We have just returned from Ela Quality and couldn't speak highly enough of it. We spent 14 days there and could have easily stayed another 14 without running out of things to do. The resort is beautiful and the service is great. You can do as much or as little as you want and the only people I'd expect can complain about it are those who are impossible to please.

In terms of other activities, bowling was about £5 per person and never busy, football every day at 5pm was competitive but fun, slides on the resort were great, barbecue on the seafront was special. We particularly enjoyed beating Gokhan at connect 4 and the ab workout with Anna - both Gokhan and Anna were great fun and made our holiday special. The evening entertainment was also really excellent.

Tips for eating - the main buffet restaurant can get quite busy, but you can use the A la carte restaurants for breakfast (Mexican) and lunch so easily avoided.

Also, if you want to have a quiet time of it go to the pools to the rear of the hotel which always have free sun loungers and is that bit more chilled.

If you want your English speaking children to spend all day in the kids club then this might not be the place for you. Our children found it a bit intimidating because so many foreign children, so they didn't go in again after first time, but so much to do around the resort it didn't matter.

My family have just returned from this faultless hotel . I really cannot find anything to complain about apart from maybe have more than one person on reception at 1am when you know you have a few people checking in . However the rooms are large comfortable and spotless as is the whole hotel and grounds . The staff were lovely always smiling and helpful from reception to life guards all great. The food was varied and always delicious . We really loved the snack bar behind the pool at lunchtime and la perla too. It is worth splashing out for the a la carte . the Italian and Greek were both gorgeous . We booked a beach suite ( cabana) for the day it was 100 euros well worth it we felt like film stars. the spa outdoor pool was virtually empty so good to go to for a cool dip. The la salsa restaurant does a waitress service at breakfast and is quieter .the entertainment was the best I have seen in a hotel, the candy floss , toffee apples and pop corn pleased my children immensely . The town of belek is fake goods in shops always haggle . The taxi are fixed 5 euro each way or get the tractor bus 1 euro each way . Don't expect to be able to snorkel , water sports were expensive 20 euro for tubing at least 50 euro for 15 mins on a jet ski. Thankyou hotel ela you and your staff were outstanding

Room Tip: Ask for an extra key to keep air con on

We have just come back from this fabulous hotel where we spent a lovely week of relaxation, over eating and drinking, my husband and I and two teenagers. From checking in on the 15th June we have enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. I must admit that it was our first time in Turkey, we usually go to the Caribbean and I was a little dubious but I couldn't have been more wrong. I had occasionally checked trip advisor and our travel company's reviews and it had been a mixed bag of comments. One lady mentioned about the noise in the restaurant from children and she suggested to eat outside next to the fish pond - this proved to be our little haven of relaxation when having a meal it was lovely. The waiters and waitress couldn't do enough for you and the food, well no one can complain with what was on offer in the main buffet restaurant. There was a fabulous choice of fish, meat dishes, rice, Chinese, and of course Turkish fare and desserts galore all beautifully presented. Our favourite part of the hotel was the decking area in the sea where everyday we got a sunbed and stayed there all day enjoying the sea and numerous water sports - here you get a welcome breeze from the sea. The gardens to this hotel are beautiful and very well looked after its a joy to walk round either in the day or evening. One thing I think I must mention is that for the other restaurants for example the Italian there is a charge of 10 euros per person - which is fine but when we arrived we was given a wine list which had prices at the side - we wasn't aware we had to pay for this. Not wanting to ruin our evening we chose a bottle of wine and it was charged to our room. When we mentioned this the next day to the booking desk it was pointed out that we could have had the house wine and the waiter failed to tell us this. That was the only fault that we had all holiday. We enjoyed the laser lights that was beamed out over the hotel when there is a beach party on the decking area. Every other night there seemed to be a fire works display from the neighbouring hotels. Anyone who is going to this hotel will have a fabulous time and I am sure like us will definitely be wanting to back at some point.

Room Tip: We had a room over looking the sea and the gardens - we are glad we up graded when we got there.

