First time to. Olu Deniz we were recommended to this spa we were picked up from our hotel by the spas driver think his name was ergin
We asked the price for two Turkish bath two massage two pedicure the price was £65 the treatments were ok the pedicure was the best we had ever had.
My husband opened his wallet to pay the driver and manager saw the money in my husbands wallet and demanded another twenty pounds we refused. To pay they said they had given me the wroun price when I asked for the price in lira they didn't understand we left without paying the extra please be careful of this spa this is a true account of what took place
Both manager and driver were quite intimidating please be careful

Right on the beach and the hotel grounds and amenities are lovely. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our only issue was that the bed's are very hard. One WARNING - ETERNITY JEWELLERS in the main shopping street (not to be confused with "Infinity Jewellers"). I left a double string of black pearls to be re-strung. 15 pearls were missing when I collected them. I had a receipt from the shop showing the weight when I left them and they weighed them when I collected them (which proved 15 pearls were missing). The owner insisted it was not his responsibility as they had gone missing whilst with their sub-contractor, and he refused to settle the full value. I accepted a part payment because I felt involving the police could go against me in Turkey. DON'T GO THERE... He has another shop in Hisaronu too.

Back to the Belcekiz Beach - Someone has written that you shouldn't go in the October Half Term, but we didn't find that a problem. Obviously the weather isn't guaranteed at that time of year but it was an awful lot nicer than the UK! All of the shops were open until the 31st of October when about 10% had closed their doors. The food was of a good standard with a wide variety of hot and cold and you could find something to eat or drink from 7:30 a.m. till midnight. Will definitely consider going there again.

Room Tip: Rooms in the Annex near the 'Relax Pool' - much more peaceful

This was our first holiday to Olu Deniz. The hotel is definatelly not 5* it is more 3*+. We have stayed in other 5* hotels in and out of Turkey and this hotel does not come close. The staff are extreemly helpfull and cant do enough for you (except the reception staff who are best described as rude). The food is excellent plenty of variety and quality, we only had the buffett as this was so good. The rooms are basic but kept clean although no change of bedding all week. There was a balcony (no view fro it though) and where we were we were woken by a barking dog most mornings about 6am which belonged to someone living on site, we did raise this at the time but the reception did not consider it a hotel problem and were not prepared to doa nything about it. The entertainmnet was non existant unless you count 2 x Karioke evenings and 2 x music quizes, there was a 10 minute demo of break dancing one night but very dissapointing as the brochure describes entertainment as good and varied. We did not hace children with us but saw no childrens entertainment either. The pool was very nice but freezing (to be expected) and we were blessed with mainly good weather. Drink choice in all inclusive was very limited. The hotel and local shops were packing up around us whilst we were there and the hotel made you feel although you were an inconvienience rather than a guest. We were woken at 0445 by the staff packing tables and chairs into storage again the hotel did not consider that a problem and did not even appologise. The hotel charges to keep the room until 5pm even though the hotel was closing and no other guests were expected and also charge for the in room safe - why I do not know. We left with the view that the hotel wanted the guests out of the way so they could have their staff party. I have been to better hotels in Turkey so would not return or recommend this one as it did not live up to description or expectations.

Room Tip: All rooms are only max of 2 storey with no views try to get in the annex across the road at least yo...

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon, neither of us having been to turkey before. We would definitely come back to olu deniz but not at the time of year that we went (October half term). We wish that we had been told by the person in Thomson/first choice when we booked that at the end of October/ beginning of November it is end of season in olu deniz! everywhere around us shops, bars and restaurants were actually closing down around us. It was a shame that the same thing was happening in our hotel too. bit by bit every day more and more tables, chairs and facilities were being taken away. The food in the hotel, although nice and varied, is not the best we have had in a "5 star" hotel. And towards the end of our holiday we even had to eat out as the food had dwindled so much in the hotel. We felt this was a real shame and also felt a bit cheated, because even though its end of season for them, for us it was our only holiday this year, and we paid full price for a less than satisfactory service. It is a nice hotel but by no means 5 star, for example the rooms are smaller than average and the sheets didn't get changed in the 7 days that we were there. On a positive note, the staff in Belcekiz are helpful and friendly and always have time to chat. We took our daughter with us and they were very sweet and kind to her - they are extremely child friendly. The location is also great - right on the beach. it is also very quiet. We would definitely return - including to this hotel - just not at this time of year.

