Have enjoyed a great weeks holiday at this villa. Villa about 40mins. from airport on leval ground at a well maintained resort site with convenient shops- one 24hours- within walking distance. Villa very comfortable ,spacious well furnished rooms and a delightful veranda where you can relax and use for breakfast and evening meals.Nice size pool in a sunny position--there's also a large communial pool on site -- all well maintained by an attentive Agent. We spend 2 weeks in the house this summer. We were picked up by Deniz in the airport and was met by Suat at the resort. We arrived early, so the house was getting cleaned and was not ready to move in. We got another house in the middletime and Suat took us shopping groceries, which was very nice. The house is very well equipped and clean. There are lots of towels. The smartest thing was the watercontainer (25 L). We had boiled water for our coffee and icecold water, all the time, from the same container.
The place and house is lovely. 30 seconds from the tennis court, there are rackets and balls in the house. We never had the chance in the fitness, because it wasn`t open. We rented car for 10 days (is a must). Deniz came to the house with the car. The rental was to be paid in cash which we wasn´t prepared of. The weather is beautiful, very hot, but it goes ok when you have the pool.
During our stay, we had power problems, but it was fixed immediately. We hope to be back some day. We enjoyed it so much. Very good wireless internet.

We were met at Airport by Deniz our Car hire contact who was great,We had arranged transfers both ways as part of our package with Bill who we rented accommodation from.
Deniz also came out with us on two family days out river rafting which is highly recommended to everyone who visits this region and to our pampering day at a spa centre recommended by Deniz which was also a great experience.

We were met at accommodation by Suat the contact at villa who again was a great person to deal with who was a true gentleman who also took us for a round of golf and gave us all the information needed to make our stay memorable.

There was great communication by all involved in the booking of our holiday which made the whole experience easy from start to finish.

The villa was just what we needed for our two family's that rented the villa for our holiday,it was very large and spacious and well located , but you do need to rent a vehicle in our opinion if you want to get out and explore which we always do on our holidays anyway.

Be sure to use Deniz for this as he is very helpful also.

The villa is located in a safe and secure street and is in the middle of both Belek and kadiyre which both have plenty of places to eat and drink.

The beech and golf courses in region are also only a 5min drive away,

Overall we would recommend this villa to both family's and golf groups.

We all (age 10-52) had a lovely relaxing holiday in the villa. We all enjoyed the private swimming pool and tennis court (raquets and balls provided by villa) which also seemed only to be used by us.
The villa is in a gated community with security guards (although have never felt unsafe in Turkey)
with towels and bedding also provided. I would definetely recommend a car for most of holiday.
We particulrly enjoyed visiting Antalya harbour and Aspendos ( well worth the walk up to the Roman remains of the town and a little further to the Aqueduct - amazing)!
Communication was great with the villa owner before the holiday and during due to the internet access in the villa.
Suat the villa manager was great, he was both very friendly and efficient and spoke fluent English, Turkish and Norwegian. Very handy if you have an emegency. Nothing seemed like to much trouble, he went out of his way to make sure we had a good holiday. Thank you.
I would also like to say that if you are booking a villa holiday and have a late flight, try to make sure it is for the night before new holiday makers arrive as it can ruin the last day of your holiday having to move elsewhere until your flight.

We recently spent a week at the Orchard Villa and can't recommend it highly enough. Clean, spacious, comfortable, safe ..... I could go on. The whole family had a great time, making use of the villas great pool and nearby facilities. Suat, who manages the property lives nearby (to the villa), is very helpful and happy to suggest nearby restaurants and attractions.
You can't go wrong booking Orchard Villa!

Enjoyed a 10 day stay in this villa, handily placed for both Belek and Kadriye - would recommend the latter for eating out and shopping, as Belek is a bit of a tourist trap. Only about 45 -50 minutes to Antalya, which is definitely worth a visit (Old Town).
Villa is very roomy and could sleep 8 easily. Only negative is that the kitchen is not that well equipped, so full self-catering is not that straightforward (e.g. No coffee filter machine; no juicer; no grill pan in oven). On the plus side, the pool area gets the sun nearly all day and there is a roomy covered patio when it gets too hot !