My family and i stayed here during July 2014, we had a deluxe suite as we have three children 5,4 and 1, the room was one of the best we have stayed in, so spacious, lovely master bedroom and en suite and really nice seperate shower & toilet for the two older children. The level of cleanliness was amazing, service was really very good, everland q was just superb and being able to feed the children at kids club at 6pm proved incredibly handy on a few occasions! We used babysitters twice, i had no worries leaving the children, the staff were so professional. The food was lovely, not amazing but nice. No problems booking the a la carte's we tried most of them. I agree with the majority of the previous reviews, yes there are a lot of buggies, children, russians, if you're not keen I would look elsewhere. As it happens these are the exact reasons we decided to book, we have three young children and didn't particularly want to feel like we were at home so decided to go to a hotel where we would be in the minority and that suited us very well! Spa was very nice, not the best I have ever been too and in my opinion quite overpriced but i believe we got an amazing deal on our holiday so can't really complain about extra charges! I would come back, i'm surprised to write that as my heart (i thought) was with the hillside beach club fethiye (but has become so expensive we couldn't manage it this year!). If you have young children and are looking for a fun, lively holiday this is for you, if you don't particularly like children, i would probably look elsewhere! We booked through sovereign. Would recommend!

Room Tip: We stayed in 1376, no room noise from others at all, although you can hear the bar music until 11.45

