Unbelievable great food and a lot of choise. We stayed with 2 kids (4-1.5) my son had a great time in the mini club. Even there weren't a lot of kids because it is winter he played a lot there. So much attention he got. He played so nice with Çağrı from the kids club. He really diserve some credits. Very nice to see a male mini club staff.
The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Everybody very friendly.
The best cheesecake I have ever had....
Rooms are very good and clean.
Thx a lot for the great time....

stayed 4 nights for a conference. really enjoyed the international buffets, turkish delights and desserts! the bed was comfortable. towels were soft. room was clean. service was attentive. view was impressive. loved the coffee and pastries at La Patisserie. best turkish delights! highly recommend.

As a group of two couples we were in Rixos Premium Belek for a week at mid November.
We were thinking about the hotel which might best fit us for a long time. At last we decided to pick the Rixos Premium; my sister had an amazing week at Rixos Dubrovnik in Summer and some of my friends liked there stay at Rixos Bab Albahr at February.
We must say that we liked the hotel. However, there were lots of things that could be far better. I try to address my comments within various sessions.

The room
We were at standard double bedroom. It was nicely designed, the color harmouny was so nice, mini bar was satisfying, the size of the room was ok and the devices were all right. Nonetheless, the rooms didn’t have bathtub that -in my opinion- is essential for a 5* hotel. In the first two days that was a terrible smell coming to our room (everybody at Rixos Premium knows about the smell; believe me!) When we complained to the guest relation they changed our room to the other block. The room was better itself. The smell was gone, but now we could easily hear the noises of the adjacent rooms -because of the designed door in our common wall-. Housekeeping (which was not satisfctory) and minibar charge were performed in case of application.
The hotel was in so called “winter concept” so we could not use cooling system. Even if it was warm!!

The Bars
In my opinion the most wonderful part of the resort is the bars. There are various bars every were; serving with delicious cocktails and nice liquers that I have never experienced in UALL hotels. The design of the bars were fine but I think Lounge was perfect.

Entertainment / Animation Group
It was dissapointing that indeed NO entertainment group was working. The hotel had NO program for the leasure time of about one thousand guests that were there. Again that “winter concept” reason!!

Amneties
The lobby was huge. French street was wonderful. Like 6-7 high quality tennis courts. Outdoor pools were cold. Indoor one was heated on 29 degree. Aqua park was closed and because of “winter concept” they did not take us to the Land of Legends. One beach volleyball, and a midiocre gym. The beach was amazing. There are plenty of spaces that you can take photos at the resort!

The Restaurants
The main redtaurant was amazing. Serving a large varity of foods that could satisfy all tastes.
Amongst Ala Carte restaurants, we wanted to go to Steak love house but it was just closed (because of that beloved “winter concept”!!). So we went to La Rosetta Italian food. With all respect it was the worst meal that we ate during our stay. The main restaurant was far better. We wished we could change our restaurant at the middle of the dinner but it was late!!

Acknowledgement
Despite not concidering our stay to which we expected, it was still all right. I wish to thank Ms Seda and Ms Derya at reception, Ms Anna at guest relation and Ethem at the restaurant with his high public relation.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that caused your disappointment, however we have to clarify your comment regarding the AC. Since the weather in the region of Antalya can be divided into 2 seasons (summer and winter), some certain measures about cooling and heating of the premises have been worked out throughout years. The central AC system, which is used in almost all hotels of Antalya, utilizes gas to fuel and power the system in order to run efficiently cool or heat every area in the hotel. Unfortunately the system can be set either for general cooling or general heating. We assure you that all your reviews of our entertainment, smell in the room, room cleaning and other points that disappointed you during your stay have reached the top management and all necessary measures will be taken for the improvement of the service quality. Satisfaction of our guests has the highest priority. We do hope that you are going to choose Rixos Premium Belek Hotel for your next holiday, so that we could prove our tendency to improvement and commitment to success. We stayed here when it first opened and we were really impressed. It’s a MASSIVE hotel with its own mini high street inside!, a cinema and a bowling alley! A massive river and a lovely beach. It’s also really grand inside. We loved everything about it.

I would not hesitate to return.
