Best: Location...stunning view! Large room (D Block) opened onto terrace which overlooked Oludeniz - breathtaking! Staff are very friendly and fun.
Downside: Location...on the side of the mountain halfway between Oludeniz and Hisaronu called either for energetic walking, dolmus or taxi. No shop on site. No fridge in room.
The hotel is looking a little shabby and could do with more than a lick of paint and the village breakfast became a little repetitive - better coffee had to be bought at the bar. Snack menu disappointingly 'chips with everything'.
Used as a base and spending little time on site, the Manzara was perfect from which to travel but not recommended for anyone looking for anything more than the basics.

Room Tip: Block D is a terrace of six or seven rooms lined along a terrace which overlooks the bay. These room...

1ST TIme going to Turkey we were met by a man At da reception on 14/10/13 - 28/1013 who could not speak any english he called his daughter ZANAB who knew very little English . We asked her if da room had air conditioning she said we had to pay £20 a day we were then led to our very basic room filthy TV was all in Turkish on da 1st floor I had to carry my own Suitcase no help We had to ask for toilet paper an towels They said we only get towels every 3 days an toilet paper the breakfast consist of flies an wasp flying all over da food We were given olives feta cheese Turkish tea not English butter that stuck to your pallet an hard bread rotten fruit that was picked up from the floor an watered down an made into juice the blanket was dirty smelt an the sheet was matted an hard the pillow was hard as stone. ZANAB was the one was rude an her mother would shout at her husband between 11pm an midnight every day an early in the mornings too. There was also the call of prayer that disturbed us frm our sleep . The so called bar/ restaurant was filthy run by an ex Turkish body builder an his wife who did not wear gloves or hair net when you could not see what you were eating as the lighting was dim an dull they did not have any proper lights. We ordered speggitte Bolognese an it had hair an a dead wasp in da food. The food is horrible an not fit for human consumption The roof leaked when it rained one day. They refused to get the internet fixed coz they did not want to pay They advertise pics frm a different hotel called the Majestic Hotel An put it on their site. The pool was never cleaned I had to spend extra money to travel to eat breakfast even tho I paid for bed & breakfast. THE MANZARA HOTEL is run by this gypsy turkish family who can't speak any English they where rude and dirty an could not careless about your stay with them. They have no customer service. They state room service there was never any we had to go an ask them for towels an toilet paper which they Were very reluctant to give. Their daughter ZANAB Lied every time you asked her about the internet. they had dogs living on da premises below on da mountain side and was never fed an was kept tied up in da scorching heat an da storm they howled all night. If you want cheap nasty filthy them the manzara hotel is for you!!!

Having stayed a week in August I had the chance to return in October. The staff welcomed me like a long lost friend instead of just another guest.
The hotel was less busy but the standards were still maintained. My room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were supplied.
The food was very good and chef amd his wife work very hard to provide a high quality service.
A special mention must go to Jimmy who looks after all the guests when they are at the bar area. The man never stops and always has a smile for people. Hope he's there next year when I return.
A big big thank you to you all

Were meeting friends who were staying on the main strip but had to bookManzara as everywhere else was fully booked!Didnt know what to expect after reading some reveiws on here but was not disappointed! Lovely hotel, lovely staff and amazing views! Didnt use the pool or restaurant as was always down the strip but looked good enough. We got the bus into main olu 4 times a day! very cheap and stops right outside thre hotel! Would definitely stay here again! Defiantly value for money!

We came here in September for 9 nights, and what can I say... Well the place is great if you like it to be quiet and relaxing during the day, food at the pool was really good, would recommend the manzara special takes time to come because they make it all fresh, even the pasta!!! But it's worth the wait! Staff are really friendly and jimmy at the bar isn't to bad at backgammon!! Haha ( only messing Jimmy) but overall I would recommend this place, and your only 2 mins away from all the hussle and bussle of everything, the rooms are adequate if your like us and only really in there to wash, change and sleep, our room was cleaned every day bedding and fresh towels. Looking already for next year xx

Terrific view cannot be denied. We travelled at the end of September and the climate was perfect for us. Basic rooms, not a lot of English spoken, but the catering and bar staff try hard working very long hours. The food was very traditional, but it did get a bit repetitive. Breakfast was the view for me, even the beverages were poor, why is there no real milk? Garden are great but the place is rather tired looking. Bar area roof leaked when we had heavy rain, no entertainment during our stay. Wouldn't go again mainly 'cos being halfway between Olu and Hisaranu was a nuisance getting the Dolmus all the time.

This is a lovely, quiet family run hotel. It may be old and a little out-dated but it makes up for this by providing good 4 course evening meals provided by pleasant friendly staff. Would go again in the future, in fact many holiday makers there at the time we were there had been before.
