Just returned from this hotel on 2nd November. This is the fourth time to Oludeniz and each time in a different hotel. The Turquoise is good, we found the rooms clean, staff friendly. Food was good, but not great. The hot breakfast food was always cool as the lids were never replaced to keep heat in. Snack bar did nice toasties and burgers/chips. Dinner was good, always something to like. Drink selection not good, no white rum unless you paid. Wine and beer okay.

The pool was freezing but this is the same for all the hotels at this time of the year. The first time in an all inclusive where pool towels were not provided, so take your own or you will have to buy.

All in all the hotel was good value for money but would not return again to the Turquoise. This is because it is a lovely hotel for families. There is no adult swimming pool. Children making a noise around the pool is understandable but do not wish to listen to it everyday. There was not a lot to do in the evening for adults, apart from drinking at the bar.

The main beach is the best place, shingly beach and steep, the water is deep only a few yards from the shoreline. The weather was beautiful, the sea was warmer than the pool, very calm. Lovely to lie on the beach and watch the paragliders land.

Will be back to Oludeniz as the resort is just perfect.

Room Tip: We stayed in middle floor overlooking the pool in block 5. Room was lovely, small balcony, bathroom...

Travelled 4th- 14th October, weather was beautiful always in the 25-35 mark. Absolutely amazing holiday could not have asked for any more. The staff were amazing, and very attentive if you needed something. The maids were lovely and ALWAYS greeted you with a smile and said hello. The staff were really friendly and always smiled and stopped for a chat. The sunbeds and overall layout around the pool was great, and should you want to/need to, you could place your sunbed wherever you wanted. You can place your towels on the sunbeds after 7:00 am or they will be removed, so be warned. The food was lovely and there was always a evening special being cooked outside. The desserts and food differed from day to day, and you were always seeing new and different foods. The waiters/waitresses were VERY friendly and always had a smile on their face. Every Wednesday they did a outside celebratory BBQ for the guests and it was absolutely breath taking. The food was superb and the staff yet again were great. The bedrooms were fabulous too, were always cleaned for you, and were very comfortable and homely. Overall an amazing stay and are returning next year for 2 weeks, couldn't have had a better holiday, honestly, should be 5* not 4.

Room Tip: Stay in blocks 4-5-6 to avoid the noise and music from the Dorian hotel. And go down the strip at ni...

I actually have no idea where to start.... £10 each (incl. children) to gain entry into the country and this has to be in English currency. 1.5 hour coach journey. Grumpy reception staff upon arrival. The pool is freezing. Limited all-inclusive drinks (beer, wine, vodka, gin & brandy only!!!!!) I can't count the numerous times they ran out of hot chocolate, beans at breakfast, chips, lemonade, ice cream (which is only 1 hour a day!!) and almost all the help yourself juices & whenever you asked for anymore all they would say is "it's the end of the season - we close on Monday!!!" This was from the Sunday when we arrived.
The children's pool was freezing and we spent most of the time at Seahorse Beach (about 10 mins away via free shuttle from the hotel) beautiful & clean but be prepared to spend a fair amount as it's not all inclusive (the hotel made us sandwiches on the 1st day but then refused so we made our own at breakfast and that was a lot cheaper)
All in all - it was a shocking place and if it wasn't for the weather being so perfect and the children happy we would of requested another hotel. I really think Thomas cook & Thomson should re-think their star rating as we've travelled all over the world with the children and this was no more than a good 2* all-inclusive...... Ps. No towels are provided!!!!

Could nt fault at all. Al staff very friendly, they work very hard.
Food was good, varied and plentiful.
We were given a twin room instead of a double when we arrived but it was sorted the next day and we were moved to the attic room which was lovely, big round bed and a bathtub instead of just shower.
Everything was clean and well maintained.
We visited the turkish bath at the hotel on quite a few occasions, definitely recommended, very good prices.

Room Tip: Attic room was the best so long as you don't mind stairs and are nt too tall

I went to this hotel with 16 ladies on a hen do, Apart from the miserable receptionist (daytime) the other staff were great, they were so helpful, food was good , good clean rooms, we asked to be moved the first night and they did with out any questions. I would definitely return to this hotel whether it was with my family or a group.

Room Tip: I didnt like the attic rooms , too dark for me but thats me

We arrived at the Turquoise on the 18th October - weather was fabulous. I stayed here before in 2007 with friends so knew what to expect. It was worse. The staff are miserable. The receptionist never looked or spoke when we left or entered the hotel. The staff are so busy running around after the hotel owner and his family that everyone else can go to hell. We were eating our evening meal one night when the waiters came along and moved the table whilst my husband was eating with no explanation - it was for the entertainers we found out later. The food was boring, not much choice, not hot and very repetitive - not what you expect from a supposedly 4* hotel. I would estimate it at 2* and that is being very generous. We ate out most of the time in the local restaurant bars and were met with lovely smiling and very friendly faces. Nothing like that at the Turquoise!!! Our favourite bars were N-Joy and Tequilia. The staff are amazing and made you feel very welcome. Would definitely go back to these bars.

Do NOT go to the Turquoise - it is horrendous - the "owners" walk around like they own the place (I know they do) they don't acknowledge anyone staff or guests alike. They are rude and ignorant and I think Thomas Cook and Thomson should remove them from their holiday choices.

The resort itself is gorgeous and we would go back only to different accommodation.

Room Tip: Don't stay here - go to another hotel

Just returned home from a 10 day holiday at the Turquoise Hotel Oludeniz. Great hotel in great position located on road which leads to the main shopping area. Hotel is very well maintained. Gardens are well kept with wide variety of flowers shrubs and fruiting trees. All staff very helpful and go that extra mile. Good entertainment for young and old. Entertainment team may be small but have great spence of fun. Food in buffet restaurant excellent with wide variety from breakfast to evening buffet. Maids are ver pleasant and greet you each day with smile and greeting. Free transport yo blue lagoon (seahorse beach). Free sun beds and parasol, also available a bar and restaurant, while at the Turquoise hotel don't forget to have a Turkish Bath which prepares your skin for sunbathing and leaves skin super soft. In all a holiday to remember especially watching para gliders each morning going past our room window having just jumped off the cliff edge above.

Room Tip: If you don't want to listen to music from hotels opposite request rooms fro numbers 400 onwards
