Fantastic location in lively and fun barrio with good restaurants, parks, and services all within walking distance. Professionally run property with on site management team always available to provide help and assistance with places to eat, massage therapists, things to do, etc - and make your stay in BA a great experience. Spacious and quiet units in a new building with balconies and roof top pool and gym, and friendly doormen and maintenance staff. Best of all, this all comes at a price that is a fraction of a hotel stay. Cafes at every corner to have breakfast, sit outside later in the day and have a coffee, and make sure you stop at "Volta" latenite for home made gelato. Don't miss "Nemo" a great seafood restaurant just a few blocks away on the same street. Stayed a week and didn't want to leave. Would go back again in a flash. Easy to make reservations thru www.rentinba.com with instant responses from Veronika - all in all one great experience.

Great amenities - modern and tasteful. The Wifi was an absolute necessity for me.

The immediate area is authentic (edge of Palermo and Recoleta) and quiet (could hear birdsong coming over the balcony every morning).

Shopping, banking (Citi, HSBC, Standard Bank and a few other internationals), subways and lots of fairly decent restaurants are 10 mins away by foot on Sante Fe Ave. Subway to Centro takes ~15mins, clean, safe and frequent (~every 8 mins on a Sunday).

The professional and fluent English language service and follow-up Veronika provided was top shelf. In my case there was also a 'situation' with a PayPal deposit payment (all PP's doing) which could have left me out of pocket fairly substantially. Veronika was right on it and acted honourably to help me resolve the situation.

My takeaway: definitely will stay there again. If this review sounds gushing it's only because this type of value is not that easy to find.

PS. Probably won't ever trust PayPal with payments > $20 again

I stay at Cabello Square every time I travel to Buenos Aires. The apartments are fully equipped, completely new, you feel like at home. The neighborhood is the best one can be at, near museums, restaurants, and shopping places, I highly recommend people to stay at this apartments!!! The best experience you can have.

The apartments are located in a safe area, with all the facilities

around, not far from downtown and touristy attractions.

The apartments are new, big enough and very well equipped.

The brand new Cabello Square apartments are not only well located in Palermo Chico and but also very well furnished with top quality materials. The Rentinba.com professional and friendly team have their office there which is very convenient for the check in and out and they are also great to get you started in the city. It was a home away from home and a very nice way of making the landing in BA smooth.
