Left the Vento hotel yesterday, fantastic family holiday, owner Tunc couldn't be more accommodating was so helpful. Booked with Travel Republic who messed up our booking and hadn't passed on relevant information regarding accommodation but this wasn't a problem as tunc sorted it out straight away. Had the London family room which was excellent size and had all you needed for your stay. The rooms were cleaned daily with clean sheets and towels by the lovely friendly maids. The staff, Oz, Harri and Zafer were so friendly, helpful and nothing was a problem for them. We all had a fantastic holiday and will be returning next year also we would recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a great holiday!

I have especially signed up to Trip Advisor so I can review this hotel. Me and friend first went to the Vento in June 2013 and loved it so much we went back this year. Same excellent standards as last year and the service cannot be faulted. Tunc and all of his staff go beyond the call of duty to give their guests an enjoyable time.

During our stay my friend unfortunately passed out by the pool, which resulted in a trip to the hospital in an ambulance. The hotel staff on duty when this happened were so helpful and kind. The hotel owner Tunc wasn't at the hotel at the time, but he turned up at the hospital to see if Sam was ok and if he could help. I cannot thank him enough for doing this. It was a very frightening experience and having him on hand was a godsend. Tunc also arranged a bbq with a belly dancer, after a request from a few of us, which was fantastic.

The hotel itself is very individual, quirky and very clean. There are a number of cats who live at the hotel, who are also very friendly.

I will definitely go back to the Vento, it is a truely magical place.

I would strongly recommend the Vento to anyone wanting a chilled out holiday, as there isn't

First stay at the Vento but it won't be the last.
One of the cleanest and friendly hotel we have stayed in for a long time.
Bedding and towels changed daily, the maids do a fantastic job and the rooms are spotless.
Breakfast very good for turkey.
We didn't spend much time around the pool but plenty of sunbeds etc and very clean.
They had a snack bar and the food was nice.
Great location 2 mins walk and youre on the main road with all bars restaurants etc, and Monday's market day just step out of the hotel and your in the market.

A big thank you to Tunc Hari and all the staff at the Vento.

You were there to greet us on arrival and there to see us when leaving, what a lovely friendly hotel you have Tunc, Hope to see you all again soon.

Vicky & Carl.

Had an amazing time, Tunc and all of his staff made us all very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are lovely and cleaned every day. The rooms have themed names of places from around the world and we were lucky enough to get a family room at the back of the hotel named Sydney with a cute mother and baby kangaroo on the door.
This is now our number one Hotel in Turkey, love you all xxx

We have just returned from our first trip to Hisaronu this year and the Vento is the best hotel we have stayed in within the resort.
We were met when we arrived by Tunc who took us to our very spacious family room, Cape Town. The room was perfect for us and our two girls. Free air con and plenty of room for the clothes. The fridge was an added bonus. Having stayed at two other hotels in the resort we were surprised at how quiet it was at 2am! Minor issue of the shower leaking out onto the bathroom floor but we just put lots of towels down. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we weren't expecting memory foam! In comparison to other hotels we have stayed in within hisaronu the room was spot on. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided.
Breakfast was lovely, a selection of bread, meats, cheese and other bits. Coffee and juice were also available.
The pool area was also quite peaceful, previous hotels have had dance music pumped out all day. The two cabanas were an added luxury providing much welcomed shade.
The only downside of the pool was there was no shallow end for our 5 year old but that was no big issue as she managed to swim with floats.
We had lunch twice at the hotel and it was very nice. Drinks weren't too expensive nor were the ice lollys.
The staff/ management were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. They organised two beach trips during our stay. They weren't pushy as we have experienced over the years in other hotels.
The market on Monday caused minimal disruption and it was great to be able to go to the market without walking far!
Overall a perfect holiday.
We will definitely return here next year.

This was our second visit to the Vento Hotel and just like last year had an amazing two week holiday. The best thing about this place has to be Tunc (the owner) and his amazing team! From Tunc, Ricky & Oz to the maids and maintenance guys nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile. The maids work very hard and our room was cleaned & towels changed every day. The pool area and gardens are very well maintained and again always clean, lots of sunbeds, a couple of beautiful chill out areas and this year the addition of a hammock (where I spent a lot of my time when the sun got too hot!)
We stayed in the Venice room, which was on the front overlooking the pool and bar area, the room had everything we needed and the noise from the pool area was kept to a minimum thanks to the double glazed windows and door. I did visit the family room in the separate building near the pool as my brother and his wife stayed in there for one night whilst awaiting the availability of their preferred room, which they were aware of prior to their stay. The family rooms are a good size and ideal for those with a young family that want their kids close by whilst also having some privacy, These rooms aren't quite up to the standard of the rest of the hotel but what you have to remember is that this is only Tunc's second season at the "Vento" and he is still building it up to what he wants it to be....knowing Tunc he will take all of the criticism from other reviews and make the necessary changes to improve on this for next year.
Breakfast is traditional Turkish assortment along with cereals and as much tea or coffee that you want, this visit Tunc had installed a couple of toasters, which is a great addition for those not too keen on the traditional.
This year due to the popularity of this hotel a couple in our party could not get in to the Vento and stayed in the place very close by, which was a real disappointment. Needless to say they only slept there and spent the majority of their time at the Vento, breakfast, bar, pool everything, again all accommodated by Tunc.
The hotel is very close to the Monday market but is not affected by the noise at all, its great to watch the market being set up and is quite amazing that an hour after it's gone you would never know it had been there!
Best points: Staff, atmosphere, location and cleanliness. Would I stay here again? You bet!
I love the relaxed atmosphere at this place and we met some brilliant people, Tunc and his team go above and being to make the guests happy and I look forward to my next visit.
