6 adults just spent a week at the Sun Zeynep. Whilst very impressed by the cleanliness and staff of the hotel, I feel it is correctly graded at 4.5 stars.
The entertainment was varied as catering for english, russian, german and turkish. The animation team worked very hard.
I felt the lobby of the hotel was without character and could have been anywhere in the world, Maybe some turkish decor!!!!
The food was excellent and plentiful. The hotel was busy but we never felt as if we were on a conveyer belt type of service.
The Turkish baths within the hotel were fab and the massages etc represented good value for money.
I would recommend this hotel for a quiet holiday at this time of year, it would be too busy for us in the summer months.

We travelled as a party of 8 including my family - my husband, teenage son, 9 year old daughter, toddler and myself. First impressions lasted throughout the week stay. The accomodation ( we stayed in a bungalow) was clean as were all the hotle buildings and grounds. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pools were beautiful - our bungalow faced the pool with slides which was excellent for the children. The food was good, not fantastic, but always something that we could all eat and generally a good choice. Breakfasts were the best. Throughout the day there was food and drink on offer all the time. The children loved the ice-creams and the pancakes freshly made in the pancake hut behind the beach. The daytime entertainment was really good - lots to keep a sporty husband and teenager entertained and also the younger 2. The evening entertainment was the one thing that could really be improved on at this hotel - but after several of the all-inclusive vodkas nothing seems quite so bad! The daytime children's holiday club was staffed by a really friendly team, and although my daughters didn't 'officially ' join in they did paly with the wide range of toys available and enjoyed the playground area. All in all the holiday ticked the box of a good half term break at an affordable cost

We stayed for 2 weeks and it was the best holiday ever, we would not change it for the world. The hotel is clean the rooms are always kept clean and tidy. The food is very good the is food for all types of people i have tried food that i would have never tried before and now i can not get enough of the food. The staff are helpfull and really friendly. The anamation team (work with the kids) they are friendly aswell. There are loads of things for the children to do they will never be with you because they will always be doing something and you no that they are safe because the hotel is a safe environment i can not find one fault with the hotel i love it and will be going back to the hotel because we all loved it. We would not change it for the world it is the best hotel. At 9:30pm they put on a show but they get dance and magic acts from around the world to perform on the stage. Just before the show starts at 9:00pm there is a kids disco where they go up on they stage from all different ages and the animation team teach the kids a dance. There is loads of things to do it is the best hotel and i would not change the hotel for the world, we are going back to that hotel because we loved it so much.

We had a brilliant 2 week stay in this wonderful (all inclusive package) hotel. We are in our 50's and were accompanied by our 12 year old daughter - we all had a ball and found plenty to do and enjoy! The staff were very friendly and seemed to prefer us Brits compared to other guests who were often rude and very wasteful - particularly the Russians.

The Russians seemed unable to eat or drink anything in normal quantities - they insisted in covering the whole table with food and drink - much of it never touched. They would literally pile food up on their plates and carry four or five drinks each - it was very difficult to watch and obviously disgusted and distressed the catering, bar staff the Brits and other guests from many different nations.

The food itself was really good and there was a wide variety. For Breakfast you could get anything you could want - from pastries to die for, to boiled eggs (boiled for 5 or 10 minutes to your taste or liking). You could get fried eggs to order and, a favourite of mine, the eggy bread. Meats and salads and fruit as well as a variety of breads were always available. Snacks round the pool follow breakfast, of all different types from chips to freshly roasted kebabs, wraps and fish. Lunch could be eaten in the air con restaurant or around the beutiful pools (BBQ, pizzas, wraps etc). Snacks follow lunch all afternoon and dinner in the evening was always fantastic. There are also 3 a-la-carte restaurants (fish, Turkish or Italian) which you can make reservations for after 9am each morning. This is free and included in the all inclusive package. You can book into any of the a-la-carte restaurants a maximum of twice in any week. On our first Thursday they cleared the pool area by 2.30pm and laid out the grounds and pool surrounds with wonderfully decorated tables with candles etc and laid on a superb Turkish dinner - this was very much appreciated by everyone and was a wonderful evening. The music made things very atmospheric.

