“An honest review good points and bad points”

Stayed at the Vento last August into September, hotel in a great location close to all the local amenities in Hisaronu and not too far away from Olu Deniz, we travelled with a 6 month old and arrived early hours of the morning, the hotel owner greeted us which I thought was a nice touch. What I would say is I think I agree with a previous review on here about a trip advisor spin going on as I have been hassled since my stay to leave a review and I am doing so truthfully, the hotel advertises on their website nice modern rooms complete with fridges and kettles etc one of the reasons we booked the hotel was due to the amenities for baby food and bottles etc on entering the room there was no cot, fridge or kettle and we had to request all of these and our room was very dated and old fashioned as the family rooms haven't been modernised yet (they are in the process of being modernised I believe but advertised on the website as all being modernised) plug sockets were in odd places and we found it difficult with having a young child, the rooms were spacious but bathroom very small and we couldn't sit on our balcony at night due to the horrendous smell of sewage it was unbearable, the air con was free which was an added bonus and I do have to say the staff work very hard at the hotel, cleaners, the cook, bar staff and managers can't do enough for you and they do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, in 2 and a half weeks there I never once saw the sun loungers and beds or the pool get cleaned and on a couple of days didn't go in the pool as it was filthy, breakfast was nice but got repetitive after a couple of days and although our stay was good and do think the hotel has massive room for improvement and is a long way off from being one of the best hotels in the area, although rated so high on tripadvisor.. We have previously stayed at okra and they are light years away from each other, I think if the owners listen to the negative points and act on them and once the hotel has gone through the full refurb as well as offering what they advertise in the rooms then in the future it callus be a great and successful hotel and I wish them all the luck in the world with that, staff fantastic and very polite and so helpful and we were very happy, but there is definately room for improvement.

Before my professional carreer has started I personally worked in Nadias Irish bar during my summer holidays since my studying years (going 15 years back) also this destination is my wifes favorite as well and we kept going almost every year.. so I would say that i know the hotels bars restaurants bnbs inside out. We were usually staying in different hotel but since owners closed down our regular one we decided to make a change this year.

We were really nervous about changing our regular port of call but this decision turned out to be really good one as Vento Boutique Hotel is a gem, with full of Turkish hospitality, at a really convenient location, quite, with brand new furnitures, amazing breakfast and a staff so warm that you almost feel at home..

We know where we will stay on our next visit to Oludeniz -Hisaronu..

Thank you Vento Boutique Hotel and all the staff

We arrived very late due to flight delays but the welcome was warm the manager and his fellow workers couldn't have been more helpful and that was the tone of the week. From the girls who serviced the rooms to the dining room they were never seen without a smile, so polite and helpful even without us speaking any Turkish! The barbecue night was a completely unexpected delight beginning with the excellent buffet meze starters( the chef was too modest but she deserved a round of applause for the spread she put on) to the amazing belly dancers
The rooms are spacious and have the basics but could do with a chair or two. The setting is ideal quiet but very close to the heart of the place. Organised for beach trip to Sugar beach for us which was free and a good day out. Would have been nice to have had some leaflets for excursions etc or maybe a tie in with one of the many tour operators in Hisonarou . Met lots of other guests who have been before and we would cwertainly look forward to a return visit next year.

From the day we arrived to the day we left, we were treated like kings and queens. The staff at the hotel can not do enough for you. We had a family room which consisted of 2 bedrooms and 2 balconys. Great space. We were half board. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruit, hot and cold meats, yoghurts, cheeses as well as tea, coffee and orange juice. Evening meal was a choice of up to 7 different meals of the set menu. Again food was fantastic. Grounds are well kept with the pool central to everything. Lovely little find and i would certainly return.

Clean and fun accommodation. Typical sized room, small balcony but nice surroundings and the staff are lovely, especially the manager. We arrived free midnight and there was nothing in the room, not even a glass and only 1 chair on the balcony, but we went straight down to the bar, and had a drink and asked for glasses and cups which we got and when we came back the next day there was another chair and a fridge in the room which was lovely. We mainly got the bus into oludenliz or fethiye as hisaronu is a bit cheesy but but it was convenient. Breakfast wasn't great but toast and coffee was fine. No problem with late checkout. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend vento.

Lovely small compact hotel just off the main street in Hisaronu but far enough back to not get disturbed by the noise.Really nice pool area without the hassle of trying to get somewhere to sunbathe. Very friendly staff and owners who were there to help when needed. Indeed several off the cuff nights spent into the early hours with great hospitality and turkish musicians and much laughter thrown in. Stayed here with my mum and we loved it and I would say great for all ages and we would definitely stay here again. As others have said the rooms are basic though functional and several are being further upgraded for next season and there are several family rooms available so progressive improvements are in progess. To sum up, well placed, very reasonably priced and affordable holiday it's going to be hard to beat.

myself and my husband and two friends stayed at the Vento in September for 10 nights. we really enjoyed our stay here . It was easy to find a sunbed by the pool as there aren't that many guests . There was no fridges in the rooms but this wasn't a major problem for the time of year we went. The staff were friendly and went out there way to help with anything. The rooms were clean and cleaned everyday. The hotel is located near the market square which is held on a Monday but you cant hear them setting up. you are just at the top of the main strip for bars and shops.

Hi Lauren, thank you for your nice review. I want to say something, we have fridges in the rooms. The mates may be took it because of the finnishing of the season. The customers don't need normally on October. Why didn't you tell me this? I'm sorry for this. Thanks again for to stay at Vento.