I stayed in the resort from 10th to 19th June and travelled with my wife and two sons (3 and 5 years old). Keeping in mind we already have several excellent experiences in other resorts in Side, Belek and Lara, there's no need to mention that our expectations have become high...
It takes about 30-45 minutes from the airport of Antalya to ELA Quality. We arrived around noon and you are assisted to carry your luggage and to enter the lobby. The immense lobby is Ottomanian style and quite impressive. Checking in goes smoothly and staff at the reception is kind and helpful. When you use the elevators you can take a look at the resort and there is also a built-in screen where you can consult the daily weather report and a presentation of some services that are offered in the resort. Soon after you accessed your room, you can already expect your luggage brought by a carrier. While you wait you can already see that the room is fantastic: very spacious and it offers you all what might be expected from a junior suite. Bathrobes, slippers, colour-books and bears for the children, separate shower-kits for adults and children, some cookies, and many more ... all nicely presented in the room and bathroom.
The room itself had a lovely sea-view. The mini-bar has non-alcoholic drinks and beer and it is getting filled up daily. There is TV downstairs and upstairs, a safe, and for both bedrooms a separate bathroom. Beds are comfortable. It's obvious: cleaning is doing a great job in this resort: everywhere you look, things are clean, or it is getting cleaned anyway. That counts for the rooms as well: there is not a single remark about the hygiene in the room. The only remark there might be about the room is that the airco isn't very powerful. On the other hand, we didn't ask for a technician to take a look at it and we decided to leave it that way: it didn't bother us too much. If you would have problems with it, more then we did, don't hesitate to ask for a technician. I asked for somebody after I accidentally locked out the safe myself and only a few moments later there was someone at the door to help. At the time I had to put in a new code, the guy faced the wall. A detail like this shows that everybody is knowing perfectly how to behave and what's expected from him/her.
The main restaurant has a large indoor dining room and you can also sit outdoors with a lovely view. There is a mere at the side of the terrace with a lot of koi fish. We have been told that children can get some fishfood, at least if you're early for breakfast. We never were, so if that is actually true, we can't confirm. The buffets are large and well taken care of to assure that you can compose a breakfast as you desire. There is also a special buffet for diabetic and diets. Kitchen staff, waiters are all very helpful. Juices, coffee and tea are being served directly at your table. The same goes for dinner: a large assortiment of food and everything is tasty and cooked well. There are also regional specialities and special degustations. Only if you would try everything together, you'd say that the buffet is getting boring after a few days, but you never can blame to the resort for that.
A big plus in this resort are the a-la-carte restaurants, referring to e.g. the Ottomanian, Turkish, French, Italian and barbecue kitchen. You have to book them in advance at the price of € 10 per adult, which is to prevent no-shows. The Japanese restaurant is more expensive and there are no children allowed in the French restaurant. While you have dinner here, your children can go to the mini-club. We tried several restaurants and I can recommend them!
The bars are OK and some of them are really nice! Nice to know is that most of the alcohol is imported and not from a local distillery. For the rest you can have ice-cream, cakes, and all sort of snacks at any time of the day.
The gardens and pool areas are large and nice and the environment is kept clean for the guests. The first day the water in the pool felt chilly but that was because the weather was rather cold and rainy the weeks before. From the day of our arrival the weather got better day by day and temperature got higher, the water temperature increased as well. At a certain moment there was a problem with a light in the pool, and only a few hours later they came by to check it. The day after, the problem was solved. Near the bar the floor got broken due to the heat of the sun, and again maintenance tried to fix it as fast as possible. The part that couldn't be fixed right away, got covered with plants so it wouldn't catch the eyes of the guests. I had the impression that maintenance was still finishing some tasks here and there too, to be ready before the big season really kicks in. The children pool is covered with a sunshade and there are some small slides in it. The other pools are very big and surrounded by sun beds. It's not necessary to put your towels early in the morning but maybe that is different in July or August. The pool with most of the slides is nearby. 2 slides are not or less suitable for small children: these slides are pretty steep.
Most of the lifeguards, animation team and staff in the resort speak mainly Turkish and Russian and the knowledge of other languages is rather poor or totally missing.
The mini club looks very attractive and has a children restaurant. Our boys didn't want to go there: they are still small to be left in an environment where nobody can understand them and vice versa. Even my oldest, which is 5 years old, can already speak English better then the animation team!
During your stay you might be invited to fill in a evaluation form already: i used that opportunity to mention that at least some members of the animation and lifeguard team should have better knowledge of English, German and/or french. Animation is offering a large range of activities and with most of the activities are not bothering people that prefer to be left alone. For those who are looking for some activity you can do all kinds of things varying from water sports to yoga and from fitness and sports to tai-chi initiations and turkish lessons.
The evening shows are nice and attractive and even then you are spoiled with candy or popcorn. When there is no evening show, there is a party organized or a band is playing.
There are shops in the resort, hairdressers, a wellnesscenter, car-rental stands, etc and you can also easily get a taxi from the main gate of the hotel to go to Belek (which costs about 5 euro). Our holiday in ELA Quality Resort was a fantastic experience and we can only recommend strongly. The few small remarks I mentioned should not keep you and your family from having a unforgettable holiday here. ELA stands for a eminent family-hotel with an extensive gamma of services and features. I was told that there are two other hotels in Belek that are known for superior quality and together with ELA Quality they are top 3 of Belek. Coincidentally i checked them out at the time we booked our holiday a few months ago: as the prices for these resorts were significantly higher, i selected ELA. Now, after I returned, I'm convinced that I have chosen a destination with an outstanding value for money.

PS.: When we left for the airport there was a strike a bit further. It kept the bus to come to the hotel. After we asked for support at the reception, they arranged some electric carts and permission to drive through a nearby golf court so we could get on the bus who was waiting for us on the main road. In my opinion, another prove that shows that customer-friendliness is a major policy from the management of this resort.

Room Tip: Ask for a second keycard, and use it to keep the airconditioning activated while you're outside...

Two weeks of complete leisure, friendly staff, clean hotel, nice food, lovely accommodation, best holiday we have ever had. Well worth the little extra money for the added luxury. Something for everyone and no squabbling over sun beds or parasols as always available. Hotel is large enough to get lost for those private moments or just enjoy people watching. Entertainment staff couldn't be more welcoming, look out for Kadir, Anya Jharonina and Vladislav Andrsh and don't be put off by their names as they speak perfect English and are lovely people that will help at the drop of a hat. From the towel woman to the beach cleaner everyone couldn't be more helpful and they all made our stay even more special. Highly recommended, top holiday.

Room Tip: Sea and wood facing accommodation is quieter if that's what you are after.