The animation team are amazing and work extremely hard. They are there from breakfast to late into the early hours. Their sense of fun and enthusiasm are contagious! Every day there were archery, rifle and pistol shooting, backgammon, darts, table tennis and crazy swimming pool competitions and games. There is so much to do for all ages that you will never get bored. Every night there is a show in the hotel's own amphitheatre, aftershow live entertainment round the pool-sides and later on a brilliant beach disco which goes on till the early hours.

The all-inclusive lobby bar is open 24 hours as well which means that most people don't try to get drunk before midnight - like they do in hotels that stop serving free drinks at midnight.

The hotel has really nice grounds that are set in acres of well cultivated gardens and sweeping lawns. There are three outdoor pools, one with flumes and slides and the indoor pool is really cool. In the pool complex there is a gym, spa and sauna complex - there are also two Turkish bath suites that you can book into for a real treat. There is also a hairessing salon, a video/internet cafe a jewellery shop and two other shops which sell a variety of souveniers and leather goods. The hotel has it's own pier and sandy beach and the sea is safe, clean and lovely to swim in. There are all sorts of water sports and activities available from para gliding and catamaran sailing to volleyball and beach soccer! There are also plenty of sunbeds around the pools and on the beach and we did not have one day where we had problems getting sun beds for each of us. A nice touch round the main pool area are the huge canvass awnings that provide shade throughout the day for those that prefer it.

The reception, bar, catering and domestic staff could not be friendlier and they all speak at least some English. The cleaners were very dilligent and we were impressed by how clean the whole place was. All hours of the day and night we saw staff continously cleaning and tidying up. Reception staff in particular speak English very well and give you helpful advice on local buses and taxis etc.

My wife and I and our twelve year old daughter stayed in the main hotel building in a very nice room - which comes complete with inclusive in package airconditioning and room safety deposit box. The room was very well furnished and the views from our balcony were breathtaking. Large screen TV is included and has satellite channels so we were able to watch the Olympics and catch up on CNN and BBC World service channels. They also have bungalows around the complex for larger families and groups. We met one family 20+ persons strong who have been coming to the hotel for more that 7 years on the trot!

The hotel has it's own security team who are unobtrusive, friendly and very helpful. They will stand no nonsence from unruly guests or visitors however and we were pleased to see them 'influence' an unruly Russian gentleman one afternoon, who very quickly modified his behaviour!

The one downside for us was there was nowhere to immediately walk to in the evenings. We used to catch the local bus or Tractor Train from the Hotel gate into Kadreya which is the nearest local town. The service runs every 20 minutes up until midnight and is cheaper than chips (1.5 Lira each person each way). From Kadreya you can change buses and go further afield to Antalya town (Provincial capital) or the other direction to Bellek. There is an excellent market/bazaar on Tuesday in Kadreya and on Saturday in Bellek.

The weather was very hot (40 + plus degrees) but very manageable. We are planning to go back for a week in October and are already discussing with other family members the possibility of a large group holiday there next summer. I would recommend it to anyone.

travelled to this hotel in august 2007 it was our 2nd visit we originally went in july 2004. My hubby and 2 girls then 13 and 12 had a great time. Set on a beautiful beach the sea is fabulous the pools and slides are fab 2. We stayed in the bungalows they are pretty basic but adequate for your stay after all u only shower and sleep in them. The staff are very friendly and seemed more pleased to serve the british rather than the russians as the british are more polite. There was plenty of food available especially the fresh made pizza by the pool. We travelled into kadriye the local town on many occasions on the tractor and trailer it ws great fun. The weather was very hot 45 deg + most days. Would definatelygo back to this hotel
