I tend to be biased against hotel restaurants, but this is far from just that. The atmosphere of this place is probably one of the best in Buenos Aires. If you want to indulge yourself with excellent food in an exquisite, quiet and romantic (!) setting, then this your restaurant.

The food and service is excellent. The wine list is one of the best in Argentina.

A note for business travellers... this is probably not the place to have a business dinner as it is a bit too romantic... but if you must, then you'd be better off requesting a table inside.

We had breakfast in this beautiful old fashioned hotel. The surroundings bring back the good olden days, english style. A nice option not only for guests, since detail is the specialty. Everything was very tasty. We recommend not being in a hurry, since the waitresses take the time to make sure every table is taken care of, before you can interrupt with a special request. Nevertheless if you can enjoy a quiet old fashioned breakfast service this is for you.
On nice days you can eat outside, and with these gardens it is a beautiful idea.

Had a lovely meal here--but the highlight was starting in the vinoteca and having wine tastings matched with cheese tastings. I could have done that for dinner....but we did move on to the restaurant and it was also a lovely experience. We sat outside, it was a lovely setting and amazing service. Our waiter was Alejandro---who is possibly the best waiter I've ever had anywhere----he is young, but he is poised, charming, helpful and simply delightful. We loved the total experience.

We stayed at the Park Hyatt, so the restaurant was just a walk across the tiered courtyard gardens. It was a beautiful evening and we were seated on the patio. Service was attentive and professional. The waiter recommended an excellent bottle of white wine to pair with our dinner. We had the Chef's daily fresh fish special which was grouper. My husband had a side dish " pumpkin puree with crisp bacon, it was fantastic. A shared desert, a delightful romantic evening in Bueno Aires
