Was fantastic wanted a kebab whilst we were on holiday and boy did we have one. we were recommended this restaurant by another guest in the Destina Otel where we were staying
We ordered a starter, main a mixed and a lamb shish flat breads and a glass of wine each, before the starter came out we was served a very large what looked like a massive naan bread with garlic herb butter and a tomato/chili relish mmmm very nice, then the starters came out cheesy garlic bread and garlic mushroom luvly, we were almost full then the mains came out and my god the mixed kebab was huge would have easily served a family of 4 the waiter said he soon be joining us to eat lol, I couldn't manage to eat everything on the plate felt a bit guilty leaving so much food but I ate all the meat. Dawns Lamb shish was the same. We had a cocktail to follow which was very too. We couldn't believe that all the food and drinks we had came to cost 70 Turkish Lira around £34 it would have cost double that in an English restaurant, the staff were very attentive and welcoming We would defo go back on our next visit to that area.

This may be a little confusing but the Lemon Tree restaurant and bar is known as Philips to regular Olu Deniz visitors and the sign outside also says Philips but there is a Philips restaurant on the main street in Olu deniz so to ensure you know which i am recommending it is Philips at the Lemon tree Hotel opposite the Turk Hotel and Magic Tulip Hotel just off the main drag.

The food here is excellent and the staff are as well they have a laugh with you and are very attentive even if you want a fan moving around they will sort it for you. I really recommend the breakfast we stay half board but now and then we like a full English breakfast so always come here i defy anyone to eat all of it the breakfast is massive and really well cooked and tasty you also get a basket of toast thrown in which ive never managed to eat yet because im so full up after the main breakfast and believe me i eat a lot. The coffee is to die for its so nice i always have a few of them apparently the coffee they use is really expensive per kilo and you can taste the difference.

I have never stayed at the hotel as we always stay at the Karbel beach but i have had a look around it and it does impress for the price you pay to stay there the restaurant toilets are immaculately clean and spacious (rare in turkey space wise i mean) the hotel itself look great and the rooms look comfortable, the grounds are great and the location is superb. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and restaurant especially the restaurant to anyone looking to go to Olu Deniz for a holiday.

I would like to add though that friends of ours decided to stay at the Magic Tulip Hotel opposite the Lemon Tree and Philips this year and say it was the biggest mistake they made they said the food was that bad they (eat in Philips every morning/night and that they were kept awake by loud music and shows going on at a nearby hotel i would assume this to be the Turk but not sure so cannot say which hotel it was.
