Do not believe all the bad reviews that are on this site i have been to many hotels on holiday and this was the best by far!!!!! for the price we payed we were shocked to find how good it was... the food was delicous altho did get a bit repetetive, we found out there favourite meat was chicken but we didnt mind as it was always made differently. we did also meet a vegetarian there who didnt eat much so the chef made whatever she requested (within reason) as he did for many other people there. the staff are absolutely brilliant, you couldnt ask for better people ESPECIALLY hero... me and my boyfriend wanted to take him home in our suitcase he was such a laugh and really pleasent to get on with he made the hotel a really happy place to be and was always smiling. elvis the barman was very quiet but lovely and burrack the owner will try and help anyway he can. at the same time altho his english wasnt very good he always tried. have honestly never been to such a nice place... the rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels, sheets and the bin emptyed. The rooms are basic but really comfy and you also get a free safe a lcd tv and free air conditioning.its a very pleasent looking place tidy eevrywhere and you either get a pool or mountain view from the balconys (we had a mountain view that was gorgeous to wake up to every morning/afternoon) when u first arrive it looks like your in the middle of nowhere but your actually only 5 mins walk from hisaronu) and for anywhere else there was a dolmush stop at the end of the road. they had free transfers to go to the beach which we also thought was very good but if theres 1 bad thing i can say it would be that to buy the trips from the hotels is the wrong thing to do its really expensive and can be found half the price down town if not more. althpo hero did say he was working on it to get them cheaper. there wasnt much entertainment in the hotel but the staff were entertaining enough for us and theres also a free pool table, tennis table and a big outside tv and during the day they have the water slide working at set times. THE BEST HOTEL EVER! will be going back in septemeber!

we stayed at this hotel in 2009.
went back june 1st - 8th.best week away this year .the rooms now all have a TV,safe & air con free of charge. the 2 pool tables and atable tennis table are free, the food is no longer buffet style but serverd fresh.with choices of fish , chicken ,or beef .with the usual rice ,salad, choice of potatoes fresh soups wines tea coffee or beer all servered to you at the table, rooms are cleaned every day & fresh towels put in the room, the staff are freindly and counld not do enough to help even when we were by the pool they would ask if we wanted snacks or drinks & bring them to us,the hotel is now under new managment & the changes they have made have caught the attention of thomas cook.as we had on a few nights people from other hotels sitting at our bar because the atmosphere was so good warm and freindly.best holiday we have had this year .if you get chance visit this hotel before the prices go up.

Just come back from a week at the Seyir Village Hotel (formerly Litera Sayir) - under new management. What a brilliant place to stay. Rooms, although basic, are exceptionally clean, we got clean bedding and towels each day. Pool is cleaned thoroughly each day too!. Only a few people staying when we were there, and we got the best service anyone could ask for. When we arrived, blurry eyed on the sat morning we were greeted by Hero who made us coffee and fussed over us. All the waiters and bar staff were brilliant and could not do enough for you. This is an all inclusive hotel and drinks were plentiful, the chef cooked whatever we wanted, (obviously we got exceptional treatment because only a few of us) but I am pretty sure however many guests you will not be disappointed. I have high standards but to be honest I could not fault this hotel. Only a short walk to bus stop to Hisanaru and Olu Deniz. Nearby shops did not hassle you and staff informed me that they are expecting a large plasma pool side tele to cover all sports. If you want to stay in a luxurious hotel then I am afraid you would have to pay the price, so for a cheap all inclusive holiday in Turkey, you could and should not expect more. As far as I am concerned as long as the rooms and pool are clean and the food is good what else should you expect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any ages, although I would think not really suitable for teens, if you want all the noise then you should go to Marmaris. Oh and by the way, there are small plasma tele's in the rooms. Staff are always ready to receive any feedback, and after chatting with Peter (bar manager) i think you may get kettles in your rooms which is great if you like an English cuppa, but I am sure if you took your own teabags the staff would not be offended.

was a really good holiday. room was very basic but we only used it at night to sleep and get ready to go out. very friendly staff and a really enjoyable experiance, staff have a laff and a joke with you and make you feel comfartable as soon as we arrived. the hotel had a slide which was fantastic but only came on 3 times a day but was a good laff when it did come on. food was very basic but its what we expected at what we pad for it. would love to go back again, i dont no why people have said it was dirty, our room was very clean was cleaned everyday and got given clean towels everyday. would deffanatly go back again and recomend it to anyone looking to have a good time.

i didnt really expect much as the holiday only cost £400 however i did expect more than we recieved. The room only had 1 single bed for the 2 of us, no shower just a sink, no towels and the room was filthyand covered in mould. the staff were rude and ignorant and when we complained told me that if i didnt like it to go somewhere else. when i spoke to my rep nikki she was even more dismissive than the staff. the food was terrible and inedible and we were forced to eat out most days and evenings, the cleaning staff steal from your rooms and then deny it wen you complain so my advise would be dont unpack and keep your cases locked. we were charged at every opportunity even for things that would ususlly fall within an all inclusive holiday such as lunch and soft drinks. it was great to be back home ... if youve booked here i wish you good luck and hope that your stay wil be better than ours .

I cannot believe people are praising this hotel, their expectations must have been pretty low.
Good points were the beer which was Ok and the very limited choice of spirits seemed undiluted however the wine was warmer than the tea.
The staff were helpful in a very limited way though it has to be said they were all very young, however Alex at the bar could easily get touchy if anyone criticised the choice and volume of his CD playing. He also perked up at the prospect of serving any female particulary any young female. the hardest worker was his co worker Jim who he bullied mercilessly

the bad points were small and npt very clean dining area, AI closing at 11pm on the dot, the sunbeds/mattresses were damp musty and unclean, and the pool tables subject to an additional charge, the table tennis table unusable and no TV, no darts for the dart board and absolutely no entertainment of any kind at any time other than the Photo seller engaging everyone in turn in a lengthy conversation before trying to sell his wares.
The rooms were very old, basic and bordering on primitive and the attic rooms were a constant topic of complaint by most residents, avoid these at all cost (check your small print)
The food was like something out of crocodile dundee i.e "you can eat it but you wouldn't want to live on it". we have travelled extensively often on AI but this was easily the worst often serving mystery meat?!!! We were not looking for English food or anything special and am usually able to find something but a change from salad would have been nice asnd at least half the food was inediblel. You will have to eat out. this hotel at best is a 1 star

Had a wonderful time with my daughter, great hotel cleaned regularly, ample space for storage, 1 double 1 single for the 2 of us - great shower + bath. All staff really lovely special mention to Eunice, Alex and little Jim-bless him!! Food great good choice and yes it was Turkish...surprise. Trips bought through rep can be got cheaper, but we paid a very reasonable price for the market trip, sunset cruise - which turned into a moonlight cruise with songs and bonfire on the beach and the infamous jeep safari, try and get Matalya with driver Mike and photographer Azmet-Captain Jack Sparrow-you will need water pistols and sweets for the children, the day never ends just make sure you like mud and water!! We got a free trip too another boat trip to turtle beach, sail up the river of the African Queen and eat the crab mmm...For the price cant be beaten, wonderful scenery loads to do, friendly people and the weather and do go to the blue lagoon yes it is just like the pictures - met some loverly Brits too!
