a lot of patience with the children.

One day it rained so we used the indoor pool. I was horrified to see around 20 dead (thank goodness) cockroaches behind a glass panel. The indoor pool was very near the kitchens .......I think it was best not to think about that.

I know other people have commented that the hotel is extremely geared to the Germans and Russians and I can confirm this. Even my check out letter was in German!!

I won't be recommending this hotel to anyone and can only be thankful we were only staying a week.

Beautiful resort, in pleasant surroundings with great facilities. Many staff went above and beyond in help and service, despite being very busy. Great food, varied for all tastes. Get over being one of the few Brits and you've cracked it! Check out the poolside snackbar (easy to miss!) and sign up with Kris for the spa treatments. Taxis are not cheap, but you can rent a car for less than the airport transfer and visit places like Mangavat Falls, Side (very romantic) and Antalya all about half hour's run on good roads. Great value too.

Room Tip: Golf resort rooms are larger and the pools quieter, even if an extra short walk to the beach. Get a...

Staying at this hotel right now. Made the arrangement for Bali massage. They have sent me to the sister property near by (their own facility sevens to be closed). When I'd arrived there... Oops! Nobody expected for me at all... Nice game to play with waving $$$ guest ;) So I just walked two ways instead of relaxing my poor aching back... Total incompetence of Spa personnel. I had to make written (!!!) arrangement for tomorrow. Let's see what happens next. It's really unusual. So to say experience of the lifetime. No big deal after all but as rule in Turkey they try their best to get some money and here they just don't care. Reminds me Cuba and Dominicana attitude. Well, I seem to have saved some bucks today ;)

Resort was excellent the food was really good and plenty of it !! Although it was winter season most of the spa facilities were readily available. The staff, in all areas, were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and very big. All in all an excellent experience !
