“Great hotel in a quiet location”
Reviewed 28 July 2012

We have just come back from a 2 week holiday at Leytur the staff are very friendly, hard working and cannot do enough for you. This is a small hotel in comparison to some we have stayed in which made it much more personal and brought guests closer together.Half board is very good value for money but would recommend paying per day rather than up front so you can also go off site for a bit of a change. Bus stops very close by to nearby places.
We had a family room with 2 separate bedrooms these are quite large attic rooms with sloping ceilings and can get very hot therefore not being able to cope without air con which is £4 per room which can work out expensive over 2 weeks, so just bare in mind to add onto the cost of your holiday if you are on a budget. Other people coped without it in the lower floors.
Would have been nice to have cereal for kids and just for a change as the breakfast was the same every day (Bread, eggs, Ham cheese, water melon, yogurt)
Good idea to buy frozen water from the supermarket that will keep cool for longer in your room as no fridges are supplied. Supermarket drinks are a lot cheaper than at the hotel but not allowed round the pool.
Overall this is a lovely friendly hotel and i wouldn't hesitate at returning.

Room Tip: We had a family room with 2 separate bedrooms these are quite large attic rooms with sloping ceiling...

In June 2012 I had the unique pleasure of spending 17 days at the Leytur Hotel. I have been back home in Canada now for over 5 weeks and I think fondly about my 'Leyla Experiences' daily. What a great time! The hotel was superb, the staff were outstanding, the food - YUMMY and as for Leyla - what can I say. She welcomed us into her hotel as honoured guests. Hotel Leytur provides the level of service and excellence one would expect in a larger hotel; however Leyla herself is able to inject her personal touch into everything she does and guests feel they have been personally invited into her well run and extremely hospitable home. Nothing was too much trouble, any small request was responded to with a smile. What a gift; Thank you Leyla and staff.

Room Tip: Rooms on the south side are quieter. Mine was PERFECT :-)

Just returned from the leytur after a lovely 2 weeks the hotel is a little gem lovely rooms great staff hussan ,oz , ali and a special mention to icut who ran round all day with a smile on his face. Leyla the owner was also very nice .Me and my wife have only 2 little gripes which people might find petty but there was no toaster at breakfast and the horrid dolmus ride on the way back from either Hisaronu or Fethiye which of coarse has nothing to do with the hotel but they crowd you in like like a cattle truck.Would i book here again without hesitation .Thanks again everybody for a wonderful holiday Mark & Jill

we stopped in this hotel a few years ago, just come across it again, happy memories, the bus service at the end of the road is good for getting to Fethiye or Oluz deniz, hisoranu was also easy to get too and lots going on in all places. We hired a bike and found some amazing little coves along the beach. The hotel was perfect, we had a room right on ground level near the back, at first we thought we had been shoved in a room out the way but it proved to be very cool, private and we had our own pomegranate tree outside our verandah and hammock. The pool was lovely, the breakfasts are a bit basic in Turkey but i think you find this in a lot of hotels. We had an evening meal of fish one night and that was lovely. Would recommend this hotel. Very laid back.

Just got back from two weeks at this great hotel and it's was fantastic. The hotel is extremely clean, in a beautiful mountain location and the staff work hard to make sure you enjoy yourself. There are a lot of repeat customers which is the best recommendation. Leyla the owner is a lovely lady who really cares about her guests. Families and couples of all ages are catered for. We hope to be back soon not least to have some of Hasan's great mojitos!

We booked direct with Leyla at Leytur. Transfers were arranged by her and went smoothly, with the driver even providing us with chilled water for the journey. On arrival we were given a choice of two rooms, which was really lovely as Leyla was taking into consideration we had a 15 year old daughter with us and taking into account her privacy.

This has to be the loveliest hotel we have stayed in - spotlessly clean, fantastic atmosphere, great food, brillliant staff and a lovely owner.

I cannot rate this hotel high enough and can't wait to go back. So absolutely no complaints from us, other than the fact we had to come home !!

Go visit yourself, you won't be disappointed.

We have just returned from the holiday at the Hotel Leytur for two weeks and it was really great. Friendly staff, great management.

The breakfasts were sımple and nıce; healthy. The pool bar snack menu was also great. Leyla, the owner-manager, made an effort to get to know us and was very kind and helpful when we had any problems, although these were few and far between. As well as Leyla, the rest of the staff were fun and friendly, often sitting down with us once the bar got a bit quieter

There are a lot of evenings on at the bar, such as Turkish night (whıch we thought was amazıng fun for all ages--a buffet of Turkish foods and entertainment of belly dancıng and juggling performances), Bingo night, Karaoke night, to mention a few.

The rooms were very clean, aırcon kept us cool through out the nights and the vıews of the area were pretty phenomenal.

The pool had a decent number of sunbeds so you were rarely fighting for spaces, and the pool itself was large enough, with a smaller pool for young kids.

All in all this is definitely a place we will be returning in the future and will be recommending it to friends.
