Spent a week here in July with the girls, it is like a lottery whether you get a reasonable room or end up in the basement. We saw many other guests saddened at getting the cold non view basement room. Do not even bother complaining to the manager he is not interested. Please give this place a miss just in case !!

i stayed here from the 2nd of september to the 14th september. Our hotel was cleanded daily but not to a very high standard, as there was still bugs that had been crushed on the walls, stains on our sheets, there ants swarming on our balcony and into our room.

The hotel staff are very dirty and scruffy. We witnessed staff taking meals out to people and eating the food off their plates thinking nobody had noticed.

Someone tried to get into our room one night and when i reported it to the women who works there she replied that" it must of been a mistake", and when i told her it wasnt she pretended she didnt speak english! she is a horrible vile woman, after that incident none of the staff would talk to us all holiday we were ignored

you cannot get a sunbed at all because people leave their towels our for the week on the sunloungers, it is rediculous. lucky i have a knowledge of oludeniz and stayed at the asena beach in the days but for the new arrivals i felt sorry for them.

had to pay £55 for aircon, my boyfriend got rushed into hospital on the last night so we didnt stay there and they still wanted money for the aircon for that night, due to my boyfriend being in hospital i went back to the hotel to check out and get our suitcases to take to the hospital, as i was struggling with all the luggage down the steps the horrific vile woman stood there smirking with the other workers at the hotel.

i have stayed in a couple of budget hotels in oludeniz so i know what i was expecting, however this was just an awful hotel anyone looking to book this place should seriously have a re-think, a few fantastic low budget hotels in oludeniz are the karbel sun and the imparator.

There is endless things i can say about this hotel but i will just be going on and on, i wasnt going there expecting luxury or more than what i had paid for, i was realistic and expected the bare minimum, safety cleanliness and polite staff and i didnt get this at all. i hope this review is helpful to others i wish i had listened to the bad comments on here myself before booking.

Room Tip: DO not stay here

We went in Aug very reluctant after reading trip advisor we loved hotel resort was made very welcome went to tulip beach hotel is nicer rooms but not as friendly would recommend for the price. Rooms cleaned everyday and towels. Bar staff very friendly. Magic tulip hotel does need updating like the beach hotel would not of liked to of stayed in basement though.

We got back from Holiday on the 10th September and what a fab hotel, the room was spacious and cleaned everyday we had clean sheets and towels everyday which you dont get in most hotels, staff couldnt do enough. When we arrived Jason the barman greeted us and showed us to are room which we was really pleased with, from them on we had a really good banter with the staff - this hotel made are holiday as we foung oludeniz was a bit quiet for us and it was nice to go back to the hotel for a drink as the bar was open until 2am, would definatly stay at this hotel again great value for the cost (you only get what you pay for) if you want 5 stars you should pay for it, hotel is in a good location, turkish bath is a must and also boat trips good value for money - as for the sunbeds we did not have a problem if there was towels on the beds and nobody sitting on them i would move them!! dont know what all the fuss is about.

Room Tip: we stayed in room 412 lovely room with a large balcony.

Having read a number of reviews I was looking forward to my holiday at this hotel. On arrival, we were met by a mad who was at best indifferent and at worst downright rude. He left his mother and sister to deal with us whilst he ate his baclava and ice cream. His only concern was to charge us for a safe and air con. Wa only wanted the latter and were surprised, firstly because we thought this was included in the price and secondly because he wanted £35 for the week. When we asked if there was a lesser charge for night-time only the reply was no and that it was "up to us". Having told us that the £35 was 24 hours, the man went on to explain that we would not actually be allowed to use the air con 24 hrs a day and that the maids would switch it off during the day.

Our towels were definitely NOT changed daily and we were never given an handtowel. The only place to hang towels was over the toilet - not exactly hygenic. The shower leaked and so the bathmat was constantly wet.

When we were taken to our room, which was in the eaves, the electricity was not working, so air con or not was irrelevant! The wardrobe - built into the eaves was too short to hang a dress in. The lighting was awful. It was only after a bulb blew that decent lighting was sorted. Our balcony, whilst not overlooked, had three wooden chairs (one of which was broken), but no table and a structure that resembled a wide ladder that we used to dry towels. It was made of wood and stained everyting hung on it.

The maids were awful. The sheets didn't fit the bed, but everything left on the bed was put under the pillow and the bed spread pulled the top of the bed leaving the bottom of the sheet showing! Despite being left 7 glasses, none of these was ever washed or replaced. Emptying the bin was about the extent of the purpose for their visit.

Breakfast was repetative after a week (thank goodness we didn't stay longer. The air con cost would have strapped us totally for cash). To be honest, other than breakfast, which was cleared on the dot of 10am (I wasn't even allowed a cup of hot water at 10.02am), we didn't eat or drink at the hotel. The best thing about it was it's proximity to the Blue Lagoon National Park, where we spent our days on the beach.

You DID have to have your towel out all night to get a sunbed by the pool!! Ridiculous.

I would go back to Olu Deniz, but will give this place a wide berth!

Room Tip: Make sure air con is included in the price!
