“Excellent stay”
Reviewed 9 February 2012

We stayed all inclusive in April 2011, weather warm but did not detract from holiday. The Hotel lived up to the good reviews, excellent pools and slides, food plentiful, varied and always available. Staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Entertainment was good and situation was right on the beach.
I cannot fault the hotel at all, rooms were spotless, bars were good, no noise at night, disco in the basement.
Avoid Belek if you do not want to be pestered by shops selling "genuine" designer brands.

Room Tip: We were in a side facing room but it was spotless, had a balcony, could see the sea, no issues.

All inclusive can be very good but itsntoo restrictive and has a feel of mass market at this large, impersonal resort. The location is very good and so are the water slides and pools. The villas away from the main hotel are very good asnthey have gheir own smaller pool and is where we stayed.

The food at the buffet, while plentiful, was not the high qialitytni would expect at such a resort and after a while became quite tiresome. The loud noisy activities by the main pool during the day meantnthere was a lot of noise all day.

The shows in the evening were quite good and in fact The Lion King show was particularly good.

Overall, I would not rate this very highly at all. We won't be returning.

we visited the hotel in september 2011 and we were pleasantly suprised on arrival. Our standard room was more like a suite with a seperate bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a family bathroom, flat screen telly in bedroom and living room, minibar which was restocked daily. No balcony to speak of but that really wasnt an issue due to very good airconditioning.
The pools were spotlessly clean at all times and the waterslides were the suprise of the holiday - they made it to be honest we spent virtually all day in the pool - the lifeguard was on duty apart from lunchtime which made it very safe for the family.
The buffet food was of a very good standard and the a la carte restaurants are definately worthy a visit unfortunately didnt manage to try the mexican which had been recommended.
The staff were all very friendly and couldnt do enough for you.
There were a lot of russians at this hotel which didnt really affect us at all as they kept themselves to themselves but it would have been nice to speak to other english people .
The entertainment staff worked hard all day but we didnt really get involved in this side of things but they didnt hassle you if you werent interested which made a change. There was a kids club but our daughter had so much fun in the pools that she didnt want to go.
The evening entertainment was fantastic in the outdoor area and there was also a beach bar which had a disco after the evening entertainment - there was also a mini disco for the kids which our daughter loved even though she was the only english child there but as we went in term time i expect that this would have been different in the holiday period.
We had a fantastic holiday and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it - we are hoping to go back one day very soon.

Seems I forgot to add a review last time we visited in June 2011, but see an extensive one done on 6th October 2010. Are we generally stick in the muds? No, - but when you have all you want in a good holiday at this hotel, why risk trying somewhere else. I am totally suprised by the lack of the good points being left out of First Choices brochure - The entertainment is acually exceptional, but doesn't even get a mention! or the Gala nights! - or even a 'Trip advisor' recommendation, which doesn't make sense to me, considering the reviews I've noted. Still take my word for it you will not be disappointed - email me if you want more info,

The really good thing about a brochure under valuing a hotel, is, that we've got the last room that was available for the time we're going this year (booked end 2011 for June 2012) - If the brochure was better there would have been no places left - so, lucky us! it's a hidden Gem.

Room Tip: down to personal choice, we like a sea view rather than mountain - and a high room nearer the dining...

My Wife & I stayed here Oct 11 to 19 after noticing on Trip Advisor that this was no 1 in Belek.
We booked with Thomson via First Choice & we must say that this is the best 5star we have stayed in & we have been to most countries in the world. For us it was the attention to detail which put this Hotel above most of the other 5 Star resorts we have stayed at. There was no crush at the Bars as there was enough staff to look after your order either behind or the waitresses in the Lounge Bar. We had 4 of the al a carte restaurants at no extra charge. The mini bar had a couple of beers FOC + other soft drinks FOC. On the Balcony there was a unit to hang clothes to dry. The sun beds had mattresses, the beach area was spotless, kept clean by a man who was from a nearby village, spoke only Turkish but was always very cheerful & helpful. There was a small Grill by the Beach which was useful if you did not want to go back to the main Hotel. We found every one friendly & helpful.
I am not saying we had a troublefree holiday but any problems we had were sorted out by Adnan, the Operations Manager who is first class for this Hotel if approached in the correct manner. Overall we had a wonderful week & wished we had booked longer. Would we go back? YES. Thank you Adnan

Room Tip: Ask for seaview on the left hand side as you look at the Hotel from the entrance. Suites are sea vi...
