16th-23rd March 2012 All Inclusive
I went with my son for a week to golf in Belek. Had a fantastic time. The hotel was perfect. Tamer the Guest Services Manager was our point of contact and was so very helpful. He arranged all our transfers to the golf clubs with Sheby who was the Holiday Rep. Both of them made sure that everything went smoothly as some of our pick up times for golf were as early as 5.00 am.We rarely had lunch in the hotel, but breakfast was very good and evening dinner was even better. There was always a varied choice and the service was excellent. Our room was spacious and well furnished with a balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens and the sea beyond. The gym was excellent and well equiped and next door was a massive indoor swimming pool, kept at a very comfortable temperature. Lounge areas were spacious and very comfortable. The staff here are excellent ambassadors for the hotel. They go the extra mile to provide great service. This hotel is great for golfers but also for families as it is right on the beach. We will definately make a return visit, hopefully soon.

Visited the hotel on a golf holiday and from the moment I arrived everything went well. Tamer, the guest relations manager, made checking in a doddle. He brought the paper work to you whilst you relaxed with a welcome drink - no standing at reception in a queue - and then organised porters to take your luggage up to your rooms which were clean and comfortable.

The restaurant offered a wide choice of food with something for everyone's taste. I highly recommend the Chinese and Turkish A'la carte meals, both were excellent and were offered at no extra charge.

The bar staff were all very courteous and attentive, they could not do enough for you - even furniture arranging to accommodate a large group. You certainly got service with a smile.

The entertainment team were friendly and polite, without being pushy, offering various activities for guests each night. I also enjoyed a visit to the cinema with a dely to the start time so the group could finish dining!

It was my fourth visit to Belek for golf and compared to the other large and perhaps more luxurious, 5* hotels I had stayed in, this smaller, friendlier hotel is definitely my favourite.

Room Tip: Had both a sea and mountain view with small balcony but this was only in the sun early morning.

I've Stayed in Belek for 5 years in a row, bringing a party of 12 mixed golfers and used a different hotel every time, all with good facilities. Overall Papillon Ayscha (pronounced Asia), rates amongst the best and is the first place where we have been greeted so warmly. The guest relations manager, Tamer, led us to the lounge and the checking in process was a breeze, essential when taking a group. He has been a star all week and nothing has been too much trouble. The Chinese a la Carte was unbelievable, especially for no extra fee, and the choice of all inclusive drinks was fabulous. We've been looked after by a variety of different waiters and waitresses, bar servers and staff and there is a really personal atmosphere here, as if they are on holiday too! - many of them joking and chatting with us and there English is great, I've been known to order drinks in German before at other places as they speak that more (and I don't speak German!)

Also the only place I've stayed where I've received a welcome letter from the manager and even one today o explain they are disinfecting the entire hotel tomorrow - great attention to cleanliness.

Othe bonuses - The indoor pool is huge, the tea and coffee in the rooms has been appreciated, the cakes, sandwiches and hot dogs in the harmony bar all day have been welcome and we've bumped into all the main staff in different locations - Tamer must walk some miles in a week - no need to hunt around for some advice. A chef at breakfast and dinner cooking to order, speedy room service and great coffee plus plenty of room to all sit together in the lounge bar on some pretty cool seating.

We've even been introduced to traditional Turkish coffee and some cocktails I wish I hadn't been introduced to by the following morning(!)- they even created a drink for me that wasn't on the menu.

Book a room overlooking the garden or the mountains and you'll have a wonderful time - especially easy with a lager group.

I have just visited this hotel with a group of ladies to play golf. The staff were attentive; the lounge area clean and attractive and the pool and spa area well appointed. The food was plentiful and fresh but not always as hot as I would like. We had two excellent meals at the A La Carte restaurant (no extra charge). I would definately visit this hotel again.

Room Tip: Our rooms overlooked the gardens with a side view of the sea and the mountains. I would choose the...

Travelled here as a last minute deal in the first week of March 2012 it was our first trip to Turkey and after reading some negative reviews we were little worried as to what to expect, How wrong we were to be concerned, we were greated by Tamer the hotel guest relations manager and we were straight away put at ease the registration process was so easy and relaxing (just what you need after an early flight) we were shown to our room and everything was explained to us TV , Safe, Mini bar, Tea Coffe facilities and only when we were happy did they leave us to settle into our Holiday, Our room was exceptional both in size and cleanliness, everything was in place and you needed for nothing, if anything was amiss a quick call to reception(2222) and it was put right. Food was excellent and varied, in our stay we had a different meal every night and we did not exhaust the extensive menu either at Breakfast Lunch or Dinner, if we didnt feel like a lunch the excellent coffee shop "Harmony" provided great snacks and sanwiches as a way of a change,Outside the Gardens were lovely to stroll through leading to terraces looking over the sea (had coffee here most mornings) and then further on to the beach area, which was clean and tidy,Indoor pool was great also a big pool with a fantastic jacuzzi at one end,it soaked away the aches and pains after a work out at the well equiped gym (Manned by the Turkish body building champion i think i have that right) or if we didnt fancy the pool the ladies in the health spa made us more than welcome while using the Sauna, and the Turkish baths. Staff well what can you say from the main man Mr Deniz Cuha ( who watched what went on every day ) to the girls who served you your drinks all were so attentive if they didnt have it they got it nothing was a trouble, the Animation team also worked very hard and made sure all the guest were informed as to what entertainment was avaiable to the guest , so all in all a Fantastic Experience and one that we will be sampling again im sure of that, as Mr Deniz says in his welcome letter he writes to you on arrival, "WELCOME TO YOUR COMFORTABLE HOME" all we have to add is go enjoy and form your own views but we are sure you wont be dissappointed

Have been going on holiday in Belek since 2001 and this hotel lived upto our high expectations. We stayed for 1 week in February. The hotel was fairly quiet. Cleanliness of the room was exceptional and also in the rest of the hotel. The food was of a high standard, very tasty however more choice would have been good. This hotel is relatively smaller than other 5* hotels we have stayed at before which is not a bad thing as the service was more personal.

My bedroom was very clean and comfortable with some beer and soft drinks in the mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities. The Chinese dinner we had at the A'la Carte restaurant was excellent.
The staff were all very friendly and professional.
The main purpose of our visit was of course GOLF. The courses we played were all fantastic. The sunny weather and warm tempreatures also helped.

We are all looking forward to going back for our next holiday.

We stayed all inclusive in April 2011, weather warm but did not detract from holiday. The Hotel lived up to the good reviews, excellent pools and slides, food plentiful, varied and always available. Staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Entertainment was good and situation was right on the beach.
I cannot fault the hotel at all, rooms were spotless, bars were good, no noise at night, disco in the basement.
Avoid Belek if you do not want to be pestered by shops selling "genuine" designer brands.

Room Tip: We were in a side facing room but it was spotless, had a balcony, could see the sea, no issues.
