Just returned at end of May from Belcehan Deluxe Hotel in Oludeniz. Went with my partner, this was our fourth visit but third hotel. This was by far the best hotel. The staff were First Class, they couldn't do enough for us. The receptionist was excellent very very polite as was the owners family. Our room was very large,Real double bed and single sofa bed. Carpeted room which was hoovered every day,all furniture matching and in good condition. The bathroom was very modern shower was amazing,VERY HOT water was available all day from very early in the morning. Room cleaned every day and towels changed also. As with all the other hotels in Oludeniz you are not allowed food and drink from outside, however if you are discreet nothing is said as there is a fridge in your room ,with no extra charge. Air con is also free. You have a safe in the room and this is the cheapest i have paid at £20 for the fortnight. Although you get a card and this is what you use to pay for anything at the hotel, there is nothing to stop you paying daily, hence no big bill at end of holiday. Thank you Belcehan deluxe we will be back next May.

Room Tip: Room away from front of hotel.

This was our second visit to the Belcehan deluxe, name changed from last year to now have an E at the end!! The hotel is in a good position at the top of the strip but as previous reviews state it is on the busy road in Olu but this has not been a problem for us, we stayed in a room on the front of the hotel near the road and never had any problems with noise..

We stayed b and b again breakfast is the basic Turkish style if you need it but we mainly ate out and about as there are so many good places to eat, ie, cousins for breakfast, buzz bar, help bar, sultan Ahmet, sea horse and the hang out for evening meals... We did have food in hotel during our lazy days round the pool and everything we ordered was of good standard and not to expensive,

They do not like you taking your own food and drink into the hotel, this is the same in most places in Olu, but if you keep things out of sight there is no problem. We managed to have drinks and food back in the room with no fuss but did keep it all locked in the hand luggage!!
The beer at the bar not to bad beer was 6tl for large where if you search you could get for 5 in resort soft drinks were quite expensive so we bought a few but topped up a few from our beach bag!!!

All staff at this hotel were always very friendly and helpful, a special mention must be made for Tarik, Erol and sam who make your stay all the better, my two children spent many a happy hour with them all having fun in the pool, they will put a smile on your face from the start of your holiday until you leave,

This was our 5th time in Olu Deniz and it just seems to get better and better such lovely people who we meet year after year and always receive a warm welcome, this time we bought along a few more friends who stayed in the sister hotel the Belcehan beach, they also enjoyed it a lot and can't wait to return,
Visit Silver stone a jewellery shop on the front Reyani has some lovely things for men and women at very reasonable prices, he even adjusted a watch for me that I got from the duty free and didn't ask for any payment, something that would never happen in England,

On the whole we all love this resort, love this hotel and will keep visiting year after year ..

Age range of party 3 children 3-7 and 8
Adults 35-71 all very happy!!!!

Just arrived back from Turkey and stayed at The Belcehan Deluxe Hotel for 10 days. The hotel is in perfect location just off the strip and 10 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel is very clean and all the staff are very pleasant. Room cleaned everyday and towels changed everyday. Got woke up on the first night from the Imam singing from the local Mosque...... It was 5am and we loved it!! Would go back in a heartbeat, cant wait to rebook for next year. The only downside to this hotel is the breakfast...... for 10 lira you can get an English breakfast from 1 of the many restaurants Olu Deniz offers. The pool area is nice and the staff enjoy banter with everyone. The Hotel was simply clean and perfect!!!

This was our 5th visit to Oludeniz. Came here for 10 days with my husband and son.
The hotel was the nicest we have stayed in in Oludeniz. The rooms were nice, they were carpeted which we have never had in Oludeniz before, we had a double bed, which at most hotels in Turkey is usually just 2 singles pushed together. There is a mini bar in the room and a TV but not really any channels worth watching. The shower was awful, it was painful, like being showered by lots of little pins!
Didn't get much sleep on the first night thanks to some inconsiderate southern couple arguing at 3am and then the mosque going off at 5am (you get used to it after a few days)
Breakfast was ok but very repetitive.
The staff we very good with our son and the people that were staying at the hotel the same time as us were all very friendly.
We didn't eat a meal in the hotel at night so i can't comment on the food.
The cleaners didn't do a good job at all, either they hardly ever hoover the rooms or their hoover is rubbish. Most of the time they were all sat around talking to each other on the stair ways and playing on their phones!!
You are given a card when you arrive so everything you buy at the hotel bar, drinks etc get's put onto your tab which you pay before you leave.
You are not allowed to take in food or drink from outside the hotel which is silly especially if you have young children.
On our last night a welsh family must of arrived in the early hours, again we were woken by them being so inconsiderate and talking really loudly outside our door and banging around!
All in all this hotel was nice and is in a perfect location but i'm not sure we would return just for the fact we like to try different hotels.

