we came here mid July with our 3 children. the hotel is lovely, our room was abit rubbish, not modern looking, room no: 203, it was terribly dark, not much natural light going in but the bathroom was dark except of a tinyyyyy light & the air con remote wouldn't work so had to borrow my mums next door, the fridge wasn't cold/working right either but besides that it was ok, your only sleeping in it! the food always fresh & nice, staff couldn't of been nicer, the evening entertainment needs to be moved from 10pm to 9:30 after mini disco so there's not a long wait because it seems too far apart from finishing tea to entertainment!
the seahorse beach is best as you don't have to pay for loungers as your at this hotel & it's still waters (good for paddling!) whereas the beach down the road (main front lagoon) is very pebbly & waves really aren't safe as I got pulled in & my head skimmed the seabed! I was straight out after that! so it's not like the pics look, all sandy etc.. only the other side of the lagoon is sandy & calm!
Paragliding is a must!! don't bother with turtle boat ride as it takes all your day travelling & u only see one turtle & the only good bit is the turtle beach which is best so far... there's other excursions iv been told to go on.. Save ur money on that one!
my partner wants to return.. it's def a nice hotel.. *just Shame I wasn't single as the entertainer Ali is so sexy ;) !
