My husband & I first came here in 2008 at the same time of year and loved it so much we came back. This is the only hotel we have come back to as we like to visit different place but this hotel is superb.

I would agree with a previous reviewer who said that check in was a little slow, you sit down with a drink and they come to you but maybe not as quickly as you would like. There are also a lot of different nationalities here who can be impolite to the staff and so if you are polite and say please and thank you it certainly goes down well, especially if you learn to say it in turkish as we did.

The standard of this hotel is excellent, see my previous review for more details as I want to give you tips on this one that the rep may forget to tell you as ours did.

There is a short water, light, music display at 9pm every night that can be best viewed from the Irish bar (A nice quiet bar and not very Irish)

At certain times of the day there is a fake thunder rain shower thing that happens in French street (inside shopping and restaurant area) that is fun to see and good to cool off

Bar street is where you pay extra for drinks apart from when the animation team have something going on there like DJ night or Live Music night when it is free (part of the all inclusive)

If you are unable to book one of the al carte restaurants through the reservation system then go to guest relations, if you are still unable to book visit your restaurant of choice after 6pm and if someone has not turned up they will give you a table.

As the staff are mainly muslim and therefore do not drink they will gradually increase the amount of alcohol the more you drink, they think they are doing you a favour but obviously if you have a mixer with your spirit you can find that there is less mixer than alcohol. Just ask for example little whisky lots of coke. You can get international brands but they will normally give you the local brand unless you ask (What hotel wouldn't)

Learn please and thank you in turkish if you can as this is much appreciated, as I said earlier a lot of other nationalities treat the staff a bit like slaves.

Belek market is on a Saturday and well worth a visit, you can either get the trolley bus from outside the hotel of get a cab for about 17 lira.

Take Lira as you will get the best deals but don't purchase anything in the hotel as you will pay 5 star prices, example a pack of 5 cigars were 20 lira in the hotel but 3 at the airport

If you want to go to the nearby waterpark you can get the gondola from near the swimming pool and it will take you there. (I think this is free)

If you have any question please feel free to message me and don't be put off by any negative reviews, this remains the best all inclusive hotel I have been to in the world.

You will have an excellent time at this hotel as there is something for young and old alike

We were recommended this hotel by some friends who have holidayed here several times - we were looking for somewhere all-inclusive but above average quality and the Rixos definitely didn't disappoint. We were travelling with our grown-up kids (21 & 23) and also needed somewhere that would ensure they weren't bored. Overall the whole experience was fantastic. Check in was a little haphazard - the idea is great - take a seat whilst we offer you champagne and we will deal with all the formalities. In reality it took a little longer than necessary and we didn't seem to arrive at a busy time, add to this that the seating area had been taken over by some undisciplined, unruly Russian children and we did begin to feel a little stressed. This aside, the rooms allocated to us were large and well-equipped with a minibar that was stocked daily - a bonus on an AI holiday. Toiletries were replenished every day too and there was an impressive selection of those.

The standard generally of the food and drinks provided was excellent. The choice of food in the main restaurant meant there was always something for everyone altho we were lucky enough to work the restaurant booking system and eat in the fabulous a la carte restaurants for almost every night of our stay. This could be a problem if you are not an early riser as the booking for these restaurants has to be done on computer terminals near reception which open at 8am for bookings and by 9am all the reservations have gone altho if you manage to find a helpful guest relations advisor you can get them to make reservations for you - for example a special occasion - as we were celebrating our silver wedding anniversary. We really enjoyed the 1001 nights BBQ restaurant and ate there twice - delicious meze style starters with freshly cooked meat and fish which you selected yourself raw and was brought cooked to your table. I must commend all the staff in the restaurants, they couldn't have been more attentive and we had wonderful service everywhere and never had a problem being served drinks in any of the bars or down at the beach club. We were lucky enough to be situated at the beach club family beach for sunloungers and the staff there were wonderful too - sunglass cleaning and iced scented face towels every morning!

Generally we forged a good relationship with most of the staff - I have to say that we were outnumbered by Russians by a huge majority and they didn't appear to treat the staff well at all so I think it was a refreshing change for the staff to serve people that said please and thankyou and appreciated the efforts they made and we certainly reaped benefits and great service by being friendly. We found the staff in the Rixos bar - Songul, Merchihan and Ali went above and beyond the call of duty and Ali certainly mixes the best cocktails in the hotel! - another big bonus of AI here is that all the cocktails are freshly mixed.