Room Tip: If you want a good night's sleep don't get a pool view room, ask for a room at the back of t...

This was our 8th visit to Olu Deniz and have stayed in different hotels each time. The hotel was very nice although we did not eat there so cannot comment on the food. The rooms are very nicely furnished was carpets on the floor, something we have not had previously as most hotels have tiled floors.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

My only criticism would be the bar. When we arrived we were given the room directly next to the bar. At all other hotels I have stayed at in Turkey the music in the bar is turned down or off at midnight. There is also a large flat screen TV in the bar which is also on and there is a combination of music and tv. The music or television was kept on until very late late. Also it was as though the people were standing on our balcony. The music or Tv was on until 0230-0300

The final straw came when at 0230 the music was still full blast and I had to ask the reception to ask that the music be turned off. It was turned off but the TV was left on and it went on until 0400.

I then asked to move rooms and got another room which was the furthest from the bar and very quiet. We spoke with other guests who made the same comment. There was a quite a number who had the same complaint and could not sleep because of the music. The family in the next room also had to move because of the noise. I also understand that this complaint has been made before. i also found that on one night it was not even guests of the hotel who were at the bar.

It was a shame that the hotel does not get the message and have words with the bar man and get him to turn this music down and have consideration for the other guests. It is only this that spoils a nice hotel.

Room Tip: If you get a room in the block on the left please make sure that it is not near to the bar.

just got back from our best holiday to date,1/5/12 to 8/5/12 party of five age range from 22 years to 49 years and this place catered for us all, the Turkish people are very friendly, helpful, nothing is too much trouble, a very relaxed atmosphere mixed with excitement and a nightlife to be enjoyed by all, The food in cafe's and restaurants excellent and very good value for money, we ate at Anfora restaurant, Cloud 9 restaurant, Sun cafe and bar, to name but a few and our favourite was, NJOY bar and restaurant, all the staff and owner were fantastic, they do their best to ensure you have a great time whether you are dining out, relaxing with a drink, or partying we done all !! everyone we spoke to said they were going back to same resort for their next holiday this year or next. The hotel Belcehan Deluxe was perfect, staff hard working, friendly, polite, always smiling and helpful the hotel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds and lovely rooms, We definitely recommend this hotel and resort for family and friends to visit and enjoy,,, as we all did. The excursions are fairly priced and you definitely get value for money, most include lunch as part of package, Jeep safari, islands boat trip, quad bike safari, rafting, and of course paragliding, there are loads of activities to do, day trips night trips etc etc hopefully going back sept/oct 2012 can't wait !!!

Room Tip: our room was right on the front and there was no noisy traffic or anything else never used Aircon d...

Arrived late at night after travelling all day from Istanbul and the guy at front counter checked us in to our room under an all night party room we had 2 single beds. We questioned the 2 single beds and where advised this is the only room we have available. We went back to reception where the goofball had the nerve to say: YOU SEE YOU ONLY SAID YOUR ON HONEYMOON BUT DIDNT ASK FOR A DOUBLE BED THATS WHY YOU GET 2 SINGLE BEDS...
We are then told off the next day for bringing a few bottles of water back to our room as your not alowed to bring anything from outside. You have to get ripped off and pay 5 times the price from the hotel for a small 250ml water instewad of 2 litres from the shop. "REASON" For health reasons by the management... WIFI doesnt work in all rooms so dont assume, only common areas by the pool... Nothing but attitued and crap service!!! NO way dont even think about it. Oh one other thing! No hot water early in morning so if you have an early flight and want to shower the hot water doesnt switch on until the morning then needs to heat up.

Room Tip: Choose a good room by not even staying there.
