This hotel rightly attracts rave reviews, we visited after Easter and had a relaxing and enjoyable week. We have visited this area of Turkey over a number of years as a family and have stayed at different resorts on each occasion, many in the top ten for this region, I wouldn't hesitate recommending the Voyage above all others who follow this resort formula. The highlights : children's entertainment, range of activities, the chance to find a quiet spot for relaxing, the overall commitment of the hotel staff to provide high standards of service whilst taking an obvious pride in what they are doing, the restaurants (table service or main restaurants) provide a good range and quality of food and service and the bars are equally varied and with a relaxed atmosphere, the beach bar is a little gem. Where they could improve: I read the post from the 18th April with interest, the admin and attention to luggage is not as good as it could be - do not rely on the hotel staff, they need better process and control in this area.

I know that we haven,t seen the hotel in peak holiday season ( I think the Hotel was at half occupancy) but the staff in the majority are excellent with the animation team doing their best to entertain and engage with guests.

In summary a great hotel for a family holiday, you won't be disappointed.

Stayed at the Voyage 10th-17th April2012 in a group of eight golfers. The hotel addressed all our needs from wonderful meals using the many restaurants to outside amenities such as the pool and grounds to the sea. With all the golf clubs we played within 20minutes it was a perfect base and golfers and families seem to integrate without difficulty in the hotel.
The staff throughout were helpful and service was very good.
We were as one in saying we will return next year

Room Tip: We were all on 13...and found the lifts convenient and rooms quiet.

Voyage is a great resort for parents with young ones, there is so much to occupy them and ensure you have a great holiday too. The kids club team were really friendly and inviting-you can even stay with them and join in the fun.Jonny and Irena are exceptional entertainers and professional. The kids section of the restaurant is very clean considering its full of kids and the service is good. selection of food is very varied and of high quality. you will not get bored as there are plenty of different restaurants if you dont fancy the main buffet.
the spa is also of high standard and we booked a Turkish Bath which was a great experience and not too over priced considering a hotel spa.
The hotel grounds are of high standard and well kept, there is always a member of staff around if needed to help.KiddieLand is a fab idea and a great usp for the hotel.
Our only complaint would be the pools were too cold (april) but this could be seasonal. Our best part of the stay would be the onsite patisserie-not great for the waistline though.
we definatley recommend this resort and would like to go back again soon.