All in all one of the best hotel experiences that we have had in a while, really good quality food and drink, excellent leisure facilities - we used the free spa and hammam facilities, great gym too and the staff in all the bars and restaurants were more than helpful and attentive. Looking forward to our next visit.

We are 4 middle aged women who every year have a girly week away and always go somewhere different that was until we came here. The hotel is great and the spa is fantastic. We all had the traditional turkish bath and peel and i can honestly say it was the best any of us has had and all got a far better suntan for it.The cost was £53 worth every single penny.
There are lots of food choices and all are very good. The only problem this hotel has are their booking arrangements for the al a carte restaurant.every body seemed to be told different things. We asked about booking at the guest relations on our first day only to have our heads bitten off by a very extremly rude women. If she could of just of explained how the sysytem worked we would of understood and have known how to go about it.A very nice lady who really did help us was Bana. She looked after us all week with various things really a first class service. To book in an al a carte restaurant you must go to the machines which are updated at 8am to book.We took it in turns at 8am every morning to do this and we had no problem.
While on the beach(we had reserved beds for the week)none of having to get up at daft o clock to get a bed,we was given a questionaire about are thoughts and experiences while
at the rixos.Well imagine our suprise to find a letter in our room from customer relations asking us to seem them regarding the questionaire. One of the things we did say was the bath was high for one of us due toa bad knee. They came and put a step there for ease. This goes to show that they really did read what you put.
So off we went to customer relations about our survey. The lady was very good and admitted
the booking arrangements was a problem. She said people were booking their table for 7.30
and not going til much later, therfore they are limited to numbers. So please if you book please stick to the time you requested.
All in all we had the most fantastic time and have already said we would go back which is a first for us.

Let me start by saying this was the fifth time my wife and I have visited the Rixos Belek. Sadly In our opinion the Hotel has lost it's personnel touch, which we have received in past years. Please let me make it clear the Hotel as always was spotless and the staff gave excellent customer service. The CEO and a number of key Managers have left the hotel chain and in our opinion it shows. The hotel now appears to be geared up for our wealthy Russian friends, having PRIVATE bars only for certain select guests. This gives the impression of a divide in wealth, and a number of other guests also commented on this and found this unacceptable. We also experienced on occasions that parts of the hotel were closed off during our stay, for certain tourism events and private functions (namely two restaurants and numerous bars). We also noted that the Ying Asian restaurant whilst once was all inclusive along with the various other restaurant has now incurred an additional charge. There also appears to be other incurred hidden costs, namely the Gala Night Dinner Show, and again two normal restaurants and a bar were completely out of bounds on this evening. Indeed to prevent anyone from trying to view the show without paying certain areas, access and pathways were taped to prevent passage through. We believe that an all inclusive hotel should mean just that and that there should be no additional charges or areas out of bounds within the grounds. The Hotel chain seems extremely keen to promote it's worldwide private residences, (advertisements everywhere and at every show). Sadly and with great regret this will be the last time we will visit the Rixos Premium Belek, We have now booked a week at the Mardan Palace in Antalya where we believe a number of the Ex Senior Rixos Management Staff have moved to.

Dear Chris Jane,

We would like to thank you for your sharings. As the other hotels, we are also changing and trying to add new services to our concept. Rixos Premium Belek is giving service under the ALL INCLUSIVE & ALL EXCLUSIVE CONCEPT. This means that we have inclusive and extra of charge services. When our guests go to a travel agency or look our web page they can read or learn our detailed concept. It is clearly explained that which services are extra or not. DINNER SHOW is an extra of charge event ( coctail, dinner, show & fireworks ) but this night also we are making event for all the hotel guests in the Bar Street . Rixos Chain is opening new hotels, residences.. There is no wrong with advertising them in our hotel also we made two special nights for our guests to meet them with our new hotels management team and if they would like to ask any details about the new city hotel in Antalya , they welcomed you at the entrance of the Bar Street Party.
I would like to make clear that in our all inclusive concept you are able to use Main restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner, late snack, any of 6 a l carte restaurants with reservation, you can have lunch in any of 4 restaurant except main restaurant, 1 patiserria ( Cafe Wien ), 8 bars etc.. these are all inclusive parts of the hotel. YING Restaurant, DINNER SHOW, except our all inclusive events BAR STREET is giving exclusive service.

As being one of our repeat guest, I will be glad to assist you for any further need or request. Please do not hesitate to contact us and we are sorry if we make any inconvenience during your stay.
