Stayed here July 2013 and booked again this year. Not far from Oludeniz, short taxi ride or bus the hotel is set in a pine forest along a quiet road. If you decide to walk on this road be very careful as taxi's do buzz around in a hurry. Generaily you'll be getting the hotel bus to the beach or a taxi which is very cheap from the beach or nearby towns. Accommodation is great, pay a little more for the luxury rooms if you wish but there is actually very little different. The Sunset bar is fantasic with great views, nice idea to start here in the evenings. Relax and watch microlights and paragliders. Blue lagoon is nice and frankly the main beach in Oludeniz is so good we decided not to pay to go into the private beach as it offered nothing else. Bars along the front are all nice - The Hang Out being especially good. You simply must go paragliding the area is so famous for it. If you do try and Reaction, they are great and very safe. If you have done it before ask for something different. if you're a pilot ask for an Acro experience. I did and it was unbelievable, spirals and wing overs that othewise I might never have experienced. Swimming pools are great. Try the meals by the pools in the evenings - simlpy wonderful. Staff all good and very safe. Returning guests get 10% as well. Might be some challenges for wheel chair users but there are lower rooms available.

Room Tip: The Subset bar is a must, as is a paragliding experience.

Had a brilliant holiday again! Though was confusion at the beginning of holiday-we wanted to stay in room 2133 but after paying an £100 upgrade we were put in a room that doesn't quite match the hotel. We love this hotel for its warm orange rooms with carpets and lots of rose pinks and pine in the room, these rooms have character and are cosy.the room we got reminded me of a private hospital room-extremely clinical,They are ok if you like the contemporary, minimalistic decor! But after we got put into a nicer room it was better! Couldn't understand how this happened as we spoke to the hotel about reserving room 2133! Especially as we were getting married and this was our honeymoon at the same time!
The staff are very friendly and the food is wonderful, this hotel is paradise, there isn't anywhere in the world I'd rather be other than here! Can't wait to return! Thankyou to everyone at the Montana-I hope the hotel owner knows how much his staff are a credit to him and I suggest a pay rise for their hardwork as its bringing people back year after year!!!! Also the ladies at the crocus spa are very sweet and do a wonderful job at making people feel relaxed and doing brilliant treatments!

We stayed here August 2013 for 10 nights as part of a family holiday having first been to Istanbul. After the heat and busyness of the city this was perfect for the calm and relaxing rest we needed.

The resort is out of the main town (easily accessible by taxi or bus in about 10 mins) so its not possible to walk to anywhere. There are snack bars for lunchtime and excellent day-time entertainment activities for kids (&dads!) but if you like to get out, you could feel trapped here. We wouldn't normally pick such an isolated hotel, but chose it partly as it had good write ups for families. My teenagers had a great time, made friends and were able to do their own thing safely. For us, the peaceful and undemanding environment was priceless.

There are three nice-sized pools and the poolside loungers/parasols were very well maintained with enough for everyone. There were lots of nice little touches - like cold towels handed out in the afternoons and dinner by the candle-lit pool. We took full advantage of the excellent spa facilities and I had my first Turkish bath and the best massage ever!

The resort has a system where everything is added to your room and paid for at the end of your stay. this can be daunting - but the receptionists were happy to print an update out whenever we wanted, so it was easy to keep an eye on spending and no worries about changing money.

Travelling with teenagers We had 2 adjacent rooms which were at the top of the resort (near the chickens which woke my husband in the mornings but I thought they we brilliant). My only small gripe about the rooms were that the mattresses and curtains were a bit thin. The views from our balcony were stunning across the valley, the pines smelt wonderful and the gardens were beautifully tended. We loved all the food - buffet style with lots of choice (the honeycomb at breakfast was out of this world) and good service and smiles from all of the staff. The evening entertainment was excellent quality every night.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Montana Pines lived up to all the good reviews we read and we would definately go back.

Quite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Perfect location with great views over coastline and mountains. Food was excellent and served either on terrace outside or by the pool .. both lovely settings. Staff helpful and friendly. Faultless.

Our third visit to this lovely hotel. The staff were as fantastic, friendly and efficient as always. We have always stayed in the standard accommodation but this year were allocated a room at the very back - no view and very dark - which was disappointing. The beach towels were thin and had holes in them and were replaced for us. The food wasn't quite as good as on our previous visits and the hotel seemed quite crowded which we couldn't understand as there are the same number of rooms as before. The gardens were not quite as manicured. There were huge numbers of wasps this year but apparently that sometimes happens and you can't blame the hotel for that. On our previous visits they weren't in evidence. We still enjoyed our stay. There is a lot to do in the area if you want more than relaxing in the sun. The hotel is in a beautiful setting but it felt as if some penny pinching by the management meant that it was struggling to maintain its own high standards.