We arrived home from Turkey on Tuesday 17th April from our 2 week holiday. We were absolutely amazed by not only the hotel itself, but by the hotel staff. In the past few years, we have visited other 5* hotels in the Dominican Republic, Egypt,Mexico and the 7* Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai, but Voyage Belek was definetly the best resort we have visited!
Our first impression of the hotel upon arrival was the cleanliness of the whole resort. Wherever you walked on the hotel grounds, everything was incredibly clean. We even had a chance to go into the kitchen of the main buffet restaurant for a 'cooking course'. Before entering, we had to wear hair caps and jackets so we would not contaminate the food. When we did enter the kitchen, everything was spotless! You couldn't see a single crumb anywhere. The surfaces and floors of the kitchens were so clean, it looked like you could literally eat of them!
We were never bored at the hotel, even on rainy days. The daily activities always kept us occupied and when the activities had finished, the wide range of sports available and facilities such as the water slides and mini themepark were more than enough to entertain us. We were very impressed as there were still plenty for us to do on the few days which were rainy and cold. The cinema was screening extra movies for us to watch. All the movies shown are fairly new so aren't 'out of date'. We also went to the evening shows everynight. Luckily, none of the shows we watched were the same, so we weren't having to watch repeat shows on our second week.
The Spa facilities such as the Turkish bath, sauna and steam room are all enclusive. The Turkish bath was lovely and very relaxing. We recommend that you take advantage of it!
The food served in the hotel was delicious! The quality of the food was like that of the food from the 7* hotel in Dubai, if not better. There was always food available throughout the day. There were freezers next to the bars full of a wide variety of ice creams which you could just help yourself to whenever you wanted to; great for ice cream lovers! All the a la carte restaurants were very good, particularly the Mexican and Italian restaurant. The patisserie was particularly my favourite, with many different freshly baked cakes and pastries to choose from throughout the day.
The excellent staff of the hotel made our holiday fantastic.Behic , the guest relations person, was very helpful. For my wedding anniversary, he had arranged for us to go to the Mexican restaurant, sent us 2 bottles of champagne, a whole cheesecake and a table beautifully decorated by the head waiter. It was a very special wedding anniversary thanks to them all! The morning after we had arrived back home, my son realised he had left his phone in Turkey. We rang guest relations and Behic located his phone within 10 minutes. He has now arranged to send the phone back to us.
Waiters in the restaurants in general were very helpful and kind. Our regular waiter in the main buffet restaurant in the 'Europa' section was Nuri. He was so kind and helpful and always served us with a smile and met our needs very quickly. He also gave us a leaving gift which was a set of Turkish coffee cups which we had mentioned we liked before. Another favourite waiter of ours was Mehmet from the Mexican restaurant. He was very cheerful and always made an effort to make sure we were comfortable. One night when we visited, I had a sore throat and cough. Mehmet immediately recommended this tea which he brought over straight away. He was so helpful and also very kind.
The entertainment team is the best entertainment team we have met so far. The daily activities which they run each day are very fun and their evening shows are also very amusing. They always greet you with a smile and are all very friendly. They were lovely to talk to and play with and made our stay enjoyable. We regularly participated in the daily activities which made our holiday more memorable. Selda, Murat, Alberto, Halil, Metin, Berghan and Johnny were our particular favourites of the enteratainment team.
We stayed in Room 5321, which was a bungalow room. It was a block away from the reception. The location of the room was pleasant as it was quiet and the short walk to the main building. However, the position of our room meant that we did not recieve much sunshine on the balcony. This did not affect us much, since we spent most of our time outdoors by the pool. The room was well equipped with a mini bar and two tv's but the hairdryer provided was not very powerful. We would recommend you to bring your own hairdryer!
We always felt very safe inside the hotel. Eventhough the hotel supplied branded alcohol beverages, we never saw other guests abusing the alcoholic drinks. You don't see any drunken scenes anywhere. It is a very nice resort for all ages. My 15 year old daughter and 11 year old son were always well occupied and were never bored.
Overall, we had a superb holiday, and we are intending to return soon. It was money well spent. If you do intend to visit in April, we advise you to take some outerwear for the evening (especially for the outdoor restaurants).

Am typing this up as i sit in my hotel room here at voyage .....well i am writing on behalf of my children and i when i say we do not want to go home yet ! this hotel has manged to perfect the balance between child friendly and adults only ....the kids club was SUPERB ! the leaders made each and every child feel special and my girls 4 and 6 were asking to go ! the childrens buffet area fantastic with their own special tables to sit and child height buffet carts so they can choose ..the leaders will even take them down for lunch and eat with them , should you be wanting to have some time together to relax !..the food was fantastic and the chefs prepared fresh infront of you ...You can even go for a kitchen tour . I cannot state highly enough the cleanliness friendliness and the fantastic layout of the grounds...for eexample the childrens flume rides on one side of the hotel compared to adult only pool on other side...towels for beach and pool are provided you just put them into basket when used and collect fresh ..i would give this hotel 7 stars it is amazing . I WOULD RATHER COME HERE THAN GO ON A CRUISE !

Room Tip: we stayed in A BLOCK fantastic choice !

Just returned from a 10 night stay at the Voyage, a mixed group of adults & children.
To much emphasis on the negatives in most of the reviews I read, but you have to be really difficult to please to find any fault here!
Only 2 restaurants with a surcharge, Steak & Typanyaki but both of these more than justify the additional charge.
Ate in Turkish, Mexican, Chinese & Italian and all were very good, the main buffet was huge with great choice.

Rooms were spotless and of good size with safe, toiletries and flat screen TV.

Pool and beach bars very good and both with freezers full of magnums, twisters & calypo's!!

Great gym with good range of cardio,
Utigym & free weights.

Overall a fantastic holiday enjoyed by all, must give a special mention to 2 people.

Olena in guest relations who was extremely helpfull in making our reservations for the Al' a carte restaurants.

Kazim in the beer hut who ensured we were refuelled after along day at the pool, your service was faultless!

Go to this hotel, you will not be disappointed!!