Room Tip: Apparently all the rooms are the same size, but make sure you ask for one with a larger balcony.

This was our first visit to Turkey and we went with an open mind. We were very pleasantly surprised. This hotel, although rated as 5 star, is not your typical 5 star luxury hotel. It is more like a holiday village set on 2 sites across the road from each other. We stayed in the annex across the road from the main hotel. It was lovely and quiet. The room was lovely for 2 people and we had a double bed. It was my birthday whilst away and we had free wine and fruit in the room on arrival. The maid service was excellent, the rooms were always spotlessly clean and they re-stocked the tea, coffee and water every day. The free towel service is an excellent idea. You can change your pool towel as many times as day as you like. Next time we go, I shall not take any beach towels with me at all. The food in this hotel is second to non. There is something for everyones taste and it is always fresh and hot. They have themed evenings with show cooking, for example indian, chinese ,turkish etc. But if this is not your thing, they always have salads, chips, fish dishes, pasta and much much more. My husband is quite fussy, but he was spoiled for choice most evenings. You can always go to the snack bar and get burger and chips if all else fails! You can actually eat from 7.30 in the morning until midnight with icecreams thrown in at 3 o'clock! The staff work extremely hard, they are there from morning til night. They are so obliging and friendly and go out of their way to help. The entertainment is a bit cheesy at times, but that just makes it all the more entertaining. The entertainment team are fantastic and get everyone joining in. The location of this hotel is right on the beach. You need to look out for paragliders landing, but that just adds to the fun! You can sit at the bar in an evening and overlook the beach and watch the sun go down. The shops and bars are only a very short walk out of the hotel. We could not fault this hotel at all - we were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We have booked again already for next year.

We have been coming to OLu deniz for the last 4 years last week of the season we have never know it so quiet and everything closed down No restaurants open luckily we stayed in the Belcekiz all inclusive but even that is closing down around us snack bar tables being stacked away as I'm typing this the restaurant is packing away too and only half the tables available to sit. We used the relax pool only to find no white wine very disappointed with the hotel will not be returning we feel we are being a burden as they clearly do not want us to be here they want to go home. To add insult to injury we have been told to keep our room on will cost us an extra £30 per room till 5pm we will be leaving at 7.15 and was told be our rep if we were late eg 15 mins to eat our meal the coach will leave without us. The room is not being used as the hotel is empty. Also in the whole week we have been here my a sheets on he bed have not been changed

Just returned from the Club Belcekiz Beach Hotel, had a fantastic week here after a week cruise.
Hotel is run brilliantly, staff extremely helpful and work very hard to ensure all guests are looked after. Glasses filled without asking, didn't even have to move off sunbed..superb.

Food in buffet restaurant was excellent, great choice and always fresh and hot. We had 2 meals in the A'La Carte restaurant and was very very impressed, the food and service was spot on, we could have been in a London restaurant it was that good.

We were allocated a room in the annexe across the road by the relax pool and it was very clean, not massive in sixe for 3 of us but more than adequate. Fresh bed linen and towels everyday. Mini bar stocked free on arrival.

Entertainment was good, some traditional acts that visited as well as the usual quizzes, karaoke etc, the entertainment staff work extremely hard and always have time to sit and chat and only had to ask your name oce and remembered it from then on...a nice personal touch.

I have been to many all inclusives around the world and must say that this ranks very highly on the food front, even when comparing it to places like the Caribbean...very impressed and can see why it was at full capacity right at the end of the season and is a Thonson Platinum hotel. Although not what I would call a posh hotel, it certainly makes up for it in service and food. Don't get me wrong the hotel is spotlessly clean and I couldn't fault it, it' smore of a holiday village as is 2 storey bungalow type rooms which is to keep in with the conservation area.

Highly recommended and would definately visit agai.

Well done Club Belcekiz Beach you've got it perfect !!!

Thank you for a great time.
