Visited Voyage Belek in July 2014 and booked it based on the positive tripadvisor reviews so had high hopes. I have to say that check in was awful and was worried that within the first 10minutes I had made a mistake. We were the only people checking in with 3 people working behind the reception desk, but there was another couple at the desk asking to change rooms. All 3 reception staff blanked us for 5 minutes whilst they were sorting out the problem for the couple. Then when we was attended to the member of staff was not focused on our check in but instead trying to half listen and give advice on the other couple. Check in was uninformative and rude. The other negatives would be that the room is not 5 star, the shower was terrible and we also found that a couple of the staff behind the beach bar during the day had a bad attitude and again we were blanked on a number of occasions as they were too busy tidying up and one staff member in particular texting on his mobile phone. So apart from these negatives we had an amazing time! The entertainment programme and staff, the al a carte restaurants (especially the Italian), the water park, cocktails, pancakes, ice creams, frozen smoothies, fruit bar were exceptional. I could go on and on! This hotel caters for everyone but especially for families, my 8 year old son had a fantastic time. Like one of the reviewers on here said the pool party and four seasons party on a Monday is a must - the atmosphere is electric. We will be definitely returning next year and would recommend this hotel to all ages. An all round fantastic holiday :-) thank you.

Have just returned from a 1 week stay at Voyage Belek, 2 adults and 5 year old son. What an amazing holiday, I really cannot fault anything with this hotel/resort. Stayed in a bungalow room which was perfect for us, very close to the aqua park, main building, family pool, funfair and kids club. If you are staying with very young children just a word of warning, the bungalows are directly in front of the amphitheatre, and shows (which are very loud!) run until 10.30pm every night. Apart from this it's very quiet though. As we attended every show it wasn't a problem for us (and we had the benefit of a very short stroll home!)

We didn't choose this hotel for the kids club but I have to say it was superb. A lovely shaded setting under the trees (right by the aqua park and family pool so we could go back and check on our son regularly) with play area, air conditioned huts for each age group (including sleep room with beds for toddlers) and plenty of activities (pizza making, ball games, pool games, pirate theme day, nightly mini disco to name but a few). Ergun and team were fantastic and our son ended up spending most of his time there completely of his own choice. They even take the kids to their own restaurant for lunch, so we had trouble prising him away even to eat with us! This made for a really relaxing and enjoyable holiday for the whole family.

What really sets this hotel apart is the thought and care that has gone into ensuring that there is something for everybody. You could come back here year after year and have a different holiday every time, whether you are a family wanting lots of daytime entertainment, or a couple wanting a more quiet holiday. Whilst the main areas are very much geared towards families there are quiet areas dedicated to adults only.

Food is unbelievable, I have never seen so much variety, even in the buffet restaurant. For this reason we only ate a la carte twice. In addition to the restaurants there are pool and beach snack bars, a BBQ in the afternoon, patisserie, fruit bar and ice creams galore. You can never go hungry here! The same goes for drinks, a lovely touch is the fruit smoothies that are brought round during the day, and also a coffee bar in the lobby.

Evening entertainment is superb - we thoroughly enjoyed every show in the open air amphitheatre. We have seen shows at other all inclusives and thought they were good, but at the Voyage it was just on a completely different level. Cirque Mother Africa was amazing. We were dubious about the hotel attempting The Lion King (a brave move!) but they completely pulled it off and the photo opportunity at the end with all the cast was a lovely touch.

There are so many other things I could say but they have all been said before. We will definitely be returning to the Voyage Belek without any hesitation!

I would like to thank to the managment who make the hotel run so smoothly, especially Mrs.İNCİ LEWİCKY and CEYHAN KESKÜN from general managment. would also like to thank Ms.Olena and Ms.Esra from guest relations for the special attention and care which they showed towards us during our visit.

This was my first ever time experiencing all inclusive, and god was it a way to start off. Upon arrival we were given a bunch if flowers and welcomed by guest relations, assuring they would be there for us whenever we needed them. We had a late flight so were peckish, to our surprise there was a 24 hour restaurant that we could eat at.
I stayed in the villa, 5313, possibly the best one of them all. There was room for 4 beds on the bottom floor and room for 2 more if needed on the top floor along with a double bed. Room was frequently cleaned, mini fridge was updated along with toiletries. Luckily for us we had the option of any places to chill as we had the 4 villa pools as well as the main pool and 16+ pool. We were treated like royalty.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner at both the family buffet and 16+ buffet was lovely! the family restaurant had more selection but the 16+ was equally as good and a lot quieter. I ate at 4 of the 7 al a carte restaurants...Chinese, Italian, Greek and Japanese. There was 5 courses for each, you couldn't go hungry. I highly recommended the Japanese, the atmosphere was amazing. The pool snack bar was the best place for lunch, with a lot of variety and easy to access if you were chilling by the pool. The best part was being able to eat as much ice cream as you want...magnums, twisters, cornetos and carte dor.
Throughout the day there was many activities for all ages to participate in, all of the entertainment team were friendly and fun, acknowledging everyone and taking the time to remember you. My favourite activity was relaxing on the 16+ pier, it was so peaceful and cool but was the place to acquire the best tan. The sea was equally as warm as the swimming pools, sometimes warmer.
The night time entertainment was great. I highly recommended the Lion King show at the amphitheatre on Tuesdays, the pool party on Mondays and the four seasons party on Monday nights, your holiday wouldn't be complete if you didn't attend these.
Overall it was a fantastic hotel, for a 2 week holiday I was it bored once, especially because he wifi was accessible absolutely everywhere...even on the beach. Mad. Fingers crossed I will be returning next year.

Caters for all people the hotel is vast it doesn't matter couples, family elderly people, children and teenagers anyone great hotel for a huge place it's not cramped, food is good lots of variety plenty of space lots of seats and sunbeds a small water park which is handy for children, beach is close about five or six pools but ideally you want a room in the main complex or if you want a little more quite get a garden room. You could be there for 10 days and still not cover all the hotel has to offer the best entertainers staff I've come across in my time abroad Very funny Turkish guys. Only bad note I could say would be the spa guys do bug you a bit for a spa treatment, but I managed to get a free pool side massage from it but don't accept one like I did because the guy bugged me for about five days after until he got the message but you just have to be stern with them and they leave you alone. But to be fair it was a good massage. Would definitely book up to go again.

This all inclusive holiday was the best we have had so far. We had one small problem when arriving, rooms not being together, but quickly sorted out. The staff made the holiday, the service was great. The rooms were cleaned and refilled daily. No shortage of drinks or water on offer, with food and drinks available 24/7. The pools were fab but the beach was excellent, no shortage of beds and umbrellas (shade needed as temp v hot c 38c). Beach bar facilities and service was also great, sundowners particularly good. The water was warm in the sea and pools great for daily swimming. Drinks available everywhere within easy reach. The adult facilities were a class above for over 16 year olds. The ala carte restaurants were also worth a visit. The auto booking system didn't handle groups very well but customer services soon sorted it out. We don't usually go back but in this case we will, especially when all kids over 16 in 2 years time.
Thanks for a great holiday.

Room Tip: Choose rooms in the main building to be in the centre of things with a view of the pools and the bea...

Simply the best. Food, drink, I've creams, snacks available 24 hours. No sun bed problems - you will get one on the beach or garden pool (which is very quiet). As you would expect main pool busy and full of activities (it is a holiday resort reviewers !) and good to grab a table and a few drinks or something to eat. If you go to a restaurant - Ella Ella for earlier sitting is amazing - go on an empty stomach. The staff are great here, particularly Olga. Kids will love water park. What can I say just enjoy, there is something for everyone.
