This was my third trip to Belek to stay and play golf which as a concept is great but the my first time staying at the Sirene, to ensure we could play the Sultan and Pasha golf courses, but this hotel was not a patch on the other 2. The All inclusive concept which for a group of ŷblokes playing golf it's fine and the Sirene met all the minimum criteria, the room was fine, clean and spacious, buffet food was plentiful and varied but only 2 of the 4 advertised A la carte restaurants were open, we managed to book the fish restaurant and that was fine rather than great but the Italian was fully booked. Would I go back to Belek for the sun and golf, definitely yes, would I choose the Sirene again then no, I would take my chances to play the Sultan which was a great course.

Eight if us went in a golfing holiday. We had been to the area before but not to this hotel. We loved the golf courses associated with the hotel. The junior room suites were nice but they were single beds @ as couples they pushed them together when asked.
The service mainly in the bars was very poor. Most of the staff everywhere had little command of English. We waited 20 mins for drinks in the lounge. The restaurant fared better. The food was pretty good so no complaints about that.
The evening entertainment was poor unless you want karaoke or discos.
We felt a lot of the staff had been newly recruited @ were learning the ropes. They were charming
So they

Room Tip: Pay extra @ the room will be better. I preferred the main hotel to the look of the rooms in the gard...

The hotel it self could do with some TLC. Yes there are lots of new trainee staff, but over all neither of these spoilt our holiday. There were 4 golfers and 5 non golfers. Us non golfers loved the fact you could have your pick of sun loungers through out the day. The hotel was clean in all areas and the food was plentiful. We tried both the Turkish and Italian restaurant both of which were very good, the best staff can also be found in these a la carte restaurant well worth the 8 euros you pay. This hotel is an ideal base for golfers and the golfers among us enjoyed both the pasha and sultan golf courses, if you want a quiet week by the pool with sun shine this hotel will not disappoint.

Just returned from this hotel after a weeks stay with my daughter and grandson which we enjoyed, but disappointed as we booked a family hotel with Thomson and this was NOT a family hotel, its a golfers hotel.
When we checked in we were sent out to one of the blocks in the gardens and found a double bed even though we had booked a twin room, so we were given a room in the main hotel which was lovely and the view over the pool was amazing.
The hotel itself was gorgeous with beautifully landscaped gardens and food wasn't amazing, but it was nice and we always found something we liked and we found the waiting staff to be very helpful and they all made a fuss of my little grandson.
The Kids Club was a let down, the 2 girls that run it didn't speak much English and it just seemed to be colouring or playing on the swings. On the first night we went to the evening disco which was a joke, they didn't cater for British kids and after 15 minutes, it was all over, we never went again.
All in all we had a nice week but wouldn't return due to the fact it's a golfers hotel

Room Tip: Get a room in the main hotel overlooking the pool for a lovely view

My first visit to Turkey, with a group of guys for a golfing trip. The hotel itself is fine, but the food (whilst there was plenty of choice) was disappointing. The majority of the staff don't appear to know how to smile and will eventually serve you only if and when you can get their attention. There were exceptions to this, notably two young trainees, Furkan (male) and Sinem (female) who were very pleasant and attentive. We were happy to tip them, but sadly all the tips are shared. We played the Sultan, Pasha, Carya and Nobilis. All great courses, particularly the Sultan. Enjoyed the holiday thoroughly because of the quality of the courses and the company, but wouldn't go to this hotel again.

Room Tip: General consensus amongst Turkey regulars is that the Gloria Verde has better food and service, but...

All inclusive drinks were very poor and slow they had lots of trainees who didnt know how to make the drinks and dont expect cocktails, you even had to pay for fresh orange juice in morning, Aircon was useless in all areas had to sleep at night with the patio door open, my daughter and her husband had to put the suitcases and chairs across the doorway so the children couldnt wander on to the patio at night and everyone got some sleep. You couldnt get in the a la carte restaurants as each one was only open one night a week, also be prepared to wear long trousers if you do get in or they wont serve you. This hotel has the foundations to be a good hotel but needs lots of input from its customers instead of the staff treating us as an inconvenience.

This was my second stay at this hotel in the last 3 years and what a decline in the service offered.
8 of us stayed there 2 weeks ago on a golfing holiday (6 of them have stayed here 8/9 times before) and loved the hotel the service was second to none both in the dining room and the bars.
But this year the food quality was poorer but the waiter service was dire.
For some reason the normal waitress`s were replaced by young boys who had no experience at all, getting a drink lunch and dinner time with your meals was a joke.
Worse trying to get a drink in the bars evening time was beyond a joke, you put your drinks order
in and wait over 40 mins, find your order has been forgot put it in again 30 mins later only 1 of 8 drinks correct, in the meantime visit the bar to get my own drink to find it 3 or 4 deep as everyone was having the same problems, as the night went on tempers got raised because of the inept staff, head barman thought it was funny till I told him I would be reporting him.
We have all decided we will not return ever to this hotel again, as much as we enjoy playing on their golf courses the Pasha and Sultan, there are lots of great courses in the area.
