“Another Fantastic holiday in Belek”
Reviewed 16 September 2013

Well what can I say that as not been said.I went in March with a group of friends to play golf, but the differance between then and now was that everthing was open at the hotel, all bars and pools.
The food remains first class and the sevice is second to none, and those who say otherwise are living in a dream world.
Members of staff in all areas are good but I must mention the lady at the relax pool who was 100 out of 100 for her devotion to duty, she brings drinks to your sunbed, fetches drinks from other bars when she has not got them, and even cooled down the decking with pool water.
The entertainment was good and varied from acrobats to rock bands, and everything in between.
If you have any problems at the hotel just ask to speak to the duty manager and they will sort it to your satisfaction.

Room Tip: All good, but if you can afford it the lagoon rooms are great.

I stayed at Voyage Belek with my family for one week from September 7th. Before our stay, I was reading many reviews on tripadvisor and was quite satisifed with all of them and after the stay, I have to say - I totally agree with the hotel rating and all the excellent reviews, because Voyage Belek is definitely the best hotel in Belek and the best hotel I have ever visited.
Firstly, we were very nicely suprised when the receptionist offered us to stay in Laguna Villa Duplex for four people instead of our basic two separated double rooms in the main hotel building. The Villa was a true experience - with the excellent indoor and outside look, just few metres from very quiet and big swimming pool in the Laguna.
Then, we were very satisfied with food & beverages - I was very pleased with seeing Adult Restaurant 16+ in the hotel, so we avoid eating in the stressful and overcrowded restaurant, full of small children. Everyday, you could have found in the restaurant plenty of food, with many starters, main meals and desserts as well. Hotel also offers more than 5 a la carte restaurant, most of them you can try for free. We tried Turkish and Fish restaurant and the food was amazing!
Regarding the beach, there is much space to stay at, you can lay on the beach or use one of two piers (one is for adults as well).
What I liked is the fact that I didnt find the hotel overcrowded. Every place was very calm, peaceful, so nothing disturbed you and you could have relaxed as much as you wanted.
By the way, we were so satisfied with sport facilities as well. When you are a sport fan, you will find everything in the hotel - 4 tennis courts, football pitch, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, everything what you would like to practice on your vacation.
Definitely I recommend the hotel, you wont regret your stay in Voyage Belek!

Room Tip: Laguna Duplex Villas are paradise!

We stayed at the Voyage for one week at the end of August. I have to say this hotel is one the best we have been to, and this is our third trip to Turkey. We were in a duplex room with a relax pool on our doorstep, which was ideal when we wanted peace and quiet from the main pool area. The entertainment team are really awesome with great personalities, but Ziya stands out by a mile, he can put a smile on anyone's face. Osman at the adult pool bar serves up some really great cocktails. The place is so clean and the bakery has a vast selection to choose from. The al la carte restaurants can be booked daily by auto phone in the morning and is a very fair way of allocating places. The evening entertainment is some of the best we have experienced. Insect bites are very rare here I had just one in 7 days, normally I get bitten to death. This is definitely a hotel we would happily revisit.

We stayed here for two weeks last year. We checked in about 2 In the morning so we very exhausted, we were taken to room only to find out we'd been given the disabled room so innapropriate and annoying. But we managed to get another room the next day which wasn't very appealing there were stains on the floor and just looked old and our view was of the fans on the side of the building, lovley!. The food selection on the other hand was very very good, so many places to go for food i do recommend the mexican very tasty. The pools were nice, we stayed at the quiet one everyday which was right next to a cafe and bar which was super handy to get drinks during the heat! the flooring around the pool was a bit dodgey so be careful. Other than that it was a fab stay and it was 5 minute taxi ride from a massive shopping place, but our room let it down quite alot. Very avarage.

