My Husband and I first found this beautiful hotel July 2012, we enjoyed it so much that we returned June/July 2013 with our Son. We had sung the praises of the Hotel and its staff so much that my Dad and family came also, in total there was 7 of us and they too were not disappointed.
We had a wonderful 10 days, the food was excellent, the staff were very helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. With so many nationalities staying at any one time, the friendly staff always exceeded our expectations.
Our rooms were all sea views on the 3rd floor (non smoking) and a welcome return of the free laundry (if staying over 7 days) plus free internet was a bonus (which we also received on the beach)
We indulged ourselves even further into luxury one day by renting a beach pavilion for 75 euros, it was well worth it, the service was constant and again nothing was too much trouble. From a welcome mint cocktail on arrival, a huge fruit platter at 11 am, lunch around noon (whatever you wanted) ice creams to follow, baklava around 2 pm, tea & biscuits to follow. Towels were provided, there is a safe inside for you to put valuables should you wish to swim in the sea, amazing.
Our Son played Tennis, Beach Volleyball and Water-polo daily and by night we all enjoyed the entertainment including the weekly market (that comes into the hotel).
Unfortunately we didn't go to the Karaoke because it was inside (Rose Bar, previously known as the Irish Bar) only because we preferred to sit outside in the evening, however I am assured by my Dad that Simon Cowell has nothing to worry about.
Tuesday afternoon is as ever a treat, a picnic in the Birds of Paradise area, with plenty of shade for all.
We all had such a brilliant time that we are going back at the end of August 2013.

Room Tip: 3rd Floor non smoking

Having a really happy time and enjoying 14th birthday celebrations. Didn't think that things could get better, but they do! New fish restaurant, fantastic. Sun, sea and good food, what more can you ask, however, here at Xanadu, they have added good staff.
Come and see for yourself

Room Tip: Ask to be located overlooking the gardens and away from the disco (unless you are in your teens). It...

Been many times here for a quick break in May and as always had a great time. Service very good, staff helpful and polite. Food is as good as it gets with no cut corners. Ate lots of watermelon, salads, fresh fish, nuts and sweets.
We paid extra for pool view but next time would pick garden view as it's a bit noisy in the evening and we go to bed early and the garden rooms get the evening sun. The air con isn't very good so it was very hot in the evening. Choice of pillows which was good and they have bought back the free laundry service. Our carpet in our room 4444 was a bit dirty.
New owners have bought hotel so maybe there will be some changes.
We were a bit disappointed as there was only one show in the evening but maybe season hasn't started properly yet. But there was a beach party and white party so take something white to wear. Good exercise classes and the gym was nice and quiet.
Market in town on sat but unless you are looking for bags or clothes in shops no point to go.
No free bus to town it's a 1 euro bus ride or 10 euro taxi.
If you are going with kids pick a garden room not main hotel as it's closer to the children's activities. There was a kids disco play room etc. a film every night at 9pm didn't go as had seen them all.
The good thing about the hotel also is it's only 30 min from airport.
Have a great time if you go and have a Campari and orange for me.

This is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Had a few little niggles about the room, they didnt renew the tissues in the bathroom and only left glasses and cups for two, there was 3 of us and even tho the third bed was comfortable and there was a choice of about 6 pillows it was only narrow and a bit on the short side and i think a room for 3 adults should have three similar sized beds especially when you all pay the same. But on the plus side the hotel entertainment, food and drink is first class. Everywhere is spotless - i think the housekeeper must have a compulsive cleaning disorder! even the pool toilets were of excellent standard and always smelt lovely. If you dont want to put on a stone in weight please dont go here the choice of food in the dining room and the al la carte is outstanding, all drinks are branded and available 24/7 - there is even a very large round table in reception full of turkish delight and chocolates which is very hard to pass. It caters for disabled wheelchair access and theres loads for the children to do. There are taxis at the gate which take you to the market in belek which was really good. I even had a game of table tennis! they have thought of everything i defy anyone to have a good time here.

Every meal is a banquet, love the pools and beach. The vast amphitheatre hosts some spectacular shows. We had an OMG Firework display and it’s been a while since I last played table tennis.
The staff are helpful, polite and business like. The atmosphere is very relaxed and even the other guest’s children can do nothing to spoil that ‘feel good – I am on holiday, no work for a while’ sensation.
This is the second time me and M have been to this hotel, the only problem the first time being we only booked a week. This time it’s two weeks! Six days in, the weather is great, tan coming along nicely, just not sure which book to choose next…….
If you want a sit by the pool, great food, drink in a striking location then Welcome to the Pleasure Dome…Dave P

We were greeted with a cocktail on arrival, which was a nice touch! The rooms were very comfortable and clean although lacking tea and coffee making facilities! Breakfast always seemed to be cold for some strange reason. If you had omelette it was made to your requirements and was hot. A good selection of food and it was always good. Poolside bars were great for homemade pizza and burgers etc..... The pool are is fab and always plenty of sun beds. A 10 minute taxi ride into belek with lots of shops and bars. Alcohol was international brands and 24hr. Would love to go again.

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The main reception was lovely the staff were friendly but not overly familiar. The facilities were great and well maintained. The food was excellent in the restaurants and even the buffet was very nice with plenty of hot, well cooked food, well displayed and prepared.

The beach was very nice and clean, the water great and the pier quite tranquil. The occasional themed lunch, BBQ, on the grass amongst the trees was well done and offered a little twist for lunch. Evening entertainment was ok, not really my thing, but did not detract from the experience.
The rooms were very clean and well presented. The signature theme to the resort Chanel is now stuck in my head which just reminds me of how relaxing the two weeks I spent there was.
Relaxation incarnate.