I would have to agree with some of the comments the hotel does need a refurb in some places. Food is excellent and plenty of choices. The staff are excellent would like to mention a few of the staff for their excellent service Ferdi in planet bar. Ossaman at adult pool bar and Savas from adult restaurant. Waiter in the beer hut sorry don't have a name. Entertainment staff put a lot of hard work in everyday and night. We enjoyed the trio in the planet bar thy are very good and had a few good nights in the bar. Overall we had a brilliant holiday met some amazing people and had a good time. Niggles. The a la carte booking system does not work in the hotel you have to go to your room everyday for 9am to ring for the same day we tried for seven days for the Italian but could not get in we got customer guest relations involved in the end. We found reception and customer relations don't seem to get on and found both unfriendly. We went to the market one day when we returned the room was not made up I rang reception to tell them and was told it was as we where checking out we still had 6days left. Went to reception nobody knew of the conversation. Thompson rep was a disgrace saw grant on the first day and never saw another rep till the day we left. Found out at 11am what time the bus was picking us up for the airport that day glad we never had a early flight? But overall this did not spoil my holiday and would return to this hotel again.

We have been to this hotel a few times now and always experience the same high standard! We tried other hotels in Belek but returning to the Voyage was a no brain decision. The staff and entertainment team really make you feel welcome and relaxed. Especially the Sous Chef Mr. Rustem Yurtseven, He was fantastic! My wife needed to have specific food types and he not only made sure there was a good choice available, but also cooked for her according to her diet!!! It was totally unexpected and a real 5 star treat!! Thank you Mr. Rustem!!!
THANK YOU Voyage!!!! Looking forward to returning soon!!

We booked based on the strength of the reviews on here, we weren't disappointed at all!

We checked in and went to our room Which was unfortunately in b block which is close to the front road and bit of a trek to the main pool, restaurant , beach etc. Which is a bit of a hassle with a 2 year old our room also smelt of sewage which was due to the work going on outside through no fault of the hotels. We complained about it and in the end we were upgraded to a sea view in the main block which is a hundred times better and close to everything!! So next time we go we will pay extra for a sea view or a garden view which is where my parents were which was the block next to main block and where the relax pool is!

The food is great but you need the ala carte restaurants as we felt eating in the one buffet restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner just wasnt much of a sense of occasion and can get boring! We were soooo impressed with the ultra all inclusive deal which included mini magnums, feasts etc and the fridges all over the place with cans of drinks and water-brilliant!

The a la carte restaurants- we tried them all apart from Japanese, the best was Chinese followed by italian and we were dissapointed With the so-called Turkish restaurant which was more Arabic food, the kebabs were tasteless and we know are we are Turkish ourselves.

Beach and swimming pools were great, we loved the beach in the mornings then main pool in the afternoon as my little boy loved going and getting himself an ice cream by the pool.

Evening entertainment- whilst we were there we saw 4 shows in the amphitheatre including a magician, acrobats and a street dance show which even my 2 year old sat And enjoyed along with his popcorn from the little cart vendor outside- free of course but shame it was only salty and not sweet! There was also live bands and karaoke at the main pool bar in the evenings where they erect a stage and of course the outdoor night club too that's open till 2am.

Service- The staff are a credit to the hotel and having spoken to one of the waitresses there she said its also really nice that the management pay them really well and acknowledge that they are a credit! Kamile around the relax pool was amazing and couldn't do enough for us - bringing us drinks and crisps round the pool with a huge smile!!

Kids- this is the place for families, we have a 2 yr old and we loved that there was a funfair he could use, he loved the big wheel and the train.
There is a fab kids buffet restaurant attached to the main restaurant that had lots of stuff including pasta, nuggets, sausages, vegetables and salad, grilled chicken, mash and yummy cakes and even a fridge filled with petit filous and milkshakes and even a blender, microwave And TVs with cartoons showing!
There is a great kids waterpark And a Little park with swings near the beach.

To sum it all up- I don't think you could Find much wrong with this hotel - if you do then you are extremely fussy, kids are well looked after, food and drink is of a v high quality, a great long list of cocktails included for free! The staff are so attentive, happy and were an asset as I've said!

The entertainment team deserve a special mention as they were superb, friendly but not too pushy to make you join in if you don't want to!

If I'm being a bit critical I'd say the rooms need updating but they are still comfortable and had everything you need and are a good size.

Book it- you won't be dissapointed , we are def gonna go back next year!
